Ca bug depuis hier, les températures affichées pour chaque pièce sont supérieures à la réalité quand on regarde les graphs. Les graphs par exemple montrent qu’on est à 23,3, et en haut y a écrit 26,5
es nervt, dass die App ständig offline geht und Neuanmeldung erforderlich
Das Produkt selbst ist gut zeigt zuverlässig die gemessenen Daten übersichtlich in der App dargestellt. Eigentlich fünf Sterne. Leider geht die App alle paar Stunden in den offline Modus und man muss sich durch Eingabe des Passwortes neu anmelden. Das nervt und ist äußerst unbefriedigend, dass es nicht abstellbar ist. Alleine deshalb würde ich ein Konkurrenzprodukt kaufen und nichts mehr von X-Sense.

Fehler im System!
Die App zeigt Rauchmelder "Online”, ??? obwohl der entsprechende Rauchmelder seit mehr als 24 Stunden die Batterie 🪫 entnommen wurde? Und er sich nicht mehr im Haus befindet ?! Selbst nach dem manuellen Aktualisieren der App!

Keeps logging out
Generally good. Latest update is causing the app to occasionally log out. Seems to happen most days. Have tried to establish how I give feedback to developer and seems impossible.

Easy installation
Very easy installation. Connect with base was simple and straightforward. Haven’t had any incidents or false alarms so I’m guessing they’re working properly.
Bug with iOS app
I’m unable to add a new device (water leak sensor SWS0A, 5th device connect to hub so well under the 50 limit) to my SBS50 base station through the iPhone app. The base station says it’s connected but the app shows an error when adding the device and keeps asking me to retry. Every retry keeps repeating the same error loop. Eventually the base station says that the device has not been added. As soon as I tried it with my android phone the device added smoothly and showed online and I was able to test it too. As soon as I logged back onto my iPhone the new device was showing as offline but once logged back into my android phone the device was showing as online.
Easy to install.
Yes, easy to set up. Having these was required by my new property insurance company (I live in a hi-rise). I was surprised to find an annual charge.
One account one login
Not sure why this isn’t a default. Why can’t I login in to an account on two separate devices? I have to share the account to another email and every time I need to connect an account I have to make a new email.

Wireless Smoke Alarm Doesn’t Work
Only 1 of three will connect to 2.4 GHz network. Test function does not work. Software cannot detect when offline. Do not recommend.

What Radon alarm model is supported?
The latest app version says it adds support for WiFi Radon alarms. The XR0A-SR and XR0B-SR do not work and I don’t see any other model numbers at your website, so are the WiFi versions not available yet?

Had FIRE but NO Alert
So had a significant fire and the app did not send an alert. So now they have a paid for call service but why can’t I just rely in the app. I could also rely on an API access solution that I could control or have a web hook but X-Sense doesn’t allow that. Companies who don’t allow API access always fail eventually. I kitted my entire house with 7 units x-sense smoke sensors and now I am going to be removing them unless API access is allowed. Joke is I review tech and this is a big fail. They won’t care. No API is more money for them and their app failing they will just blame on Apple. But if I can switch users to a more API and Home Assistant friendly solution that’s supported, I will. Hello UniFi..

Pushing Ads
The app was recently updated to shove more ads into your face when just looking to interact with the products you already bought. This is disgusting. And, no, don't come along with "Oh, but they gotta pay the cloud bills." This uses a local hub and the design choice was made to fully rely on the cloud anyway. And now the terms of my purchase are being changed after the fact to sell me ads? I don't think so.

MAJ 20/6/26 D Il y a peut-être eu une correction de bugs avec une mise à jour du firmware. Maintenant l'affichage de la température en temps réel survient dans les 10 à 30 secondes ========= Intuitive et on peut disposer les différents appareils comme on veut Un gros défaut : pour les thermomètres met 10--20 minutes â les mettre à jour. Si quelqu'un a une astuce j'aimerais bien la connaître. Autre problème une fois qu'une alarme est déclenchée je n'arrive pas bien quand elles ont disparaître temporairement à l'arrêter définitivement. Mais on a été sauvé du inondation géante à 3h du matin par le détecteur de fuite d'eau : même pas une demie bassine à évacuer parce que prévenu à temps. Le chauffe-eau fuyait par le haut.

This is a great tool that lets us know our mail has been delivered so we are not making unnecessary trips put to the mailbox.

The app gives me a badge without any reason and I cannot find a way to remove it
Easy setup, missing HomeKit
The overall setup process was smooth and done within minutes. I will continue to recommend X-Sense smoke and CO2 detectors, but adding HomeKit integration would easily bring this up to 5 stars.
Voir amélioration rapide
Après plus d’un an, je suis très déçu par la réactivité des thermomètres sur l’application. Vous ouvrez l’application pour voir les températures dans la maison et la mise à jour est très lente, vous avez beau actualiser, il faut attendre longtemps pour voir apparaître la température du moment.
Works Flawlessly
I always know when the mail arrives. There two ways to be notified. One thru an email and the other thru the usb device. I’m at the lowest volume setting and I can hear it on another floor in my house. Once the mail arrives, the usb device flashes a red X. To reset for the next mail arrival, just push the button to have it turn blue. My mail box is about 50’ away. A+ for my needs
Great product
Set up the water sensors and actually had a drain pie clogged the next day. The alarm went off on my phone and I was able to drive home to deal with the issue before any damage occurred.
False sense of security!
The hardware is very good however, there’s a massive flaw with the app. Only one family member can be logged in at any one time. I work shifts and we have adult children living with myself and my wife. We all work so there are plenty of times when the house is empty. My wife and children all use hair straighteners so I bought 6 x-sense smoke alarms and a CO2 alarm all linked to the app. My wife and I work in industries where we are not allowed to have our mobile phones with us. Imagine my horror when setting the app up on my daughters and wife’s phones and logging in to then get notifications on the phone last logged in that they’ve been logged out! What on earth is this? I had to find an alternative to Nest Protect as they discontinued their excellent smoke/CO2 alarms. I’ve literally wasted nearly £150 on x-sense hardware !!!
Smart co+fire alarms
These are a reasonable replacement for expired Nest Protect alarms. They seem to do most of the same job, although it’s a shame they don’t automatically self test like the Nest one did.

Meine Kameras funktionieren nicht mehr! Sind online, beim verbinden kommt auch das blaue Licht, Signalstärke super! Aber es verbindet bis Timeout kommt und das war’s! Kein Bild mehr seit 02.07.2025!
Slow to update readings
While the devices themselves work great and I’m happy with them, the app itself is too slow and seems to have got worse recently. The main issue is the temps don’t update on the main tiles. Even after I refresh multiple times and re-open the app. It’s impossible to get a quick temperature view of all my sensors. It’s always been like this but much worse recently. I need to go into each individual temp sensor now and check the graph to get a quick reading. Even the tiles there do not show the current readings until a few minutes later. While the tiles do eventually update, it’s very slow. If the graph shows the current readings why does it take so long to update the rest of the ui?

Funktioniert am iPhone nicht
iPhone 16 Pro - nicht die Hauptapplikation sondern die Variante nach dem man eine Einladung bekommen hat. Der Bildschirm nach dem Login zeigt keine Geräte und stützt nach ca. einer Sekunde ab. Komischerweise hat die App vorher mit dem Basis-Login funktioniert.
Ok, but could be better
The pairing process is very hit and miss and I have strong wifi throughout the house. Also the units do go offline so need to be repaired. Finally the moisture detection units were supplied with batteries installed which lasted for 3 days…
Best Detectors
I've tried several different brands and this one is the best! The way they sync up with the app and can control each individual detector is light years better than the others! I would highly recommend!!!
One device ??
Pretty much useless only being allowed on one device when it’s a family household it relies upon one person for the alert very dissatisfied
Works very well
I had an issue with my boiler leaking into the room the previous detector went faulty so I purchased a X-Sense carbon monoxide alarm along with another alarm and this gives you a reading of any carbon monoxide in the air which is great because you can’t see,hear or smell it, i would recommend this although the alarm side doesn’t seem to be audible on the xsense alarm so I have another alarm beside it which does sound if there is carbon monoxide.
Unreliable/buggy alarm control and status
Overly the whole ecosystem is an interesting budget option. But… the alarm control features in the app are a disaster. The app does not refresh well and as an effect you can hardly see if you are armed (home/away) or disarmed. Also, arming and disarming is very, very buggy and you cannot depend on it especially when you have short entry/exit delays. It is a pity because otherwise using keypad devices is very consistent and reliable. Funny, they got the hardware right which seems to be harder, and then they fail to properly sync up the actual alarm status with the app. I would probably still recommend the whole ecosystem, but the app needs to be improved.

Does not work for s21 security camera?!
Got a S21 camera from a friend. Tried to set it up, the camera to iPhone barcode doesn’t work. Tried scanning barcode on camera, keeping complaining barcode invalid. So all in all, no joy for even setting it up!
Great app but requested feature
I love the app it’s easy to use and notifications are quick. I have a 15 second delay on the alarm system so the alarm doesn’t go off as soon as I come home. But instead makes like a house smoke alarm loud sound instead. The only way you can turn that sound off when you first come in is by disabling enable prompt tone. That’s fixes the problem but then that also turns off the chime noise when someone opens the door. Can use please do an update to separate the 2 so you can turn off the smoke alarm Sound when coming home From work and also be able to still have the chime sound when someone opens the door

Soms moet je ze allemaal een harde reset geven. Op me tablet doen ze het wel maar op me iPhone laatste tijd veel moeite voor een live verbinding te zien.
