Really disappointed in this app, sneaky ways with withdrawals. I tried taking out $100/185 winnings and wanted to play around with the remaining $85 on slots - ended up losing it all because the “withdrawal” is not locked when it sits in processing - BS and y’all know it.

I thought the payout withdrawal was messed up but it turns out my name was not matching on interac, after some great service from support it was all figured out and i got my payout the next day! I wont lie it seemed sketchy at first but all good!!! Would recommend!
Impossible withdrawal system
I deposited $10 & received my 500 bonus spins. Upon completing my spins when I went to draw my winnings it’s showing I don’t have sufficient funds even though I have $115 in my balance. On top of that their customer service is nearly impossible to get ahold of .

The app isn’t that bad tbh everything run smooth. The 500 bonus spins when you sign up isnt that bad also. I won like $80 but you do got to gamble it once as it’s bonus money. I did get lucky and played huff and puff and won $600 so that was a plus and I could withdraw it instantly. Now I’m just waiting for the money so hopefully everything is good

Do not use this app. They are big scammers. They have supper low payouts and almost impossible withdrawal system. You request for withdraw and they still keep the withdrawal account in balance to force you to play and loose it all. That’s called robbery. I have submitted an official complaint to AGCO about this app. I encourage the others do the same to keep these scammers out of the public.

Worst casino ever!
This is one of the worst casino apps I’ve ever played on . I created an account , was able to deposit money and play games , as soon as I started to win money , the app crashed constantly no matter what game I played I would loose everything until I was restricted access and told I need to provide documentation for things that I’ve never ever on any site have ever had to show proof of before and was sent back pretty much what I had deposited and was no longer able to log into my account and it’s still restricted and locked until I can provide proof of these requested documents on top of asking me to send the standard documents asked of multiple times which I sent at least 4-5 times and each time I sent my standard documents asked of on any casino site , every time I was asked to provide more detailed documentation and documentation I’ve never ever been required to ever submit in my life!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
They will automatically log you out of your account! Won money from a bonus and cannot get access to my account. I emailed support on this issue and they said the email linked to the account is incomplete? Hmm.. strange because I then forward a screenshot of an email they sent me about a PIN authenticator for my ACCOUNT with the exact email address. They then proceeded to find other excuses to justify that I’m in the wrong saying I mistyped my email address and now they want me to send a photo ID which I draw the line at. I’m taking the L - only deposited the minimum but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS APP. SCAMMMMMMMMERS!

Account Suspended after winning.
I deposited money into my account, wagered that ontop of what I earned from the sign up bonus/free play and won a couple games on slots. Then upon checking my account to see if my withdrawal was processed I got a message displayed that my account was suspended. Will be reporting these thieves to the AGCO.
