What people like
- Easy to withdraw your money
- Better than other Ontario sites
- Fun gaming experience overall
What they complain about
- Keeps freezing and kicking you out
- Support team is completely incompetent
- Rewards and bonuses are terrible
- Interface looks old and confusing
Fun!
Great place to play poker and it’s easy to withdraw your money when you want it!
Glitch….
Can’t do anything at all on your sports app it’s stuck on the main screen of sports after log in can’t get into any sport to even place a bet … just another flaw in your system… maybe you will fix this glitch unlike on your poker side ….
Glitchy scams
It’s a tiny bit better than your algorithm driven (GAMBLING…lol) slot machines! You need to have your lotto licensing corporation that has oversight over your fair gameplay odds agreement
Glitchy
For poker, there’s a lot of bugs. Sometimes freezes in between hands for many minutes holding players up. Sometimes can’t verify you’re in Ontario mid session despite not changing network or moving location and then locks you out. Just messy software.
J
Great
One of the better Ontario poker sites
Unfortunately for us we live in Ontario and can only play with ppl from Ontario so all poker sites are pretty lack lustre bet mgm is one of the better ones
MGM sucks
Slow, crashes, glitches. Awful
Poker game cutting out in the middle of a hand

Always waiting
Never any players online
Retired

Lots off fun thank u
Sweet boy
Bots
Corrupt site full of bots. Don’t waste your money here
Tickets
You need to reward spin and go with tournament ticket wins you will get more people playing that way

Fun
Good gaming experience.
Geo-location and Freezing Problems
Most other poker apps have much less problem locating Ottawa players. The last two months has also seen CONSTANT freezing after hands
Hard to understand and not realistic look especially poker
Software is little slow plus table doesn’t look like very real. Comparing to PokerStars playing poker is more complicated to understand and options should be easier like betting, raising or checking. Please make it simple, easy and more realistic looking! Thanks
Best
Love the app
Kicked out of game
I was in a game and recd a message that they were no longer able to confirm i was in Ontario!! I was in 3rd place. The game kept auto folding my hands. By the time i figured out that maybe logging out and logging back in might work, i was down one hundred thousand chips. Still made it to the final table and finished fourth. Not fair.
Good
It would be nice to have more bonuses to draw more customers in
Not good
The worst rebates and rewards I’ve received compared to any other site I’ve used.
Good site - Customer service is a joke tho.
In terms of quality of games nothing wrong with it but if something goes down, doesn’t matter how small or how big it is the customer support is an absolute joke. They offer 24/7 chat support and a fairly wide time to call in. Don’t let that fool you they are completely incompetent. Half the time they don’t even know what country you’re in and whether it’s an issue is small as a deposit inquiry… actually it doesn’t matter what the the issue is, they are incapable of assisting. -10 for customer support. 6.5 out of 10 for gameplay.
Proprietor of a service company.
Since olg has given up management of the falls it’s been less fun for the player. Mgm online is more fun and better to play then the falls casinos now since the new management took over. Open Ontario to private casinos/ hotels who can invest in our Canuck version of Vegas outside the strip from the convention center to marine land which is open for lease or sale I believe. I digress and am Just a mechanic and frequent falls visitor for 20 years.
Couldn’t even make a first deposit
I would love to tell you if the app works well or how the gameplay is but I can’t as I was blocked from making any deposits on my very first deposit. 24/7 support just tells you they can’t do anything and to wait 72 hours for an email.
Awesome
Ggvcnn judbn.
Worst GUI known to man
The poker interface is just awful… so outdated to the point where I am so revolted by the user interface I choose to use other platforms just for a better graphical user interface. Absolutely despicable for a billion dollar corporation to spend chump change on the design of this god awful app.
Yuck
Yes awful site can’t even play firzt time signing up
Sick of losing
I have many good cards but never won !
Amazing game
Things are great at bet mgm poker. Never a dull moment
game hangs mudway
keeps kicking me out mid game every time. all of a sudden the game shows empty after a small blind amd big blind. happens every time in cash games. end up loosing my luck and money. invariably i have to move out of the table or am kicked out
Best ever
Great
