Overall, it is easy to use easy to submit. Very user-friendly.
Unusable - Can’t Log In
This app is unusable. Type in my username and password, push the button to log in, and nothing happens. Going to the EBC website and logging in that way works, but this app doesn’t load after login information is submitted.
Much improved!
Thank you for the improvements! Feels more like a modern app now.
Glitchy
All I am able to do is see balances and file claims. When I try to view my transaction activity it exits out of the app.
Good idea
The app is good but the physical debit card never works ??! I always have to hand enter or call or order a new card
Easy
Needed to provide a receipt for eye doctor visit. Just took a picture and uploaded it. Took 2 whole minutes.
Does not show all accounts
Doesn’t even show investments accounts. Missing functionality and forces you back to website via computer.
Plays insurer with your money.
Administrator plays fast and loose and asks for documentation practically every time the "benefits card" in use. Denies medically necessary expenses by saying they are not medically necessary. Basically, acts as a health insurer with your money.

Updated to new app and after logging in go to view activity and I get thrown out.
Huge improvement
This app is a huge improvement over the previous version and mashes submitting receipts super easy. It may even be easier than the browser on a computer.
Submitted Receipts
I shouldn’t have to submit every receipt for an appointment I go to every week
Logs out every time!
It’s crazy that Face ID or some sort of telemetry isn’t functioning on this app. It logs out every single time and doesn’t save any username or password.
Horrible
The app just stopped working. I unloaded it and reloaded it signed in and all it does is spin spin spin and I can’t see any of my information then it signs you out. Please fix this app!

Garbage
There are features, such as requesting a replacement card, that cannot be performed on the website for which one must have the app or call the help line. Problem is the app does not currently work on IPhone so you have to wait on hold waiting for help. EBFlex knows the app doesn’t work on Iphone, but it’s been months now with no fix so I assume they just don’t care. The app will open, but if you try to login you get an error that your user name or password is wrong. Meanwhile, the recorded message in the help line touts this POS as the solution to all your problems. This company couldn’t be more jacked up. Absolute buffoons.
Stop resetting Face ID
This app never leaves Face ID on so I have to dig out the password every few times. Why is that so hard to preserve?
Ease of use
Ease of use is too notch. Instructions are clear and easy to follow!
Never works
I can never log in and keep seeing a “We’re having trouble connecting right now. Try again in a few minutes.” I have been trying for days still no luck.
Glitchy
I’ve used this app for years on an iPhone and they can’t seem to get the claim submission working correctly. After inputting all the information, the next button doesn’t work.
Fast, Easy, and Efficient!
This app is easy to navigate, fast to submit documents, and efficient when reviewing transactions and documentation. After submitting proof of purchase, the approval comes back quickly, so there’s no sitting and wondering if there’s any issues with your purchases. I appreciate this app and how fast everything goes!
Update sent me backwards!
Trying to use new EBC update and every time I click on what I want to view, the app closes. Even after rebooting my phone.
Login issues
My biometric login keeps getting disabled frequently and I have to manually switch it back on again. Another issue is not with the app itself but with the company. Too frequently they ask for documentation even when charges are from medical centers, doctor offices, imaging centers etc. These places only provide medical related services. I had FSA with many other providers and was never asked to provide any documentation before because FSA cards only work with FSA related services.

Useless
I thought the last person was just struggling but I can log in anywhere EXCEPT the app. Pretty terrible way to start the experience.

It won’t let me log in
It literally just keeps me on the log in screen. I try to tap it and it doesn’t do anything. Useless app.
The new app is fantastic
It’s easier to navigate and much easier to add/upload receipts. Great update!
Can’t submit claim
No log in issue. However, during claim submission process, the screen doesn’t go anywhere after entering all information and uploading picture, next button doesn’t do anything.
Easy to use
This app makes it easy to log in and quickly view my FSA and HSA balances. Submitting claims is fast, straightforward, and hassle free.
Inoperable
Useless if you have an HSA. Constant “document” requests for how you use your money that won’t work. Customer service can’t help without transferring the call to three different people.
