Always glitchy and slow no matter what. I know it’s all about chances but sometimes i find myself getting ripped off based on the categories and bet amounts. Sometimes I feel like they steal a lot from me. Sometimes I feel like i win a decent amount ($50-$100 based on bets & games). Definitely a hit or miss.

Seriously every new game they make you win then stop. Secondly, you can guess what you will receive when you play. It is legit . I loaded $20 and completed my payout $750. That $20 kept me willing over and over and over and I completed the limit and whatever funds that was remaining after complete I got paid out . Which was $248
WHERE IS MY MONEY?
I tried to withdraw over $1,400 of my winnings, only to find out that it’s only $800 due to when I deposited $100, I got a 30% bonus. This means they will take 30% of your profits. Also, when I withdraw $100, it got deposited immediately. Now that I’m trying to withdraw $800, it shows as pending. For 3 weeks now, still pending. Tried to access their helpline and that got me nowhere. Don’t waste your $$$.

This App is so glitchy that when you have it open a banner pops up with a prompt to open the Jackpot City App… it makes no sense because I am literally using the App it pops up on. Not only that, but it often will prematurely end games and kick you off the app entirely so you need to login again, (it doesn’t matter if your playing for a few minutes of more). It also randomly completely changes its landing page, in a very sketchy way. I noticed it doing that while online, which is the reason I chose to use the app. I was concerned that I had possibly lost a bunch of money to a scam site and thought the app would be legitimate for sure. But I am wrong… when the landing page changes it will show one page of games and the heading is ‘All Games’ which if you were just playing and forced to login again chances are high the game you were playing is NOT in that small list of titles. Refresh the page and then it shows even less games, maybe 6 or so. I logged out, closed the app and open it again over and over and each time I get one of the two odd landing pages and cannot get back to the homepage with all the games including the last games played. (Which is another sketchy thing, it won’t identify the last games you played unless you log out and in again about half the time) I ensured everything was updated, and it was but it still continues to do these strange things. It also has a bonus spin which IF it shows up on the selection if you haven’t deposited money yet it will always land on the joker which is nothing, or the speed up arrow which will allow you to potentially fail it again in 2 hours instead of 4. I noticed after losing a lot of money it is usually accessible and will win some credits or free spins. But 60% of the time the bonus wheel is not there, I have had times that if I kept refreshing and closing and opening the app it would sometimes appear eventually. It doesn’t seem to have any rhyme or reason to when it’s there. And most of the time it’s frustrating because you press spin and it just stays still completely frozen… Do yourself a favour and do your gambling in person, this app will run you dry and mess around with your payouts. If you don’t accept the match offers you will lose money faster. Accept the match and you’ll win more frequently but you can’t cash it out even if you spun away all of the money and get a good windfall on the final bet it will show the winnings as a 50/50 split between what you can cash out and what is ‘bonus’ that you cannot cash out. This App is worse than the online version and just a money sucker.

Crash after crash
I’ve had this app for a few years now and somehow they still haven’t figured out how to stop it from constantly crashing. I’ve found other casino apps that don’t crash and payout so today I cashed in my loyalty and it’s been deleted.
