They are doing a scam right now! I just file a lawsuit!!! Very careful! make sure how much you make! They own me over $6000 haven’t paid me yet! Email customer service is really bad! They are not helping you at all!!!

A very bad company for to work; they are not clear about payment or travel distances. Not recommended.

I don’t see many orders ,but my only issue is it takes to long to get paid. A instant pay button would be awesome or less time to get paid,I don’t like waiting that long to get paid and this the only app so far that takes that long. Only issue other than that 5 stars……fix the pay option method so we can receive the pay quickly.
No respect for drivers when it comes to paying the drivers.
The company makes 3 times more then they actually pay the driver i.e 1/4 to driver who’s actually working and the company keeps 3/4. Not good company to work with as driver. STOP ROBBING THE DRIVERS
Treat unfairly
It’s all good until you run into car trouble then they will cheat you out your money. I went out 5hrs and 20mins. I had another 1hr 40mins to go before my engine light came on and stopped on the highway. They told me I will get paid for my earnings before handing it off to someone else. They end up paying me $75 out of a $729 load (Not even covering my gas).They been ignoring me since.
Good but needs work
The app is ok but needs some updating. 1. The notifications for the app should be a little more noticeable and or alert you of a new offer available. 2. The fact that it takes 5-7 days after the job time is complete to see your payout in your bill account to me is way too long if everything has been signed for and accepted we should be able to either cash out immediately or see payment 1-2 days max. 3. I do enjoy the integration between maps and communicating with support they are extremely responsive and work quickly to resolve any issues you have and work well to find solutions 4. Adding, removing, and updating vehicles is a long process of emails and paperwork. I think the company can find a way to streamline this process to help the driver make changes for the day of driving. Overall this is a great option to some occasional money to what you do full-time but i haven’t seen the benefits of utilizing this as a good day to day opportunity. If they fix some of the bugs and offer more pickup opportunities I think this will be a strong contender in daily work.

Great pay in my area relative to Uber / Lyft and you don’t need to deal with annoying people
Extreme Cheapskates
This company is cheap. Pay rates are very low delivering medical equipment and laboratory samples. Other apps pay more delivering paint and construction material. Shame on you Airspace. Trying to cheat drivers is not a road to success. Also, you have to wait a long time to get paid. No instant pay out option and company that they use to process our payments takes forever and they charge another fees. Terrible experience.

Have to See For Myself
Added a few days later - It seems unless you have your phone always open and looking at it, it's easy to miss offers. I have missed so many offers because I missed the notification. By the time I saw I got an offer it expired (guess someone already had accepted it). Wish the notifications were better and louder. Original Review - I had an issue resetting my password to create my account in the app. I reached out to support and got a reply back almost immediately and they resolved my issue. I will give 5 stars for that. Once I give this a try will then re-rate if I feel the need. :)
Commanding is Better
The app has is getting better. I would like to be able to communicate through text on the order your currently working on for status updates Also having a way to bypass QR code with a pic of package if one is not provided
They don't pay me.
I completed a service on February 9th, and today is February 28th, 2026, for $70 USD. The app shows that they've already paid. I've sent several messages, and no one is responding, much less paying me. This app is terrible.
Needs Major Improvements
As a driver, I expect transparency, fair pay, and flexibility this app falls short in all three. Payouts are only once a week on Thursdays, with no instant cash-out option, which is unusual for a gig platform. Pay rates are not shown upfront and there’s no negotiation runs are posted at a set price, often below market value. Mid-run, dispatchers sometimes add low-paying jobs, creating pressure to accept them without proper review. For drivers to succeed, Airspace should offer transparent pay details, fair rate negotiation, and on-demand payout options. Without these updates, the earning potential and driver satisfaction will remain low compared to other gig platforms. This app needs serious improvement. You have to wait a full week to get paid on Thursdays no instant cash-out option at all, which is standard on other gig apps. They don’t let you see your pay upfront, they lowball runs, and they don’t negotiate rates just throw out a number and expect you to take it. Dispatchers even try to slip in cheap runs Pay is often not worth the time or gas. For a gig app, drivers deserve transparency, fair rates, and on-demand pay.
It’s pretty good
It would be nice if there was a way to see how much the gig pays before I accept. This is really the only thing I don’t like. The support is good the app works well. I just need to know if I’m driving 30 miles of dead head to pick up it’s 25 dollars before I go. Can we get that option or am I missing something in the app?

I absolutely love this job I make a lot of money with outside spending the whole day driving they pay you right and they pay you good I am so happy I found it
Issues With features On App
I am have issues with sending email deputes and reporting bugs. It is saying that my email is not configured to the app.
Constant error issues
By far, this is the most unreliable app. App goes off nothing is displayed. Or when you do hear the tone go off offer expired. The best is when something just appears on your screen is halfway through the time of opportunity to get an offer. This is not a five star review. I’m reading a two stars based on my multiple years experience of the app.

This app would be perfect if the alert noise was really loud like a alarm/amber alert the alert it gives you now is very quiet and sometimes you miss the ride because of how silent the ride alert is. Please upgrade the alert system ASAP. It will help a lot of drivers out when using the driver partner app.
Great job but app needs update
I love what i do as a commander and it makes me happy but app needs some development. For example definitely need a louder tone for job notification, even having the app open its not loud or catchy enough to get someones attention if im not looking at it. Same with when out of the app, when app running in background the notification should be very loud so it can catch the driver’s attention. Also it definitely has connection issue because there are many times that i get the text for a job that im very close by but i didnt get it in the app and thats very weird that i have to call in to get the order when im already super close. One other thing is the emails. I dont understand the purpose of the emailing when we are using the app. You should add some more boxes and options for the dispatchers to be able to give all the information we get in email instead in the app. I believe with a little more work on the app it can turn all hustle away from the driver so they can focus on the task more than figuring out the app and informations by switching between email and app. Thanks.
About Pay !
This company is a scam, I did the job and never got paid the $312.00 I would never recommend them to any one I have the prove where you have to email them only to talk about your pay , I next step is TWC , to get my funds sent to me ACH !!
Not worth it anymore.
This app use to be great. You would receive jobs offers and work based off of that. Now your lucky to get even one job per day if that. This app is filled with bugs and the all too familiar… job expired or this job was assigned to another driver.
Advice for our developers (Good overall)
As a driver i would like to get a job notification popping in the whole screen not only that small BANNERS coming from the top and also want to hear its sound to be like the iPhone emergency alert for floods which is high. And another thing please show us the exact pick-up & drop-off time and address before accepting the job so we will not have to regret/cancel it if it doesn’t fit our expectations, please give us a feedback of this review so we know that you really read what we write. Thx
Were great in past years!!!
They were great for a while. I started my experience being a courier with them. It was a fun job that paid very well at the beginning and took you to areas that were unique! In the last few years, the company has gone through a lot of changes which made this gig a pretty terrible one!
Outdated
This company has good intentions, but is out dated when it comes to the technology. You have to take a picture of every piece in your order…I had a 62 piece order, and it took me over 2 hours to do the gig. I couldn’t take the pictures in the app because I didn’t have service in the building for delivery, so I sent them via email. I was only paid for the miles of the job of $25 bucks, and not my time for loading and unloading. I haven’t done a gig since. A few pictures will suffice, and display the minimum payout of the gig upfront…would be a lot better.

Fix the app!!
Keep getting offer expired! Then the same offer comes back over and over again. Also when on a job and another job comes in, you can’t check to see that job offer without the app keep pushing you back to the job you are on. Fix this please as this is terrible and I mean terrible ‼️
