Great Cleaner!
I found an excellent cleaner for our Airbnb turnovers. The app specifically caters to rental turnovers, and I found that to be true based on the expertise of the cleaner I hired. After the first cleaning, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the care she put into making sure every guest feels welcomed. When I experienced a technical issue within the platform, it was resolved immediately by customer service representative Tate, who did an amazing job providing the necessary information and answering all of our questions promptly. Highly recommend!

Definitely helps eliminate a lot of the headaches of scheduling…a little on the expensive side being that it takes a decent chunk from managers and cleaners. Customer service is good though. Emma was excellent in helping me get my issues lined out quickly
Great app, but completely useless due to zero customer ( cleaner)
The overall concept of Turbo is great, and the app itself runs smoothly without any bugs (10/10 for the app design). However, it has been completely useless for our specific cleaning needs. We have been trying to find resources and reach out to their team for weeks—even months—and have received absolutely no response. A brilliant app means nothing if the service doesn't work for your needs and support is non-existent. 10/10 for the tech, 0/10 for utility.
Nice app but…
As an Airbnb host, I am sharing custom iCal link form my channel manager with information like - whether a room should be setup as a twin double or single, whether infant setup is necessary. In Turno property -> teammates -> advance settings -> I choose to display guest information and notes on ICal, but my cleaner still cannot see the number of adults, number of children and special requests. iCal notes go to I private notes for host which I have to manually copy over to notes for cleaner. Sometimes we have 3 weeks between bookings and in these circumstances we don’t want to clean straightaway. However, Turno is prescriptive on cleaning straightaway. As a workaround I use welcoming project, but this means cleaner cannot start a day earlier
Lifesaver for hosts
Turno has been a life changer for me a new host. It connected me with a great cleaner, makes scheduling super easy and payments, etc are all automated. I recently made a mistake with the cleaning rate and I got in touch with Mai and Allan through their chat function and they were both very responsive and helpful to fix the issue. Thank you!
If I could give 0 stars I would
This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever had to deal with. Signing up is a joke and depending on how many properties you have it’s a 100 dollars per one. Just for the app to never update or work. This app brings no value and makes my life a living hell.
Good but could be better
The core product is good but interface is slow and cumbersome. Simple tasks like adding cleaners to jobs takes far too many clicks. Something that should take seconds is a drag.
Limited functionality and poor user experience
The user interface is not intuitive or easy to navigate, which makes completing basic tasks unnecessarily difficult. The app itself offers very limited functionality; most actions appear to require switching to the website instead of being handled within the application. Customer support is also a significant issue. There is no readily available live assistance. Users must submit a question and then wait an undefined amount of time for a response, which feels unstructured and unreliable. The support system gives the impression that responses are handled intermittently. Overall, the app gives the impression that it was built and then left without continued development or maintenance.

I run a STR business and this is a must have app to run my operations, the customer service has always been great as well with a special thanks to ruby each time.
Payment doesn’t work on app , cleaning person is not seeing jobs, they are disappearing from her app
My cleaning person is not getting enough notification for jobs that are upcoming . She has missed about five jobs because of it.. Then they disappear the day after and she can’t see that she missed it. Also, I cannot pay her from the app only from the web-based site

Had some issues setting up and certainly things could be made clearer and more seamless but Frank was brilliant at resolving and providing support! Thank you!
Lack of payment options for Canadians.
Overall, Turno is a helpful tool, but it’s disappointing that Canadian users don’t have access to basic ACH (automated clearing house) services like Americans do. There isn’t even an option to use a trusted third-party provider such as PayPal. This makes it harder and less convenient for Canadians to pay and get paid, and feels like a step backwards in accessibility and user experience.

Turno Allows Actual Fruad
Allowed a cleaner to start and stop a clean after one minute to force payment and to steal from me then Turno removed her from my team so I couldn’t speak with her about missing items and they basically just told me too bad even though they facilitated the whole thing. So much for a “Cleaner Guarantee” beware.
Support ist Weltklasse
Die App hat noch Optimierungsbedarf. So muss bei vielen Funktionen in den Browser gewechselt werden. Schön wäre, wenn dies alles innerhalb der App funktionieren würde. Auch die deutsche Übersetzung ist noch ausbaufähig. ABER: Der Turno Support ist wirklich beachtenswert und deswegen sehe ich über das ein oder andere Problem mit der App hinweg. Ich hatte nun schon mehrfach Kontakt mit dem Support und es wurde immer extrem schnell (weniger als 30 Minuten) geantwortet. Das sogar Samstagabend!!! Das ist schon außergewöhnlich. Vor allem wurde nicht nur geantwortet, sondern meine Probleme analysiert und meiste sehr schnell behoben. Wenn jetzt noch die Bugs in den Apps behoben werden und der ein oder andere Wunsch (mehr als eine Checkliste zu einer Unterkunft zuordnen zu können) erfüllt wird, gibt es volle 5 Sterne 😁

Keeps crashing and have to delete and download again. Won’t open at all sometimes
Great Customer Service
The app is pretty easy to use but I sometimes have issues navigating the settings bc they aren’t always intuitive. Ally helped me when the AI chat bot wasn’t quite directing me to the right solution and was able to resolve the issue immediately. Very much appreciated and am grateful for the fast, human response! Thanks Ally.
Terrible messaging system
The app is terrible. Not user friendly, no clear view of calendar and if you connect to you airbnb calendar it share ALL the details including prices, photos..everything. I don’t have to expose my whole business details in order to use a cleaning service. Messaging is not easy at all. The app blocks some messages for no reason!!
Good but could be better
Would be good if you could have more than one team member to view check out dates/projects for cleans and not just one member.
Useful product, would rec!
I’ve been using Turno about 4 months now and love the concept. The Airbnb integration makes managing turnovers quite easy/automated, though the quality of cleaners themselves may vary quite a bit. Customer support is very helpful, responsive, and precessional. Special shoutout to Anne for all her help!
Messaging doesn’t work
Worst app I’ve ever used. Messaging is completely broken. Don’t bother downloading this
German translations can still be improved
I like the app. However, the German translations are still inconsistent. I would expect to have everything in German then without any English words. Bear in mind that the App is used by people who don't necessarily speak English that we'll. The time format from the browser should match the one on the app. It would be nice to have all the settings in the app one day, without getting redirect to the browser.
Great app
This app truly makes running a short term rental so much easier. I’m learning the app still but support is very helpful and responsive. Today Issac helped me get a scheduling conflict straightened out. Recommended.
Awful service
Failed to sync 4 times with out booking platform meaning it missed essential cleans. No compensation offered by Turno and refused to refund for the awful software. Avoid!

Cleaners Don’t Show Up
The cleaners on Turno are unreliable at best. Zero consequences when they don’t show up. Lost a huge amount of money when I risked using this app. Don’t get burned too.
A Must Have for Running Multiple STRs
We have been using the Turno app for a couple of years now to schedule cleanings for our rentals and it really frees up our time for other things. Sophie, thanks for your support with our questions!
Buggy and broken.
Insanely buggy and frustrating. Looping me to sign in an create a new account every time I try to input my credit card.
Good app and service
The app does what you need it to do and is easy to understand and navigate. I love the automated integration with payments and calculators. This app truly makes it much easier to scale my rental portfolio. I had a small issue with messaging that Emma in customer service helped me fix super quick with their chat feature.
Horrible Experience
App worked ok for what you needed, but they don’t really warn you about anything that doesn’t benefit them.
