Man, I did two jobs. The first job. It looks like the yard hasn't been cut for about a whole year and they only charge them $38. I was out there for four hours straight, just for the front yard. The customer left a one-star review. My account got disconnected without me knowing.
So far, so good…
I’ve only just began using the app but as far as I can tell this is going to be great for building a customer base. I’ve claimed 2 assignments and will be completing them tomorrow so I’ll come back and let everyone know how things went and what I’m most curious about the pay process & how long it’s going to take from the time I complete the job to actually get paid for it…. Parameters
There needs to be more parameters in place for negative reviews. Photos, proof, or evidence to cause a lesser than 5-star review. If no review is provided, it should default to 5-star review.
Could be better
There are some things they could improve upon to make it better for the pros. The long grass fee is one big one. Soo many people do not tell the truth when it was cut last. If its long its long we still need to cut it we should get paid the extra fee regardless of when the customer says it was cut last. If its long its long some of theese yards in 3 weeks can be 9-13 inches lomg it depends on the weatger and the type of grass.
Great Gig
I enjoy the extra income and time in the sun. Very easy access and communication with clients.
Deactivated without reason
Woke up to the not working 2 days later I called to find out what’s going on and he couldn’t tell me anything other than I was deactivated and not able to reactivate. I asked about my payouts her said that they would escalate that request. I’m not sure what’s going on but the lack of communication is a major red flag.

Lawn love is for kids
They take too much off the top of your pay-28%. It isn’t worth messing with for someone who is doing this for a living. The app was a good idea, but they take too much from the worker .
No offers
I been using the app for about a month and only gotten one offer from it, the job was completed the client loved me and yet I have t gotten anymore offers from them at all! All I’ve gotten was emails being accused of stealing customers which I have not done!
Terrible
I use this app for a couple months for jobs, only received two that were worth taking, you don’t get to choose a days you put your Lawns on them. I was also kicked off for no reason saying I contacted customers outside the app which I never did and no one has ever called or explained to any of this to me just got a letter kicking me off and that was it do not use.
Good
It’s good , but low jobs volume in certain area. I’m averaging 4 jobs per month
Fraud
Took on 25 jobs, after completing 3 of the jobs they cancelled my account in the middle of night and deactivated it claiming I solicited. I never even spoke with the customers in person and only communicated through the app and scheduled things through them on there. They then deactivated my account and would not tell me how they thought I solicited?! Then they threaten that I would get a fine for something I never did! I record and photograph everything from start to finish on lawns. Now my payout has not been paid and I did work for them and now they withheld the payout they were supposed to pay for the jobs completed, this is fraud. Do NOT use as they will use you then cancel you and stop your payout claiming false accusations against you. I have proof of everything.

They won’t pay you!
You will only get paid for the first job if you complete a second. That illegal. If you dont want to be scammed for your hard work for very little money. Do not work for them!
Jobs/Money
I love how that I can get jobs easier than going in door door knocking or posting on Facebook, I’m just having a hard time understanding the paying I understand you guys estimate the property and timeframe hours but sometimes there are other issues like my first job. I had to sit on the phone for a few hours. Because I couldn’t Mark long Grass on Job orders
Stay away. Not worth the hassle
You chase lawns that already mowed and do nothing for your team me or gas. If you recommend service for a customer and they accept it it after you mow and gone the give it to another contractor. They allow the customer to move there dates around or skip so you are always mowing tall grass putting strain on your equipment.

Bad 👎🏻
The app suddenly closed for no reason, and I lost contact with several clients. I regret not dealing directly with them. Terrible app — don’t download it, don’t waste your time or money. They give you a few clients, but when it’s time to get paid for your work, the app shuts down and leaves you without access.
