Pretty good
Good app for viewing auditions. It doesn't let you search by shortlisted though. I hope that's an improvement added sometime soon. Overall, it's a huge improvement over what it used to be.
Development team is dropping the ball.
Several features of the app just do not work. Tapping in the “files” tab takes you nowhere. The messages tags works, but only sometimes. Was this even beta tested? There should be far more frequent updates to make this function for artists like me on the move. Do better.

Unless you’re ready to spend $500 on their membership, this is absolutely useless.
Convenient, not perfect
The app is super convenient to have so that you can easily reach out to clients! However, there are some glitches in the app. For example, you can’t search for specific keywords, even though there’s a search bar. The app is almost there, but still needs some updates.
Major Issues
I really wanted to like VOICES, but a few major issues make the experience frustrating. First, the app doesn’t allow you to edit your profile at all. Another big drawback is the lack of push notifications. Without them, it’s easy to miss activity, responses, or updates, which makes the app feel oddly disconnected. Finally, the biggest issue for me is that audio doesn’t play back after submitting. For an app centered around voice content, this is a pretty serious problem. Not being able to review what you posted or check that it uploaded correctly takes away a lot of confidence and usability. Overall, VOICES has potential, but these issues make it hard to recommend in its current state. I hope future updates address these basic but important features.

You can only access certain jobs without the $500 membership payment. This makes it harder for starters to get in the game.

Helpful Platform to grow and earn
Easy to make your profile. Upload your sample work and choose the jobs which are automatically matched. I've just joined so I'm yet to get a job through Voices. But it serves as an easy platform to grow and earn doing whatever you love to do!! Great app. Cheers!! 👍
So much potential but hindered by function issues
This app is important for me to keep track of auditions and jobs throughout the day. However there are some issues that make using the app a slog. -Anytime I close the app I have to sign back in. Why can’t the app remember my phone and keep me signed in long term? -The message button has a blue dot on it permanently. I don’t have any messages unread and yet the dot has been there for a long time. -I come across app breaking bugs fairly frequently. These bugs although periodic throw me out of the app or lock everything down. -The lag is real. Even when I have good internet it takes too long to load pages. In short, download this app for its usefulness but grit your teeth when using it.

Voices is the standard by which all other sites should be judged. Whether for clients or voice over artists, the ability to connect with each other in a safe, contracted manner is beyond brilliant - will be using Voices for a long time to come!

Glitches galore
It’s convenient to have the app to read specs of audition’s (when it does populate) but that’s about it. I have to click on hiring multiple times because it tells me no jobs until I hit it a few times. The saved section doesn’t update no matter how many times I hit it even when it shows the saved projects on my laptop. It always shows I have a new message when I don’t. When I did get a message it didn’t show on the app till I looked and saw it on my laptop. Also, it use to let me hear responses to projects I’ve submitted to, but now it won’t. I have to get on my laptop. It’s really disappointing that it doesn’t work better. Apps are supposed to make things more convenient but these glitches make it an unreliable source when looking for opportunities for work.

Can’t actually work
You can read and reply to messages maybe. It’s so close to be really useful but without the ability to open private invites auditions, or upload files or even view from Awarded jobs makes it useless (almost). Frustrating to be close to what you need and not be able to do it. Alright- break out the laptop. Can’t wait for it to be functional tho!

Interface Good, but Crashes
I like the interface and it’s quick to move around between jobs and answered. So that’s nice, but it crashes as soon as I hit the filter button to try to search for relevant jobs.

Limited Functionality
I really want to love this app because it could be more convenient than using the website. However, there are some basic issues that hinder my workflow. I’m a premium user and it’s often not worth the hassle to use the app. 1. There’s no way to get notifications through the app. I’ve gotten messages and was never notified via the app even when I had my settings to receive push notifications. Also for whatever reason the time on the messages is wrong by hours so I never really know when a message was sent unless I check my email or the website. 2. You’re not able to view attachments in the app. Some clients post an attachment for the audition script but if you’re using the app there’s no option to view (only download) which makes it more difficult to quickly respond to auditions. Overall the app only has one use for me. When I’m recording, I use it as a second screen. You can’t upload files, edit your account, or any of the basic things you’d expect from an app in 2023. Hopefully, there can be improvements soon.
