Preferred driver
I have worked as a 1099 driver for this company for three years now between the Tampa location and the Charlotte North Carolina location. As a preferred driver, we are able to grab shifts on Wednesday, one week prior for the following week. Any remaining shifts would be dropped for the public on Thursdays. If any shifts are dropped by someone that may have picked it up, it is also up for grabs to the public as well. I think it's a great company. Just wish they would make us 1099 drivers permanent employees. Other than that I have no complaints.
Worst company ever.
After 8 months after signing up, I got accepted. The app has a lot of issues. The pay is very low For the amount of work you have to do. For some reason the apartments I have to deliver to are 30 miles from the station. There are a lot of apartments nearby by that they deliver to, but I rarely get those. I see the same people getting those routes all the time. The blocks are very hard to get. If you check at exactly 10 am on Thursdays you might be able to get a few for next week. They cancel about half the blocks I get about 3 hours before and you won’t get paid. If you cancel within 6 hours, you’ll get a violation. If you see a really good block the same day and you grab it, Chances are you are going to be a backup and you won’t get a route, and they will only pay you $15 for waisting your time. After spending 3 hours delivering. You’ll have to drive back to the station to return the key fobs.( for free) most of the time I do a 3 hour for $63 I end up driving about 60 milers not counting the trip to and from home. This is by far the worst way to try to make money. They want you to be free all day so they cancel whenever they want.

Who created the assessment questions? The video you have to watch does not specify that wearing the company badge is mandatory during service, it only states that one will be given to you. Pitiful for those who went through the entire process only to be rejected for open ended questions

Same here it’s been an entire year and nothing. They say watch the notifications for orders. Due to high demand they will be taken quick. No what’s happening is people are using bots to grab and it’s unfair to the genuine people just waiting for an order to neverrrrr come through.
Needs to be fixed
As others have stated, when you receive a notification for a job offer as soon as you click the notification, the job offer disappears. There’s no way anyone is accepting jobs that fast. I have the app for 3wks still haven’t seen a job. Don’t waste your time

I’m always getting alerts for available blocks, but then I log into the app and there’s nothing there. For over a month now no work. TRASH APP!!

Worst app there’s no fair opportunity for anyone everytime I press and opportunity it’s not there in the app please make a fair app
THEY DONT PAY
I worked six blocks for this company as a contractor and receive not one payment. Not only do they not pay once you bring it to their attention. They will have no one reach out to you. They won’t answer your calls or emails. It’s horrible that this is an actual business but they will steal your time and ultimately your money.
Lost package and delayed frequently
I will only choose the property without Fetch service in the future. The whole process and experience is really annoying. I keep losing my package, never get the package on ideal time/ day. My partner lost his 5 packages as well
Save your time, you can’t get it back!
Horrible working for them! They don’t follow their own policies on use of fobs but will randomly give you a violation without checking their returned fob forms. They are so disorganized, they gave me a violation for a non returned fob on a day I didn’t receive a fob because I didn’t work for them that day. Their customer service is horrible as well, they had no realistic resolution for the issues I encountered. But I should have known when I did “training” and the guy Gamma said they have a high turnover rate.

I went through the trouble of filling everything out and giving them all my information to be a driver a week ago and since then I’ve gotten 100+ notifications about available batches and when clicked they are gone in 2 seconds. Something is fishy about this app. Don’t waste your time or get excited about it.
Don’t bother
This app is a waste of time. You receive a text that a block is available and when you go to accept…it’s GONE but not like I see it and when I click on it gone. Like never was there at all GONE
