Perfect Open Ear Headphones!
I’m so glad I finally spent the money to purchase these! Those days of my ears being irritated during my long runs are over. The sound quality is pristine, and these are bone conduction headphones so that’s saying a lot! The dual technology of having both bone and air conduction is what sets these apart from the rest! I am Very important! And I’m so glad they come in two different sizes. The mini size is perfect for my small head lol.
Horrible tracking
You have to be connected to Bluetooth in order to find your missing headphones!? I lost mines at the airport and the stupid things gonna tell me to connect to Bluetooth! How am I supposed to do that if I lost them!? This is so frustrating
Great idea, still needs work
Sound changes as you sweat, even when at full volume it is lower than when you started.
Love Shokz Open Dots!!
I LOVE these!! So comfy! So easy to use! I’ve only been able to wear an old style over the ear type of headphones in the past, but they were a cheaper option & didn’t work great or last well. I looked at the available options for a while & appreciated that I could check the Shokz fit at Target. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the color I wanted (and really needed) in stock. I mostly listen to an audiobook or podcast with the O Dots, and usually only wear one Dot.

Dark mode removed when version 6.0.0 was pushed. Instead of adding something useful like switching between devices with multi point without opening the app we get a accessibility removed. Great headphones being destroyed by absolutely unusable software.

앱에서 연결이 안되네요
오픈런 구매자 입니다. 블루투스 연결 잘되고, 제품도 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 그러던중 샥즈앱이 따로 있다는걸 알고 설치했는데, 이상하게 샥즈앱에서만 제품 연결이 안되네요. 이미 블투 연결해서 장 사용중인데도요..블루투스 목록에서 삭제 후 다시 페어링 해도 안되고, 앱삭제 후 재설치 해봐도 마찬가지네요.

音の上げ下げが急に出来なくなりサポートに連絡するとその状況を動画で取り送れとの事と一度接続リセットすれとの事だがOpenDots Oneなのに耳から離すと再生停止になるし、音の上げ下げを動画でって…？ 何回も何回も色々やってる内に偶然直るし…

I’m actually surprised by the quality of these. I love the size and fit. Unlike AirPods they don’t actually have to be in your ear opening, which at times become very uncomfortable if you’re on a call too long. They are so comfortable and light and it’s easy to forget that they are even on your ear. I love them.

Really quite good
Fast charging (this was a surprise). I only wish they charged whilst in the protective case! I trust them to stay in place during running exercise. Definitely recommended.

Great app, keeps firmware and product info updated
The app is very intuitive and easy to use. The EQ modes are great and you need it to disable the booster speakers found on the OpenRun Pro.
App a waste of time
Bought the Shokz open come to 2025 edition headset. The manual that came with it indicated I should download the Shokz app for more features. I download the app, it’s not detecting that my headset is already connected. After some poking around the app, I finally find a list of devices and my headset is listed as Not supported. Why direct users to an unsupported app? Waste of my time.

Agréablement surprise pour ce genre d’écouteur! Lorsque je fais du vélo, c’est sûr qu’on entend le vent, mais c’est vite oublier! En fait je ne l’entends plus car je me concentre sur le route. Je recommande ce produit. Très satisfaite de mon achat.

아이폰 17사용자인데 어플을 열때마다 연결하라고 뜨는데 이건 어플문제 아닌가요? 이미 연결은 되서 사용중인데 어쩌다 어플을 열어서 배터리 사용량 같은거 보려고 하면 열때마다 연결하라고 뜨는게 매우 불편하네요. 버그인지 뭔지 모르겠네요. 확인해봐 주세요.
Good but limited
This app works with my OpenRun Pro 2, but will not work with my standard OpenRun (USB-C) which I find annoying. Both my OpenRun Pro 2, OpenRun have problems consistently disconnect from my new iphone 17. I admit I suspect the problems may be down to Apple. This needs to be sorted out.

App launches itself randomly
The App launches itself Randomly, app colour settings don’t work or change with system, so why have it in the app. Doesn’t seem to be official supported on iPad. The App in general is very poor. Not sure where the headphones are as good as my Aeroplex Afterskokz.
Overall great but issue while running
It works great during minimal movements but when I am running etc, the music muffles time to time.

My first Shokz
I love every aspect of this product. I have Open fit air. The only draw back is most other high end earbuds have a find my feature to locate lost case and buds. Aside from the lack of this feature very happy with sound and ease of use.
