They are trying something new but in a way in way old wine in a new bottle. They are pushing the commonly known things in a gamification manner. Logging meals is a bottle neck. Subscription charges don’t justify the returns.

Amazing Weight Loss Journey & Great Support!
I’ve had a really good experience with this program and my weight-loss journey has been going very well. In around 1.5 months, I’ve lost 3–4 kg, and I’m really happy with the progress.Apart from weight loss, I’ve noticed positive changes in my energy levels, eating habits, and overall well-being. I feel more disciplined and confident about my health and lifestyle.My coach, Poulomi has been very supportive and her guidance has really helped me stay on track. The daily lessons explain and reinforce habits in a way that they become lifestyle changes, that help you on your journey. I’ve been using the Health Tick app for almost two months, and my experience has been really amazing. In these two months, I’ve lost around 8 kg of weight and 2 inches overall, and I’m genuinely happy with the progress! ❤️ What I liked the most is that the focus wasn’t just on losing weight quickly, but on losing weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I am 48 years old, 180 cms tall, a total foodie (eggetarian), an occasional drinker and have been struggling with weight loss since more than 15 years. I crossed 90 Kgs in 2010, 100 Kgs in 2015, 110 Kgs in 2018 and 120 Kgs in 2022. In between, I yoyo dieted 5-6 times and once even managed to bring down my weight to 95 Kgs only to gain back all the weight with a vengeance every single time. I tried all possible diet plans – Eating 5-6 small meals a day, Intermittent Fasting (16/8, 18/6, 20/4, OMAD), Low-carb / High-fat, Caloric restriction, etc. and none of them were sustainable beyond 2 to 6 months at best primarily because it either required too much effort (making 5 meals a day is time consuming and not practical) or was too restrictive to sustain for the rest of my life. I also tried using multiple dieting apps but they were nothing more than glorified excel sheets for me to mindlessly log in my food and water intake with no feedback, context or handholding. I happened to come across Health Tick and their philosophy of “Brainpower, not Willpower” is something that piqued my interest. Their approach towards addressing the root psychological and behavioural causes of lifestyle choices made me want to try them out. I started the program at 122 Kgs in April and after 78-odd days, I am down to 112.5 Kgs today and I did not even feel like I was ‘following’ any diet. Their approach on food zones is truly remarkable and gives you the flexibility to build your eating habits around that. They also helped me recognize that weight management goes beyond calories, and that it’s important to focus on holistically improving physical, mental, and emotional health by targeting sleep, movement, stress, etc. I am also lucky to have received the guidance and support of a wonderfully capable and knowledgeable health coach, Ms. Rikita. She has constantly been by my side to help me with my weight-loss struggle these past 2.5 months and has left no stone unturned to keep me motivated and aligned to my goal of reaching 80 Kgs. I am forever grateful for her continued support. So those of you who have been struggling with weight loss and are inundated with multiple, conflicting advice and diet philosophies, I would strongly recommend that you try out Health Tick.
