This app is totally fraudulent . Once they receive their money they do not respond you and no dietician consultancy nothing . They provide you only fancy diets which can b taken from chat gpt also . They have Zero accountability after you have paid them .

After the recent update Home Screen does not load properly
Expensive
App is well designed. Dieticians on the program are good and really help to keep track and customise according to your needs. Fitness instructors are also very good. But it’s an expensive program. 13k INR includes only 1 month of live exercise & 6 months of diet. There is constant nudging to buy more sessions or products and of course give referrals.

I am very happy with the constant support and help received from dietician Suhani. She is constantly supporting me and I can see visible result. I started my journey from 83.5 kgs and now I am 78.8 kgs In just the span of 45 days. Expecting the same results in going forward months also and will keep posting.

Had a great experience with Fitelo. A very special thanks to my dietician Saumyata Singh for being extremely supportive throughout my journey. With her guidance, I’ve successfully lost 11 kgs overall and still continuing my journey. Highly recommend!
Constant Calls at Odd Hours – Very Disruptive
⭐️⭐️ 2/5 The app itself seems promising, and I was initially excited to try it. However, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. After I inquired about their payment options (since they don’t accept international credit cards), their representative got my phone number and started calling and messaging me repeatedly—even at odd hours. As a parent with small kids, receiving calls late at night is very disruptive. I wish they respected customer boundaries and time zones. Until they improve their communication practices, I cannot recommend this service despite the app’s potential.
Login issue with the app
Hi Team, Last few days I am having issue with logging in. OTP is neither getting generated as text message nor in the WhatsApp. I followed all the steps mentioned by the customer care but still am facing the issue. Even I tried login on a different phone but no luck. Either OTP is not generated or I get error message as “ Too many requests”. Please help resolve this. I am missing out on the subscription days.
Almost 12 kg and 3” down in 100 days
To my surprise I lost almost 12 kg and 3 inch in my FITELO journey till now , and this made easy and smooth because of my dietitian Shameem Sultana . Her constant guidance and support helped me to solve my acidity which was very severe and also I am loving to see myself quite confident now. The live classes also worked wonders in this journey .. Defective calculations
I just bought the scale and the app with hoping for the accuracy. But the app is not precise at all. The edit profile page has incorrect conversion for a height from cm to ft. Secondly for body weight there is no way to input decimal point value, which makes the calculations less precise. Fix it. The health app taking incorrect height and weight, what an irony.
User Friendly Opportunities
The app is good and easy to use. But there are few user friendly opportunities which can be improved in better way. For example- if you visit ‘Story for you’ the app won’t let you to be out until you end up with last story. There should be a command which can be used for exit at any point of time.

Weight Loss to Fat Loss
Hi, This is Rahul J, I joined the Fitelo Weight Loss Program in May 2024 at a weight of 116 kg. For the previous 12–13 years, my weight had generally remained around 107–108 kg, but after the COVID lockdown, it increased to 116 kg. At the age of 42, I was genuinely worried about my health and fitness. I felt uncomfortable with myself and even struggled physically with simple things. I joined Fitelo, and my dietitian was *Sushmita Nandi*. By January 2025, my weight had come down from 116 kg to 99.20 kg — a loss of 16.80 kg in around 8 months. It was the first time in almost 15 years that I came below 100 kg! After that, due to frequent business and leisure travel, I was unable to follow my diet consistently for long periods. There were plenty of cheat meals, eating outside, and months where I could not focus properly on my food. My weight loss slowed down, but the biggest magic of Fitelo was that I did not gain the weight back. My weight remained relatively stable despite my hectic lifestyle. By August 2025, I had reached 97.15 kg, and overall, I had lost around 21 kg with Fitelo. In July 2026, I was advised that since I had already achieved significant weight loss, it was time to take the next step and focus on *FAT LOSS AND BODY RECOMPOSITION.* I was introduced and migrated to *Fitelo’s Leaner Program,* and on 1st August 2026, I started working with my new dietitian, *Sanskar Kashyap*. Honestly, the results with *Sanskar Kashyap* have been magical. For almost a year, I had been struggling to lose even 1–2 kg. But within just 15 days of starting the *Leaner Program with Sanskar Kashyap,* I lost almost 2 kg of fat. More importantly, I feel more energetic and happier than I have felt in a very long time. *Sanskar Kashyap is truly an asset to Fitelo.* The way he designs my meals, tracks my progress, discusses my weight and guides me every day is incredible. Just a scam!
It’s just a fancy way of tricking someone and getting them to sign up. Once you’ve paid, no one cares if the fitness goal is being met. You’re meant to upload pics and update every meal you consume - but dieticians don’t have access to it so who is this tracker for?? Lot of free trackers are available online - why would someone pay so much for a self tracker. They promise 9 doctor consultations but no one cares to actually give them to the customer or follow up on if the prescription is working. The end goal is only to get you to buy their products. Not recommended for sure.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I've been experiencing with the Fitelo application. Lately, I've noticed that the application's response time has been quite slow, which is affecting my overall user experience. I'm a dedicated user of the Fitelo app and greatly value its features for maintaining my health and fitness goals. However, the slow response time is making it difficult to navigate and use the app efficiently. I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps i am on dedicated internet line also did clearing cache and restarting my device, but the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. A smooth and responsive app experience is crucial for users to continue using Fitelo effectively. I had an amazing experience with Fitelo! I started at 93 kg and with the consistent guidance and support from Dietitian Ms. Jothi, I’ve lost 14 kg and reached 79 kg in just 5 months. Ms. Jothi made the entire journey very simple. The diet plans were customized, easy to follow, and included foods I actually liked. She was always available for doubts, weekly check-ins, and kept me motivated even on tough days. What I liked most is that it was not a crash diet. It was a sustainable lifestyle change. So I joined them in Oct …. They promised different and once joined they started going back on everything they promised earlier . All they care is money …. Pay them on time renew on time. App do not work properly no support and dieticians all they care is to renew package . It won’t slim you it will only slim your pocket and frustrate you .
Enriching Journey so far! Excited for what’s in Store!
I joined Fitelo ~2 months back and it has been a pretty fulfilling journey so far. My nutrition coach Janani Ma’am has been pivotal in the same. Apart from losing ~4 kgs of weight, the most exciting part for me is getting my PCOS on track and that my overall relationship with food and nutrition has improved. Now I don’t think that eating healthy has to be boring or tedious. The Fitelo recipes are not only unique, healthy and flavorful, but they also suit very well for working individuals like myself. I still have a long way to go but I’m excited to see what’s in store!
