Almost always no matter pick up or delivery the received tablets will have 10% of them at least opened and not usable. And most of them are about to expire in a year. I am being ripped off in the name of discount by these guys
Decent delivery
The delivery experience with MedPlus was satisfactory. However, it would be greatly appreciated if the delivery timelines consistently aligned with the estimated schedule displayed in the app at the time of placing the order. Maintaining this level of accuracy would further elevate the overall customer experience.
Very lethargic supply of medicines
For supply of one or two simple medicines taking 2 or 3 days. Very lethargic and irresponsible. That too sleeping all day and bringing at 10 pm. Very disgusting. We get things get delivered faster in Swiggy or Zomato. Better correct your attitude or change over to some other non sensitive business and spare the patients ordering medicines on your App.

I paid for home delivery on 29 June and today is 4th day and medication is not delivered. Literally no customer support, the agreed calls never come. I think it’s the management issue.

We had order medicines in the morning worth Rs. 636/-. I was supposed to consume the medicine in the afternoon. It was not delivered until evening. When I called the store, he asks me to come to the store and collect it and said that he cannot deliver it to home. If the same thing was informed in the morning, I could have arranged the medicine from some other store platform. Now the order is cancelled.

The app search section stops while using the search feature the eyeglasses feature stuck the product mix available at store on skin care range is limited and people are not much aware that what medplus can offer them is a massive 20 percent discount
Worse service ever to exist
Do not book your diagnostics here. The agent never shows up. Never picks up for early morning slots (fasting tests are a myth for them) customer care is non existent) they wait for you to call them and get the order cancelled yourself. Their solution would be to shift the tests to next day which is illogical for a medical profession based app to do - how can medical tests be pushed for later!? But when it comes to cancel an order and refund the amount they are ready ALWAYS! Takes 1-2 seconds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE FOR THE USELESS DISGNOSTICS SERVICES.
