Please fix!
I tried to submit this feedback to the developer team but the contact form isn’t working either 🫠 I used to enjoy using this app, but for months now the navigation has become broken and certain elements aren’t working as they should. The home page doesn’t load correctly on opening the app (a sole devices), you have to select one of the navigation buttons on opening to get anywhere. When playing slots on an iPad the game renders the opposite orientation to the device. I tried to open the app today and it’s completely broken, the website is the same. It feels like pushing bugs to production has become the norm for this app and it’s sad to see.
Nice
Nice app and easy to navigate, I’ve had a few decent wins 🤗

Awful! Don’t use!!
Constant issues with not loading on tablets or phones. Just won’t load any games. Just get told to ‘spin my device’ which does nothing! Worst app I’ve ever used. So many issues! Don’t even bother!! Can’t even get my deposited money back and unable to use anything. Up to date phone and iPad and cannot make a thing work! Awful!!!!

Great chances of winning but app and site real glitchy
Play on all of the entertain group sites, Party, Ladbrookes, Coral etc and the apps and games are similar for all of them but Foxys app and site is by far the most problematic to use. A lot of games not loading, competitions/arcade for points not loading, free spin games not loading, games being unavailable so you have to go through browser, which just gets so much hassle I forget to play the bonuses and loose them. Foxy definitely seems to be the site least supported by Entertain (with Coral and ladbrokes being where the most effort is going to improve and entice customers) you would be better with one account logging you into all the group sites instead of all the crossover linking which your systems just can’t handle. The great thing about these is immediate withdrawl to uk bank cards, Apple Pay and faster payment accounts. PayPal took a little longer last time I used it but the debit card was instant. Customer service is easy to access just went drastically downhill since entertain took over and even live agents talk like bots copy and pasting stuff that’s nothing to do with your issue because they don’t understand the site, game, or mechanics which is patronising and frustrating. Fortunately you don’t need them often , if the game is glitching in ap, log in through browser 🤷🏻♀️

Stay away from
Paying council tax is more fun, seriously one off the worst sites out there. You constantly get 2 scatters but you won’t see a third (tactic to keep you playing). I put myself on a 6 month ban but that seems that can be overturned by 24hours notice. Which how would that help an addict, it doesn’t and they know this. The company are modern day crook/thieves. Don’t forget this company makes millions a year, which only comes from the players. Any members then please put yourself on a ban, even if only for few weeks, the company would crumble without the players. And anyone who thinks about signing up, please go elsewhere, much better out there. If this makes even one person close there account then this comment has made a difference.
