Fitness
The training session is awesome and the trainers are very professional. Managers are maintaining the gym very well. I suggest everyone to join Cultfit
Badminton session not available
Under Cult Play, I can see only four days available, and badminton is showing as “Waitlist” for all four days. There isn’t even a single day when I can actually book a badminton session. Before purchasing, the availability showed that I would be able to book activities, which made me believe there would be sufficient slots. Now, after purchasing, everything is showing as waitlisted. This is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. I was considering upgrading to the Cult Elite plan, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be doing that, and I would not recommend Cult to anyone. If you cannot provide the classes/activities that were shown as available before purchase, I would like a refund of my money.
Workouts are great and so are the trainers.
The workouts and trainers have helped me to become strong and better. Thank you for the whole team. But while using the app the phone gets heated up and the app gets shut down automatically. Please look into it.
Mobile Overheating
Every time I use the app, my iPhone becomes extremely hot within just 5 minutes of use. The temperature gets to a very concerning level. This makes me think either the app isn’t properly optimised for iOS or there may be an underlying issue that needs to be addressed.
Slow with delivery updates
I got my order delivered 2 hours ago. I am now trying to place a exchange order but not getting any option for it. Customer care told me it takes 24-48hour for the system to update after which the option to appear. The order status is already delivered so this doesn’t make sense. Please improve this feature.

Started with transform plus program and shocked to see the app full of bugs - clicking on transform takes you to store, doesn’t log the body measure statistics - loses data saved, app hangs up every screen, cannot see the updated content and many more
Good app but…
The app is designed well and has all things shiny. But it’s heating up my phone. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Still the same issue. Not sure what went wrong.
The app is draining battery and is sluggish
The app is very helpful but the developers need to work on allocating better memory/storage for the app. Here are some problems I have noticed. 1 When inside the there is a section for smart workout plan and it keeps force closing if we go out of the app so the workout is not recorded accurately 2 The app drains battery for 1 hour session it takes up about 20% battery on IOS 3 smart workout plan section keeps blacking out even if we scroll screen to see notifications

Too many bugs for cult home
Keep showing slow internet detected when everything working fine and thus app video not working while rest of the app works fine, they just transferring their server problem on user

App is not responsive, lags ans hangs
Facing this is issue for the last few weeks now. The app screen goes blank and shows only rainbow hued background for a good 15 seconds after which I get impatient and shut the app. Plus it lags a lot! I’m an IOS user iPhone 15
Chromecast Stopped Working, and iPhone screen resolution hasn’t been optimized.
The app suddenly shows errors with chromecast and the app permissions don’t have the local network as option to turn on/off. The app also has issues with iPhone resolution since a lot of times the corners aren’t available to tap and going back from certain pages. Please also add filters by exercise duration and type so that it can be easy to search while working out at home with pre recorded sessions. Bookmarking/Favorites would also help.

Booking issue
Even if we have elite membership cult has limitation to bind app with a device. If due to some issue if you change your phone or factory reset your device cult technical team does not care and we have to be at their mercy to book new class as we can’t book class as the app won’t accept OTP.

Home sessions are really helpful
Not made for iOS
App has so many bugs. It always crashes and heats up the mobile when I try to access my squad. It doesn’t work when I try to access any live schedule workout at home classes for today’s evening classes. Whenever I contact the support team, they just say uninstall and reinstall instead of taking it to the team to get the bug fixed. Very disappointed with the iOS app.

I had not opted even for single session yet there been too many notifications n messages given.

The concept behind the app is wonderful but there are technical issues that needs to be resolved which makes the app freeze and unable to join live class quickly.

Health food at your door step
This product includes multiple features related to fitness. I explored “Eat” part of the application. Food is really healthy based on the ingredients they used, calories counted etc. But it’s costly. More over, they are charging extra packing delivery charges. So a regular meal is costing something around 200 to 250. Even to order evening snacks that cost 60/-, I have to pay extra charge....... apart from that it’s pretty good
Lack of support
The app doesn’t have the option to cast the sessions on tv via chromecast and is a hassle to workout on mobile or laptop. The issue has been raised since 2018 but seems like it hasn’t been fixed ever since.

City’s best gym truly ! The instructors are very nice and pay a lot of attention to our routines and workouts, and the amenities are top class 🙏🏻
Worst Support
Extremely disappointing customer support. Cult.fit will call you multiple times when they want you to purchase or renew a membership, but once you actually have an issue, getting proper support is a completely different story. My paid membership has disappeared from the app five times. Despite repeatedly contacting support, I have mostly received generic responses and temporary fixes. Not once did anyone call me to properly understand or resolve the issue. For a paid membership, I expect basic reliability and actual customer support. Sales calls seem to be a priority, but helping existing paying customers clearly isn’t. Think twice before purchasing a membership if you expect reliable support when something goes wrong.

App is unexpectedly crashing again and again despite multiple times downloading and removing the app. All app work fine but cult app crashes the moment i am opening it. Kindly connect if someone bothers.

Money hungry shop disguised as fitness app
In a fitness app, what would you expect at the top? - Your training goals and tracking / classes / booking.. Cult app has ads of their shoes, clothes, personal training! I already have paid them 25k+ a year for gym and swimming.. yet they want to keep selling me more and more and more. They keep bugging about every single promotional offer on WhatsApp, email.. Now that last 2 months of my membership are pending, they have put a big bold red bar right at the top nagging about renewal that can’t be closed. Such dark UI patterns to get more cash out of people. Not gonna continue with these money hungry leeches.
