The only site I have lost 95% of my picket axe hands to ridiculous hands that shouldn’t have been played and 100% of the time in blast poker if an opponent shoves all in prelim with a 7-2 off suite it will beat my pocket aces , kings or what ever

Seldom see more than the minimum prize and difficult to get into. Average rake seems to be about 30% which is huge.

I’ve had a few withdrawals that have been less than £20 within a day but when you win anything more than that they mess you about before any payment there’s been a win that hasn’t been paid after 5-6 days now and it’s a joke so I thought I’d tell people in the review 1 star also there is no online support available that is any good to help with your problems just automated responses terrible app will be quitting when they finally decide to pay up. They quick enough to take money though

Feedback
There’s seemingly no way to give feedback on the app. The ‘message us’ section is a bot with limited options. The ‘contact us’ section only refers you to FAQ’s… very annoying. The app is ok, however I wanted to give feedback on making the Mystery bounty tournaments shorter, level 17 which is ~3.5 hours before we see any money is insane.

I have had great times playing 888 Some amazing prizes on offer and great tournaments. Decent software and always being improved This poker site is completely safe for punters, totally fair

Please read the trustpilot reviews for this company, they have 1/5 stars. Not only do they scam people out of their winnings, they let me deposit money then locked my account with no explanation. No live chat/support unless you can get into your account. Nowhere to complain to. Money gone.

Just seems to be too many bots that take you out with silly hands. Also never seen aces get cracked so many times. The site seems stacked against the player.

Das Programm funktioniert super, so wie es sein soll, würde mir wünschen das man andere Bezahl Möglichkeiten bekommt wie zb. Paysafecard etc. Dann hätte ich auch den letzten STERN gegeben. Super weiter so

Leider stürzt die Seite ständig ab. Die Menüführung ist sehr dünn, kaum Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Mehrer tuniere gleichzeitig sind auch nicht möglich.

Between the fact that they need 3 apps to play between casino, sports betting, etc they have a thing with delaying payments. Learned my lesson with them a couple of times.

Look I have a long standing relationship with poker and that’s thanks to 888. The only think I find hard is customer service contact. What I mean is I’m not in the country that this service is available. Funny thing is I know it’s a pleasure the fact 888 try to facilitate internationally there platform. But I have an ongoing problem with the fact I have had a pending payment for 2 months with no way of resolving no way to contact it’s not been paid the reason is the system had on file a Closed bank account but for all my efforts I have had no way to contact you to facilitate the withdrawal and I know it is in my court to action this but I have had a lot of difficulties with this process. But on the whole love your platform. If you can reach out help show me what I need to do

I’ve made 3 separate accounts I loved the app when I’ve built up some half decent money it’s kicked me out of my account I try for weeks to get my account back it’s impossible

Die App ist gut gestaltet, leider fehlt die Anpassung für das IPad Pro. Bitte um schnellstmögliches Update.
Schlecht umgesetzt!
Kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Auf iPad Pro und Macbook Pro kann man nicht mehrere Tische gleichzeitig spielen. Sobald man die App auf dem iPad wechselt (task switch während eines laufenden Spiels) und zur 888 App zurück wechselt ist die Sitzung asynchron. D.h. die App bzw. der Prozess muss geschlossen werden und nach Neustart ist eine erneute Anmeldung erforderlich. Das kann die Pokerstars App viel besser.

Can’t play since app update
Absolutely pitiful app. Since the last update i have been locked out of my poker account, told to register a new one and then it was immediately blocked as a duplicate account. Zero help from customer support & tech support.

Funktioniert Soweit Gut. Zögert ab und zu. Der Nachteil extrem nerviger ist. Ich bin kein Roboter Test. Ich wo bei Ich denke das dies eine Häcker Firma ist die sich als Firmen interne Firma ausgibt. Zudem Zahlungsmethoden sind eingeschränkt Paysafecard wurde entnommen was ich echt falsch fand was ich wieder glaube Hacker Firmen die Streit zwischen den Poker Software Firmen ziehen wollen nun bei denen mit mischen. Ich vermute das sind wieder die ÖZ URFA Kurden.

Support team are a joke can’t do anything except repeat themselves. Permanent restrictions in place so you will get kicked out Mid hand if you play for too long. Which then means no access to take out funds for 12 hours. I’ve used it for two days & never again.

An sich war es eine gute App. Mit der aktuellen Version häufig kein Zugang zu den Turnieren (schließen der APP in neues Login erf.) und bei den Blast ist nach einem Turnier ebenfalls neues Login erforderlich, wenn man weiter blast spielen möchte ... Hoffe auf baldige Rückkehr zum alten Niveau ;-)
Einzahlen/Auszahlen
Es wäre schöner, wenn man aus der App auch einzahlen und auszahlen könnte, ohne dass sich eine extra eine Website dafür öffnen muss. Da sind andere Anbieter etwas im Voraus. Ansonsten ist es ganz nett gestaltet.
