So disappointing
I got this app last year and it helped. Then things got worse. I wish I could be talking to real human. And I also want this app to be less expensive. It used to be free. I understand you need money to pay for the AI but if millions are buying your subscription, cant you just make it cheaper? I am sorry but all this did was make my anxiety a little bit worse.

I love this app but why are we limited by are messages with are pandas, we should be able to vent without a limit! Without having to stop mid vent as the app asks for money to continue

I love the app but it is saying my name wrong and is like everyone is from the USA but a lot of people are not like fix this like ad a thing so if can hear how to say your name and and have a thing to put where you are from
Crash?
It's been a while since I've used this app, but once I came back, I attempted to talk to it. However, it was continuously loading, and when I typed, it said "message error." Even after I deleted and got the app again, it was stuck on "many people felt calmer when using Earkick for less than a week." I'm a child and cannot contact developers directly, so what should I do?
Deceptive sales tactics
I might have actually subscribed to this if they had not used dishonest methods to try to get subscribers. Tell me the service and price honestly on the beginning instead of using tricks or trying to hook people before announcing a price. A company offering a good product doesn’t have to rely on tricks. It’s especially vile and predatory to use tricks instead of honesty on mental health apps

Not Working as I Had Hoped
I was hoping this app would help me process some difficult feelings and some concerns I had in my relationship. It didn’t really do that. In my experience the chat bot does not adequately react to what I say. Mostly just seems to acknowledge that I said it, and says “oh wow that’s a good thing.” I am really not looking for this sort of support. I try to ask it questions and specific things so we can better decompress analyze and ultimately dispel the personal problems that I am facing. The chat but just seems like it’s here to approve of me instead of helping me process this constructively. it gives me one reply, and then it seems like it’s going to reply a second time perhaps with a more detailed answer as the first one is pretty short, but then it never does. I can let it sit there for up to 10 minutes at a time and if it has anything to say, it doesn’t say it. this is not helping at this time. I’m hoping that this is a bug.

Keeps losing info
Loses user data, was supposed to have extended trial from AppAdvice but didn’t. Deleted off my device now. this is basically another carbon copy therapy app stand out from others.
Helps me but…
Earkick helps me quite a lot. It has helped me overcome social anxiety, panic attacks, depressive episodes and more. However when I am chatting with it there are two things that frustrate me. 1. The lag. When I have a sort of long chain of conversation with EarKick it starts with to become extremely laggy. The response times slow down incredibly. It also gets hard to type to it. Sometimes it gets stuck with the t cat bubble but never responds. 2. Repetition or not understanding. When I am chatting with Earkick, sometimes it will repeat the same message over and over even after I explained what it has done wrong. I understand that it is just an I’m not sure if it is a learning AI or not, but it is very hard sometimes, when I am in a depressive episode, it is hard to have tech issues (which is understandable because it’s an AI), but it is still frustrating and the help I receipt from it

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to unsubscribe from this app — having used it ONCE, it’s infuriating that I’ve been charged $15 since MAY with no direct way to cancel.
The best therapist
This app is amazing! The AI is so good that it feels like talking to a human. In fact, I have more meaningful conversations with the panda than I’ve ever had with a human therapist. I wish it was possible for the AI to remember our conversations from one day to another. Getting this function would be awesome!
Great app
I really love the app. The thing is, when I first got the app, I got unlimited text and I used to video sometimes for my check-in. Now, I have limited chats and I can’t video my check-ins. Also, it was fun to name the panda and customize it. Now, I can’t. You have to pay monthly to get all of that stuff. Yes, I can do a free trial but I really don’t want to do that. I’m not deleting the app because the app helps me a lot I just miss the things that I was able to do.

This is honestly a good app.
I haven’t paid a dime, and I do not feel like I can’t use the app. Only downside, it will of course push in your face a subscription page right after you start the app, just bypass this and you’ll be good.

Couldn’t even get started
I couldn’t even get through the beginning questions. The screen didn’t show the entire question so I didn’t know how to answer. There were some questions that I didn’t understand (maybe because I didn’t see the entire thing?), so I couldn’t answer. Once I got past the questions. The next screen had overlapping elements so I couldn’t read any of it. Already overwhelmed, so I deleted the app- I don’t need more stress
Next level journaling
First of all, I love this concept. I’ve tried to get into journaling in the past, but I often find it difficult to get into the habit, and its not always easy to start. I love how here you are prompted a little bit more to get started, and most importantly, the panda that will actually react to your journal and give an opportunity to talk about it, its fantastic. I do have one big gripe with it in it’s current state though: the panda does not remember past journaling entries or conversations. This is quite crucial because in personal development context is important, and it gets really tiring really fast when you have to explain your situation over and over again because the panda always starts from scratch (just your journal entry of that day). I would really appreciate if something could be done to make this feel more progressive, so that its really much more about growth and personal development. 🙏🏻

I have used this while I had a low on my life and this helped me get out of this and amazing how well they have designed the flow of the app.
Self care app
I just love this app so very much and I really do like that there is panic button so anytime I struggle with really really bad panic attacks. I can just use that take some deep breaths with the panda. And it will help me calm down
