I purchased two services from this app . Not have any bad experience from the working coach but their management guideline is not at all customer focused. Coaches are not supportive to actual cases company only showcases few success stories by their own and that’s it . After u purchase a service u will get the actual treatment from the company. Definitely suggested not go with fittr

Excellent app , option req to mark favourite workout
The app is amazing all the option are very relevant and are very useful. The only option which i feel is missing is to mark workout as favourites If the developer can add this option it will be really helpful. at times it becomes really difficult to search for workouts. The favourite options in workouts will be every worth
Unprofessional and havoc
Never buy any package like weight loss or any other packages. They haven’t went through the packages themselves. They don’t what services they are offering in the packages. I took their weight loss package, they didn’t give me any blood test scheduling for more than a month and even after raising tickets I am stuck with cheap vendors who don’t response. It is a huge timewaste. Better take the services independently and take better package from other platforms who are professional and have designed their packages which they themselves have taken atleast once 😂😂
Needs minor tweaks.
I wish they had a spot when recording workouts to enter total number of sets your instructor set as goal under each exercise, or, a simple checkbox next to each set to mark when completed. Currently, I have to enter each weight individually for each set, or delete and re-add them all to copy over the same weight. But then I lose track of total number of sets prescribed by my instructor.

Not enough options
I logged in to see a coach who will understand our diet and customise it accordingly. However I couldn’t see any coaches who has knowledge about South Indian diet. I don’t want to educate my coach about what i am eating and then let him decide if it is healthy
Another game changer from Fittr-Hart ring
I am using Fittr ring since almost a year now. It has immensely helped for my fitness & weight loss goals. It helps me track my calories, TDEE, my sleep & my Bp too (Amazing feature which was recently added). It shows my resting heart rate which has improved a lot since last year(around 50). All this data motivates me to continue & aggravate my fitness journey. This has been the best fitness related purchase for me. It’s much better than any smart watch since you can wear it 24 hrs unlike any smart watch. Kudos to Fittr team & JC.

Not a Scam
I purchased a monthly strength and conditioning with Pari Dutta. But she is post bonding from Saturday to Monday and now from Monday to Wednesday. I contacted support team several times, they said they are looking into it. But I didn’t hear back from them. I purchased this because has a good reviews, but maybe many reviews are fake as I am experiencing scam here. Be careful with this app. After a a week I was contacted by Aditya costumer service and he apologized for the inconvenience. And assigned me with a great coach Omkar and I already lost 4 kg in 3 weeks. It’s been great. I would give it 5 star if it wasn’t for first bad experience. Anyway these guys are pretty good at their field.
Bring back certification courses to buy from fitcoin
Fittr has now stopped giving certification courses which can be bought from fitcoins. Please bring that back.
Unable to link it with Garmin
Unable to find any integration with Garmin app. The chatbot is also not helpful to resolve this issue.

JC is the reason
One because the founders used this platform and his followers through this app to instigate people during CJP protest. Better he launch a political party, he is khosla sahab who becomes doctor on one day and scientist on another. Need to investigate funding of this company.

He is such a wonderful guy with lots of patience, who listens to all my concerns and plan diet and workout accordingly. He shared a lot of information and helped me to reduce my stubborn weight after hitting a plateau..
Ruined a great app
I downloaded the app after a few months. I used it regularly in the past, but this time it seems like to make it look fancy. They have completely bloated it. It has become very difficult to navigate through the app to Find what I need. Loading time is forever. I just hope you guys can go back to the simple format from earlier. As that’s what made it sticky for Now uninstalling, as it is frustrating to use.
Coaches are great, FITTR app is horrible
FITTR needs to make their app better. I had horrible experience using the app when I was trying to sign-up my parents. UI isn’t intuitive & had lots of bug specially on Android phone. I couldn’t set up their account from my phone due to different country. There has to be a better way to manages profiles specially for elders who often take help from their children, some sort of family access. Only reason I am continuing on their platform is because of my great coach.
Definitely would recommend
I had a fantastic experience working with coach Rahul Agarwal. The workout and diet plans weren’t about drastic changes. Instead, they focused on minor, manageable adjustments that fit perfectly into my regular lifestyle. This made everything easy to follow and, more importantly, sustainable. If you’re looking for a program that prioritizes long-term lifestyle changes over quick fixes, I highly recommend Fittr and Rahul’s coaching!
Worst Experience in apple
This is by far one of the worst purchases I have made and I bought only because JC swore by it.. It always has sync issues and the tech team has only one solution. Switch off of your phone and switch it back on… I can’t believe I have to restart my phone every-time I want to have a look at my own metrics after paying 18k for the device.. I am really frustrated with this device
Great App for Fitness Journey
I have seen Fitter evolved over the time, the way founders and content creators have shape the content and material is commendable. The number of real life transformations in India and abroad it’s phenomenal. I also like the recipe section - it gives perspective from people who tried and tested these protein rich, vegetarian, vegan recipe on app is really helping with perspective that anyone can measure, cook and transform lives. The online coaching has gone to different level - I wouldn’t have expected such a successful transformations virtually. I have one request to Tech Team - on apple device the app isn’t as fast as I would have expected. It also crashes sometimes - I would request Tech Team to fine tune the performance of the app. The app is data heavy and content rich however it needs to operate smooth and flawlessly. (If you want to be in top tier at global level)
HATE THE NEW NUTRITION UPDATE
My app auto updated and now the nutrition log is the most inaccurate everrr. Common things that were easily detected earlier are showing wrong macros and no way to fix them. Please AI isn’t the solution for everything if it isn’t any good. I might end up abandoning an app I’ve used for 6 years. Very disappointed
Ability to copy exercises
Overall the app is good , I wish they had an option to mark an exercise as favorite as well as ability to copy just a single exercise from previous day. It would make very easy to then record exercises. They have already given a feature to add food to favorites and then simply copy from favorites. Why can’t they do the same for exercise also.
Good experience
Guidance and accountability provided by FITTR coaches is the game changer. The app is very user friendly, supported by a modern UI. Everything I need to track for a healthy lifestyle is available within a few clocks.
Nothing is Syncing
Data is not syncing up. Sleep and HRV is all blank even after wearing the device for five days. Useless ring.
Review
I am new on Fittr. So far app is good. I found a really good coach. She addressed my needs very well. Technically this app required little more improvement. Such as adding stop Watch can facilitate the training quantified in terms of rest and laps. It helps to guide exact rest time that one suppose to take in between exercises.
Seems OK, but support was terrible
So I decided I wanted to sign up for this, but immediately regretted it and asked the app to cancel my subscription. I did ask for a refund but did say I fully understood that I wasn’t entitled to one, so I was OK with them not issuing one. However, I was completely ignored. Every time I wrote to cancel, I would get a call or message from my trainer. They did not respond once after mentioning in the auto-response that they would get back to me within 8 hours. I had exchanged a few messages with the trainer so I completely understand if a refund wasn’t possible, but it was annoying to be ignored completely. I would not recommend if you need customer support from the app.

Awesome App
The app is great for tracking nutrition and workouts. Progress tracking, water tracking, all the health related calculators are also present.
Coach aren’t available
I took a plan for three months, lite personal Trainer. I was told since there are no coach available you can take Health & Nutrition plan. Who gives you all an authority to direct jump on conclusion that whatever you have in your mind you will impose on customers? I need my refund

Fittr has a lot of coaches and sometimes the description of a coach comes across as someone who can help you with your goals. Based on the description, I had decided to enroll with Cheena Lalwani at Fittr. After 3 weeks and following the diet 90-95%, she decided to cancel my membership because I had tried to ask some questions about the diet and had tried to make some suggestions. As a coach, it is your responsibility to explain if the client needs clarification. Also, you can not just drop a client midway without even discussing it with the client. The customer support has been good and will find a replacement, but beware of coaches like these. Sometimes the coaches take more than they can handle. Things like these happen but it's better to come clean and explain the problem rather than terminating a client's plan midway just because there is not enough bandwidth. Fittr needs to whet out their coaches to avoid such experiences.
Feedback
The app could be enhanced a lot more. Apple health has data from different places and you could collect things like water intake and macros from there. Having flexibility to use different apps to input data but have it show up on Fittr would be useful. Plus you do not publish your entries back to apple health
Very Healthfull
I used Fittr for about 6 months and it changed my life. I lost about 15 kgs in 6 months transformation course from Rahul Sir and he helped me become what i am today. Fittr is a great substitute for medicines.
Never using their services again-they don’t refund or have any customer service
FITTR has been nothing short of expensive harassment- first they have really bad coach then once you raise complaint to change coach they don’t do anything but the coach starts bombarding with messages and apologies like 8 messages in 24 hours which is nothing short of harassment. They won’t reach out to you, they won’t refund you they will let you hang dry and figure out even when they have taken all your money. Absolutely pathetic organisation with 0 customer service. Btw they take all prepaid payment.
New update cleared all food items and partial search not working
Hi Team, I have been using fittr since a long time. Great app and I always look forward for its enhancements but after the new update I cannot see a variety of food items in all food category. For eg if you search for poha you will not find a number of options like raw, cooked which I used to see earlier but now it just shows one option home-made poha. Its a bit tedious job to fill in everything manually since it got wiped off due to new update.
For beginners only
I feel the platform is best suited for beginners only. I had previous experience in strength training and macro tracking and consider it a huge mistake signing up. Hiring their so called “advanced plus” coach to just give a meal and exercise plan was sheer waste of money. There was no variation in the plans and it was dragged for the entire period even after several requests.I finally quit even before my plan ended. So, if you’re beginner, just hire a basic coach for guidance and nothing more.
Good but scope of improvements
I have no complaints on the value that this app brings. Connecting people who wants to get fit together. But this review is more on the UI of the app where there is a lot of scope for improvements. First off, I couldn’t find a place to give app feedback. Second, I would highly want a barcode scanner to scan canned foods rather than manually entering(app- MyFitnessPal is a good example). Third, if I want to look at my food or exercise chart for a previous or next day, I have to go back to calendar every time, there is no scroll flip to next day. Fourth, I would like to have an option in the food chart where I can see an equal alternative of a specific food. Fifth, please add moving the food around option in the food chart, for example if I want to move coffee from breakfast to evening snacks. Hope you reach out to me and I can provide more suggestions. Progress and Insights graph not working properly
The insights gapgh to track our progress doesnt work properly often times not picking up start and end dates as picked. Please fix this.

Great app for staying consistent with fitness. The personalized plans and coach support really help with accountability, and the community is motivating. Overall, worth it if you’re serious about your goals.
Does not sync to Health App
App does not sync to Health App. This is just so important for Any smart device app. The Sense Pro smart scale is positioned as a premium device. Incidentally the FITTR app reads from Apple Health but doesn’t write to it. Way cheaper devices can do that. So I have no option than to return the device and uninstall the app
The app is really helpful
This app comes really in handy to calculate on my cheat days. Would just point out a few things 1. My added stuff doesn't seems to be appearing in the list of food items to be added. 2. Food search won't show up the option until you search the exact keywords . . . Should have been able to identify partial search or related keywords search. 3. I am still not sure about this . . . but it would be awesome to keep your favourite stuff added with your selected quantities than it would be just a matter tapping a plus without editing quantity or could be one more tab saying "my diet" stuff 4. One more great feature would be to add and lock your diet for say a week or a month so you didn't have to search or add your food everyday. Would make life more easier. Rest, Kudos and thank you very much for the beautiful work . . . Keep it up. 💪🏻👍🏻

I am not tech savvy and I found homepage quite clunky and cluttered. 1. You have to scroll horizontally to figure out what’s on top after challenges. 2. Transformations could just be an icon, stating click to view transformation pics, rather than that dominating ur whole homepage 3. Those faded icons at the bottom of home page, specially those ones with three bar extreme right corner? I would have never known what’s that is 4 the watch icon, forgot what it is. Looks like I need to have a good memory to remember it. No hard feelings. I am writing this comments which I wouldn’t have despite not liking them is to earn fitcoins 😀
