Only had it few months and worked great but then it totally quit connecting and no matter what we did the blue tooth would not connect with app. Did exactly what they said do and nothing, even used other apps to see if they would connect and every one of them connected. So guess would rate this one junk!
Not great so far
INT-14-BW the very first time using it the thing quit working 4 different times showed probe 1 lost, I had to turn it off and back on two of the times it lost connection with probe 1 which was the only one I was cooking with and using at the time was around 5 maybe 6 food away un obstructed and it still loosing signal then it started going all crazy showing probe 2 and 3 lost signal and they where still inserted in the base, not sure if I just need to return this or what and it is also fully charged if you was wondering.
Will not connect to WiFi if you have 2.4g and 5g with same name
Unfortunately thermometer is not connecting to WIFi if you have 2.4g and 5g networks with same name. We have number of devices working with 2.4g only and all connecting properly. Only thermometer does not - This is a serious defect and must to be fixed.

Horrible Customer Support
I purchased 3 Inkbird 306-A WiFi products from Amazon in July 2025. All of them work until two months ago when one of them fell to pair and I’ve yet to be able to get it back online and be able to monitor it with the app. I wrote several times to Inkbird support and yes, they did eventually respond. However, I tried to get someone on the phone to talk me through getting the device repaired to the app and no one followed up to this day. I’m sure this company has a phone and someone that can pick up a phone and call me, but they haven’t done it. Now I have two of the other devices that are off-line and I can’t get them back online. This was a total waste of my money and I’ll never buy their product again

Really great app. Accurate and responsive. Only issue is the graph resets every time I exit the app. Would be great if it kept the graph history for the entire cook even if you exit the app.

The thermometer part is good but the app is horrible. Need to fix the app.
Wonky connection and graphing
Graphs are daily graphs and not a continuous scroll. Also vertical zoom is fixed/automatic not variable. Graph no longer working just shows ‘Loading’ Custom temperature settings GUI has improved

Why aren’t all devices addable to widgets? INT-4-BW commonly sold probably more than any other probe yet aren’t able to run a widget on my Home Screen?

Consistent background app refresh issues. Sometimes have to delete app and recalibrate all of my settings just to get a reading. Temperature differential is set to 0.3C but will allow the pump to run continuously past the differential until you open the app (if its even working) then it will register whats actually happening. So much potential. Very poor experience so far though
Nice, but needs work
I like the concept, and provides great value for the money. However, lacks in follow through. The first food grade probe will store the target food temperature, however, the rest of the probes will not store it and therefore cannot notify you when your food is done cooking.

No more 24-hour time for you!
Instead of making 24 hour time an option, you changed it to 12 hour time and completely removed 24h time, which changed the CSV file format and broke my scripts. To anyone that parses these files, this is an annoying inconvenience. Or just give us an API. But I guess that’s asking too much.

The app is quite spectacular, however it drives me nuts with some of the features lacking basic ergonomics. E.g. the cooking timer cannot be restarted with the previous value, it is clunky and does not remember any previous values, it is always primed with 5 minutes for some reason. The temperature settings are also forgotten, it is always resets to the arbitrary well-done value. Minor things but quite annoying

Le nouveau ING14 est un excellent modèle pour faciliter la cuisson de tout vos aliments préférés. Facile à utiliser et une écran très pratique à utiliser. J’ai eu un peu de difficulté à me connecter sur Bluetooth et wifi mais je recommande de regarder la vidéo pour faciliter la connexion. Je suis très satisfait de mon achat!
Terrible app
First off, it doesn’t ever connect. And why on earth does a thermometer need my location, WiFi network/password, access to all my Bluetooth devices and want to use cellular data.

L’application ayant la fâcheuse tendance à synchroniser son heure avec les appareils, dès qu’on est en voyage, le décalage horaire fout en l’air la gestion nuit/jour des animaux !!!
New update caused app glitches
The app ui overall isn’t the best but its very easy to use and straight forward but it seems after this new update my IVC-001 no longer shows temp or rh in history, just keeps loading.

The connectivity to the wireless hub is steady and the app layout is good. The only problem is none of the hydrometer sensors that I have will retain the calibration settings I change in the app. That makes it un-usable.
Widgets seem Broken
On iOS 26, the widgets show a device as OffLine when it is online and connected in the app.

Manual watering IIC-800-WIFI
The automated watering works very well with plenty of configuration options. The manual watering is cumbersome as the default watering time is 180 minutes for each zone! Only the active zone’s watering time can be adjusted, not the rest of the queued zones to follow. This requires one to wait, one by one, for a zone to become active in order to change the 180 minutes. An option to adjust the default 180 minutes would be welcome.
Wifi keeps loosing signal . Gateway is Line of sight of the thermomètre

Good sous vide, app sucks
If you’re able to get past the WiFi bottleneck or you don’t care for it, the sous vide works great. However, the app leaves a lot to be desired. For one, the cooking interface doesn’t have live updates and you have to go back to the home screen, click on the sous vide to get the data to refresh. It’d be nice if the app also takes advantage of iOS 17 and up and places live updates on the home screen. Furthermore, the widget just doesn’t work in iOS 18 at least. You might as well just put the app on the home screen because it doesn’t provide anymore context than the standard app icon.
LOVE THIS SMART HEATER!
I have this heater in an outside office and the Bluetooth on/off feature allows me to turn it on and warm up my office from my house. Definitely recommend!

Great sous vide but can not get the sous vide to connect to my phone or router. It was working great prior to the IOS update not so much now. Going back to Anova. Expensive but it works.
