WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Vicente Santaella is terrible human being. Him and his worker service my lawn and they broke my gutter. These people didn’t even have the integrity to let me know. I had to come home to see my gutter completely dented and broken off because of their poor level work ethic. Vicente I’m still waiting on you to pay for the damages that you caused on my property. This human being doesn’t like to answer calls nor address the issues that his workers caused. This is how you they business and not pay for the damages. Be very AWARE OF USING THIS APP SINCE THIS COMPANY IS APPARENTLY not responsible since independent contractors. Pathetic
Ending season mowing
Service is good but had to set up 2026 year schedule. No instructions about season end. Otherwise happy!
Poor functionality
The correct frequency and dates never stick. I have added that I want a two week cut at least 10 times it still reverts to every week. The app is very terrible and makes scheduling difficult

Scammers and no Support
I would give GreenPal negative stars if I could. I scheduled a lawn-mowing service through GreenPal. The crew never showed up, yet THREE DAYS later, my card was charged for a service that was never performed. The photo uploaded by the mowers in the app wasn’t even my house. I contacted GreenPal customer service, and the experience was beyond frustrating. I received nothing but repetitive, copy-and-paste responses with zero actual effort to resolve the issue. At one point, I was told my card hadn’t been charged. Then I was told the crew would have to run my card onsite. Both statements are completely wrong because my card is saved in the GreenPal app and was charged through the platform. The biggest issue is the complete lack of accountability. GreenPal allowed a customer to be charged for a service that was never provided, and then made ME prove it. Finally got a copy paste answer demanding three forms of proof: my texts attempting to resolve the issue with the mower, proof that my lawn was still uncut, and proof that my card had been charged. I provided every single thing they requested. And then, I got ghosted. I paid for a service I never received, provided all the evidence GreenPal demanded, and still couldn’t get anyone to take responsibility or resolve the situation. Customers should never have to fight this hard to get their money back for a service that was never performed. Absolutely unacceptable. GreenPal needs to take responsibility for the vendors operating through its platform and stop allowing customers to be charged for services they never received Edit: So I emailed the team support as requested and it’s been 6 days with no response. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM APP!!
Forced review
The app is kinda clunky, some functions require a computer. It requires you to leave a review after every single cut if you want to tip or make payment before it automatically pays.
So convenient
The app has significantly reduced the amount of time that I have to take to explore my options as far as lawn care prior app, I was hiring the local guy that I would see and I only did. He have a bad attitude, but also did a really mediocre job. And also would no-show perhaps because of the size of the grass and because I told him I was not gonna pay him more but he lost a client and GreenPal has been lining up amazing people ever since then.
They have not bothered to contact me
I was wanting to use these services. When you open the app, you have to put in your address. Because of where I live, there are different letters at the same address. I emailed them days ago and they have not bothered to contact me back. They don’t care about their customers. Use a legit service.

Don’t use
I cancelled my account, yet Green Pal never told my lawn guy so he came out and cut my grass. So I had to pay for service after it was already cancelled.
Easy, Quick, Affordable
My mower died a couple summers ago. Found this app. I told them what I needed. Got sent quotes in the app. (The lawn crews have pictures of their work uploaded.) You accept one, text them directly if you have questions/instructions, and they come do the work. Best part: You don’t need to be there 🙌🏾They send a picture when they’ve finished and charge your card later that day. You can move dates around, add services, and leave tips all in the app. I’ve added this service to my “self care” list 🤣

Great to start…
Was super easy to start with, got bids from multiple lawn care providers to cut my yard and had someone out within a week of submitting my yard. I then experienced some technical difficulties on the app with paying my lawn care service. Contacted “customer support” which is just an AI respondent. No phone number to call, and no real person to chat with. Ended up having to delete my account and set up services with the provider directly. If you are in a bind and need someone quick, this is a decent solution. However, as soon as you have an issue, there is no customer support at all. I had to delete my account entirely to resolve the issue and I do not intend on ever using this application again. Use with caution!!!

Horrible service, unreliable operators, and broken app
Do not waste your time with GreenPal. I hired two different lawn care providers through this app. Both accepted the job and both literally texted me saying they were on their way. I stayed home and waited, only for both to ghost me and cancel last-minute without a word. Because of their unreliable operators, my grass grew completely overgrown, and now I have to pay extra "tall grass fees" to find someone else to fix it. When I contacted customer support to complain about being flaked on twice, they gave me a canned response telling me they don't have enough providers in my area and literally told me to "go look on Craigslist." Absolute joke of a platform. They take zero responsibility for the bad providers they allow on their app. To make matters worse, right after closing my support ticket, the app completely broke and throws a "Something's gone wrong" error screen, essentially locking me out. They don't protect the homeowner at all. Avoid this app at all costs.

Horrible!
Got matched up with “emerald cuts”, first mow went fine. Then they ignored my messages and never heard from them. 2nd appointment they send a picture from the first mow and try charging me, even though no one came out. I dispute it with green pal, sending pictures that no one but my yard, and that it’s the same photo from the first time. Now everything is frozen so I can’t find anyone new. Their “chat” is just ai/auto messages that tell me everything is frozen to contact emerald cuts. But they ignore me sooo? Just no more service. Save yourself the headache and don’t think about using this app.
Actually the best
Literally the easiest time getting lawn service I’ve ever had. I put in my address for a quote and then someone showed up and mowed the lawn on time. I have used many different companies/contractors in the past and this was by far the smoothest and it’s not even close. I didn’t have to deal with searching for a company or calling a contractor that didn’t show up, I didn’t have to wait for them to stop by at some random time later to get a quote before service started, I didn’t have to deal with a secretary service answering the phone so they can have a contractor call me back who knows when, and I didn’t have to deal with paying in cash. I just put in the address, the credit card, and done. And then once the cut was finished I scheduled more. If it keeps being this easy I’ll use it forever

Signed up and booked a pro easily, communicated via text, and then he was a two-time no show. Cancelled the appointment with him, put in a new request — first bid that came in was from him again. At a higher price. Second bid was from a “different” pro — also obviously him, from the profile photo — at a slightly lower price. Ick. Deleted my account.
