Bad game
The worst game I’ve ever played
Snookers
Got my opponent in a snooker. He needed the final red, but this was behind the black (no direct shot). But he kept aiming for the black, instead of trying a shot off the cushion, to hit the red. I just kept taking the points! Other than that I am enjoying the game.
Not Bad, but Needs Work
Pros: Love the simple look and gameplay. There's a pretty wide variety of games and tables to play on. Cue ball action is mostly realistic, but not entirely. Cons: Computer opponent is really bad. Even playing Legend level, the shot selection is questionable, cue ball control is nearly non-existant, and safety/defensive shots are identical to that of lesser skill levels. The only real difference between the various difficulty levels is actual shot making. Legend almost never misses, but also rarely runs more than a couple balls before needing to play defensive. Only having WPA rules is a shame, considering all of the other variety and options available. The shot guides are mostly terrible and difficult to see. Blue, in particular, does not contrast very well even on green cloth. The guide needs to just be black regardless of what color ball you're shooting. The cue ball guide is equally bad, especially when doing straight draw. You simply can't see it when trying to determine how hard to hit. And if trying to draw back beyond the position of the cue ball, the cue stick is now obstructing your view of it. Would also be great to be able to save a prefered camera angle. The first 2 are pretty much useless. I only use angle 3 (over head) and would love to be able to set that as the default view so I don't need to change it every game. Adding masse would be fantastic.

My review
I hate this game. The target is very off and it makes no sense. There was no tutorial on how to play. The graphics are also very bad. For your own sake, don’t get this game. I hope this helps.
ONLY NEEDS MORE PEOPLE
I love this game. I totally love the number of games and feature available. I like the practice mode so I can dial in my style and learn the games aiming quirks. The ability to reset a shot until you get it perfect is awesome. The only thing that keeps the final star off the board is that I can never get an online game against a live opponent. I don’t know if there are that few players out there or if the in-game network/connection is faulty. I have a rock steady internet connection so that isn’t the issue.
Gameplay realistic AI not so much
Played against an “amateur” AI and in 2 games (5 frames) they didn’t miss a shot, including multiple snookers and a long shot along the cushion. The game dynamics seem pretty accurate though.
Looks good, doesn’t play well for me
It’d be great if I controlled the pool stick manually with a pull & release function. The gameplay just feels unnatural as it is. Looks nice tho, and I think the options look really cool.

When I was playing this game and I do the quick matches or plays every time when I get to the black ball, it puts my hole put it in in a weird place, but as soon as my opponent, get his orders last ball in it, it goes after the black it puts it in a perfect location for them so that is the reason why I’m giving it to one star I would not recommend playing this game if you want to lose 100 times go right ahead
So nearly there
Really love this game but for one little annoyance. Why oh why can you not just tap on the ball you want to aim at, instead have to cycle round and sometimes it can take an age to get the cue to swing through the right way. 5 stars if you correct this
Takes infinite time to pair with players online
It takes about half an hour to successfully pair with one online player. And for the simulation, the cue ball always goes a little bit longer distance than it should be. And the pocket bounces are totally not real. Bounces off half the length of a rail.
What Are the Rules?
I’ve never played snooker, so I looked up the rules online. The rules I found online don’t appear to matchup with this game. I get called for fouls when I follow the rules I found on Wikipedia. The game will setup a shot for me, and when I make the shot I get called for a foul. It would be an excellent game if it made it clear what the rules are.

This game is mostly excellent, plays great, looks great really does work well but a couple of things really irk me biblically, you cannot skip through the computer players breaks, you have to sit through each n every shot without actually being able to see how the shot is constructed, Power, spin etc. The other thing is the computer players - in certain games irrespective of difficulty they will hit every shot they play, quad ball plants, shots that you can’t ever imagine a human player playing - allied to my first point it really kills the game, I fully get the computer player may well score with every shot while building a break as would a human but sometimes the shots they pot a little supernatural in the quality - this stops the game being a 5 out of 5
Could be the best !
This is a awesome pool game but the physics coupled with the aim software kills the game play . The English never work 85% of the time and like most pool games the cue pool always extra power when the game is on the line so a scratch is possible, I have watched the cue ball stop a the pocket only too drop seconds laters . You absolutely cannot make combo shots as to shot aim is so low you cannot judge . All this has resulted in so many lost tournaments, leagues & matches that were surly mine . The online is non existent and you can create a room which is cool then no one shows up. This pool game has super potential if the developer cares enough to take it to the next levels but all sides show there isn’t any interest except to be a below average game .If you kept the game theme and added the physics and aiming of the carnival 8 ball pool this app would surpass quickly because everyone there wants a real pool experience. I hope and pray our dreams come true with this game , I would buy the game and take it too the level it needs if I had the opportunity to purchase it with full rights . This graphics are simply amazing with a long future for IPad game play!
Good fun but we need a fast forward
It’s a good fun game, career mode would be a nice touch but my biggest issue is having to watch the computer play every shot slowly. It’s painful and boring. A fast forward button for when com is playing and it’s a game changer to give star for me.

Have been playing too much golf of late so I was looking for something as challenging as golf and I found it with Pro Snooker & Pool 2025+! Go ahead, it’s your shot!
Terrible Mouse and Keyboard Controls
The mouse and key board controls for this game make it awful to play. This is the WORST pool game I've ever played. The graphics are terrible as well.
Great Game With Flaws
I’ve found that saving league data can be unreliable. The graphics are very dated, could do with a pro designers touch. If you can ignore the fairly predictable computer opponents then it’s a great game with everything you need, including Snooker.
Fun game but Ai needs to be dialed down.
This game is fun I mostly play Pool, and the ai is fun to play against but it always sinks at least 4 balls every time it has a turn, and these are extremely accurate shots. Would be better if the ai missed some shots (not every shot, but every now and then) it would make the game last longer than 2 minutes.
Ding noise
The loud ding noise in this game and bowling and I assume every game made by this developer is so loud and annoying. Every button you press DING DING DING DING. And all the music sounds like different genres of elevator music. Like generic elevator guitar, club, synth music etc make the game feel dated. And it’s just too much noise and not an improvement over no music at all. Games don’t need background music unless it’s just pleasant on-brand background tunes like Angry Birds, BTD6, SSG, Threes. Pixel Pro Golf has a nice tune. Find someone to make chill and fitting background music to use across your apps.
Carom Billiards
Pro Snooker & Pool is very realistic and challenging. I love the Snooker games, but how about adding Carom Billiards in 2026. It is a very challenging game, and requires great skill. Please consider my suggestion. Thank You!
Horrible mechanic
You apparently *have* to use chalk, or it will purposely miss your shots. This is an insane mechanic that has no basis in reality.
Good game, difficulty setting needs work
Please adjust the difficulty setting so they’re more realistic. The rookie setting is more like pro-am, it rarely misses a shot not blocked. So even on that setting have to be near-perfect to win. Frustrating and then I don’t play.

I want to feel like I’m playing the game, not watching it. Games like this where you pull the cue stick back to shoot are far superior to these where you “set the power” and “click the shoot button.” Why can’t table top games like this use the two thumbs approach like some other types? One thumb should aim the cue while the other draws back on a slider representing how far back you pull it then slide it back up to engage the speed and follow through on the ball. You could even have a close up of the cue ball in the upper part of the screen that shows where you will hit that ball when shoot. I want a challenge but having a practice room available that simply sets up scenarios at random and gives you as many tries to retry the shot as you want until you can get a real sense of where the ball goes when you hit it just so.

Okay i’m not a pool pro, i downloaded this to get better at pool video games (and my family and friends do not always want to play pool with me) ,not that it’s like a place to learn but i wanted experience. I don’t even get it. Am I that bad at pool? I have the ai on rookie while i played just now and he got like 4 shots in a row! Is pool supposed to be this hard? escpedislly on rookie? If i wanted the AI to not miss a shot i would have put it on whatever the hardest difficulty is I understand that they don’t wanna make the game too easy but if im playing on rookie i want the game easy!!!
Ball Guide
Don't like the ball guide as the same color as the ball. Hard to see. Need to make it white like the cue ball side.

As many others have said, the difficulty levels are really bad. In a quick game, if you slip up at all and miss a shot, you just lost the game even on the easier difficulty. There’s no reason a rookie should be able to clear the table in one fell swoop and I watch the slow animations of then sinking ball after ball and then lose. Very frustrating for a game which should be a nice and easy time killer.

Apple Mafia Booted Me
I loved this game and was in the lead in all competitions but I got BOOTED without any explanation . I did not think the price increase was worth it . I don’t think we should be paying for these apps period simply because they are ad free should be what Apple does for its customers because the cherish us . No Apple feels it is another way for it to make more look by charging us for the best of their products. The younger generation to not know how to value things or their power as a consumer so they will buy anything without question or research. Those of us who have been around know what Apple is doing is a DISGRACE because we are the ones who pay high dollars for their products so we should not have to pay again to use for Apps, TV ,Music, Art etc . It is so shameful but only a few of use are take a stand and my voice was the loudest so they just KICK me off with no discussion. Did you know Apple has bought the rights to many a MLB broadcast teams which will block a whole lot of fans from no seeing the game of the Reds, Pirates, Braves, Mets, all because the elderly who have been fans of their teams for years do not have Apple TV or even know how to technically work a Apple TV . The Apple broadcast for baseball is also the worst ever in calling a game therefore another loss of tradition will be lost due too Apple’s Mafia attitude and monopoly be they have so much money because WE GIVE IT too them . Apple doesn’t even offer Apple support for the Arcade venue because they do not care enough to listen and are taking us for granted. I remember a time when we could all be PROUD to own a Apple product now it is more shameful than global warming as Apple spits in the eye of all the customers who paved the way for their success. Shame on you Apple !
Quality game play … but don’t expect to learn rules
Great ball and table physics but very ungracious to those who want to learn the rules for unfamiliar billiard games and their variants. Frustratingly, there is a “Tips” menu for learning the controls and interface but zero explanation of game rules are or even what the objective is. A fee pop-ups happen for decisions of who takes a shot or for foul penalties but with not enough context or information to fully explain why it happened. You will have to self-educate online or just play around ignorantly and reverse engineer as much as possible.

It’s a good game but the rookie difficulty doesn’t seem like it’s actually a rookie difficulty, how would a rookie make 90% of shots? I know I didn’t when I first started playing pool.

Excellent - but…
…there needs to be a penalty for quitting on multiplayer. The number of dainty egos that quit when losing is staggering and hugely frustrating. If you beat me, I stay to the end, stats be damned.
Great with one minor flaw
Gameplay is great and all the sound is great except when you strike the cue ball it sounds like a miscue…. Otherwise perfect

At last
A reproduction of an excellent game I once had. This has its realistic factors of cue action & power but I’m praying this is updated to what it was, as at present it doesn’t show an image of the cueball wherever it is aimed to strike a target ball, so therefore is unreal view and will not teach/guide. The fact I used to play a game or two of this-old version (without target ball guide) before going to real snooker proves it was better before. Please, please update it.
