It’s the first time I see an advertisement more than 240 seconds. And everywhere. No wonder I can see it everywhere. Because it’s either a scam or a boring game.
Good game selection and fair payouts
Since using Betway I’ve had a reasonably decent experience with some good wins. However the payout time is slow and there’s not even a set time, sometimes it’s 2 hours and sometimes it’s 24 hours. You’re completely left hanging when it comes to customer service live chat every ten minutes the ai bot asks you if you want to keep waiting and does not give you a wait time or a number in the queue. My advice is don’t bother you’ll end up old grey and dishevelled before they respond. Fairly good offers is what keeps me using the site
No way to contact
Ive been with Betway for two years. Never had any problems until last week. I had two issues and no one to contact because they use a bot system. It’s been good for a couple of years, until now.

Have had two bought Gates of Olympus rounds where you hit something big, the game bugs out. It then asks if you would like to resume, you accept and it reloads forever, tells you to contact customer service. You finally get the spins back going and it does not leave off where you left it. The spin before doesn’t count and you lose any wins. Lol.

It’s been about 40 days and I still haven’t received the money I withdrew; the support team doesn’t help at all and claim that although I never received the money, the funds appear to be withdrawn.

It’s extremely disappointing to see how poorly this app performs compared to other gambling apps now. It used to be my favourite online casino app, free spins almost every day, fun promotions and good software but for some reason all of it has been thrown away.
Good start, bad progression
Was a good app at the beginning and was enjoyable to play, but after playing for awhile its went downhill. Daily spin consistently only gives 1 spin and super wheel is no more than 5…. Good app but it’s hard to claim your bonus
Recently I’ve been opting into offers like wager €50+ and receive 25 bonus spins and when I wager said money I never receive the spins, following that I have to go to their website and get through the ai chat bot they have to speak to an agent to get this amended. The super spin offer is generally good but sometimes they just don’t give you the spins. I use to enjoy this app but it has been letting me down recently.

I signed up and deposited $1,000 to receive the 100% deposit match bonus, and the bonus was credited to my account as promised. After growing my balance to $5,000, I attempted to make a withdrawal. However, the system only allowed me to withdraw $2,500, so I proceeded with that withdrawal. After submitting the request, the remaining $2,500 disappeared from my account, and my withdrawal request was cancelled without any explanation. I then continued playing with the $2,500 that had been cancelled for withdrawal and was able to bring my balance back up to $4,000. When I tried to withdraw again, the system would not let me and said I needed to contact support, so I did right away. Support told me they would fix the issue, but after that my money was gone. I contacted them again, and now the account is on hold under investigation
