Absolutely pathetic experience with Traya. I placed an order, paid my hard-earned money, and then—surprise!—Traya decided to cancel my order themselves. Fine, mistakes happen. But apparently, refunding the customer’s money is a much bigger challenge. The order was cancelled from their end, yet somehow my money has also disappeared into a mysterious black hole. I have contacted customer support repeatedly and followed up multiple times, but getting my refund feels like applying for a government job—endless waiting, no clear answer, and absolutely no accountability! What’s especially impressive is how quickly they can take your money, but how incredibly slow they become when it’s time to return it. Maybe Traya’s real treatment plan isn’t for hair—it’s for testing the customer’s patience and tolerance. Dear Traya, my money is not a donation. I worked for it. If YOU cancel an order, YOU have the responsibility to return the customer’s money promptly. Customers should not have to beg repeatedly for a refund for an order that THEY DID NOT CANCEL. ⚠️ To anyone considering ordering from Traya: Please think very carefully before handing over your hard-earned money. Based on my experience, you may get an order cancelled by the company and then have to spend your valuable time chasing them for your own money. Traya, if you can cancel my order without asking me, you should be equally capable of refunding my money without me having to chase you repeatedly. Extremely disappointing. Extremely frustrating. And most importantly, a complete loss of trust. My honest rating: 0/5 if that were possible.

I initially had a disappointing experience with Traya’s customer service due to receiving an excessive number of calls despite already having a consultation scheduled. I had raised this concern in my earlier review. However, after posting my feedback, the Traya team reached out, listened to my concerns, and made efforts to address the issue. They acknowledged my feedback and offered a one-month pack as a goodwill gesture. While I still believe their communication approach and frequency of calls need improvement, I appreciate the prompt response and effort made by their team to resolve my concern. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve the experience for other customers as well.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Traya. I had tried so many different things for my hair fall before, but nothing seemed to work consistently. What I like about Traya is that the treatment feels personalized instead of being a one-size-fits-all solution. The app also makes the whole journey much easier to follow—from keeping track of the treatment to getting guidance whenever needed. The hair coaches have been especially helpful and supportive throughout. After struggling with hair fall for so long, it feels great to finally see a difference. Definitely recommend giving Traya a try!

I had a lot of hair loss and was having trouble with it. But I tried traya and a lot of my hair has grown back, and it's true. It works very well and corrects genetic problems. restored genetic hair loss, and I'm very happy.
Unacceptable Service and Total Disregard for Patients' Time – Traya PCMC
I had a scheduled appointment for 8:30, yet upon arrival, the staff rudely informed me that there would be a 2-hour wait time. What is the point of booking an appointment if scheduling is completely ignored? The attitude of the staff at the PCMC center was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Expecting patients to wait two hours past their scheduled time without prior notification or basic courtesy shows a severe lack of management and respect for customers. Extremely disappointed with this experience. I strongly advise management to train their staff in basic professional etiquette and fix their booking system.

Broken App - Broken Coach
They expect the customers to be punctual while they themselves don’t reach out to their customers on booked timeslot. The call was supposed to happen yesterday as a follow up for next kit while no one reached out. Today I call them and they responded saying they tried reaching out day before yesterday (which wasn’t even scheduled and I never received the call) But hey app still says call booked for yesterday and I wait while the coach reaches out. FIX YOUR SYSTEM
