If you make a parchase and the merchandise doesn’t arrive the carrier FedEx and puma will tell you the order was delivered even though you never received it

It could offer so much more
Ok so this app is exactly like the online store. I downloaded it for the notifications I thought it was going to provide - like if something was back in stock (they never have my size so I always have to act fast). Or Be notified of things in my wishlist. You can’t put things in your wishlist, if it’s not in stock. There is more but the bottom line is unless I’m missing something, the app doesn’t offer anything more than the website. If anything it’s worse.
Promo code not allowed to use after signup
Did not allow me to use 20% after I signed up and entered email. Will not be back.

Customer service is terrible
I made 5 orders where at least 3 arrived wrong, the sizes seem to be checked and send you what they want in one of the packages I received only a pair of shoes with the box in pieces and with a pair missing, I tried to communicate and no one gave me an answer 100 dollars in the trash in a single pair I will never buy in puma again.

I ordered a shoes from puma on singles day sale due to quality issues I wanted to return it but when then delivery agent came to pick up the product the barcode provided on the product is not got scanned so he refused to pick the order. I requested the call from customer service but they are not responding

Yes app is easy to use it. But anyone made a return the item? I did. There is no news for the refund. No emails they that got the items back. Called more than few. I disputed at last after 16 days. I am never gonna buy from the app again.

注文後すぐでもキャンセル変更できない
商品の写真が表示されなく、少し違う商品を注文してしまったので、すぐ気づいて発送前のキャンセルの連絡先にメールをしたが何の返事もなく送られてきた。問い合わせると、土日祝日はカスタマーサポートは動いてないが、発送は自動ですすむとのこと。送り返す手間と送料がかかるのが納得いかない。 買い直した目的の靴は満足していますが、システムが悪い。
Good but needs a search filter!
When searching for items, app only offers ‘ sort’ option - low high price etc! Really needs a filter to sort sizes, gender, sports m, types of clothing, colours etc etc etc..

発注後、安全にご利用いただく為にと言う理由のみで配送を保留されておりその連絡がメールのみで確認するまでに時間がかかってしまい非常に迷惑した。 合宿等で宿泊施設に送らざるおえず3つほどバラバラで注文し2つは届くのに1つだけ宿泊施設に送れませんはおかしいと思う。なら最初から全部送れないようにして欲しい。 必要な時に届かないし連絡もわかりずらくとても残念です。

Worst Online Shopping Experience So Far
Extremely frustrating experience. Ordered on 10 June with a promised dispatch time of 24–48 hours and delivery by 14 June. Today is 17 June, and after 7 days of waiting, countless follow-ups, complaints, and emails, the order has only now been dispatched. The expected delivery date has been pushed all the way to 26 June. The order sat in “Processing” for days with no meaningful updates, and I had to constantly chase customer support just to get basic information. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. The lack of communication, misleading delivery timelines, and poor customer service made this one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had.

今までは便利に使えてましたが、とあるタイミングから購入履歴の詳細を見ようとすると「お探しのページは見つかりませんでした」と表示され、見れなくなっています。 リピートで買おうと思った時、以前購入したサイズがパッと分からないのは、何気に不便。 なんとかして欲しい。

Password not accepting when creating a new account. All the criteria met of minimum 8 letter, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 special character, 1 digit. Still shows that it’s invalid.

ギフト用に購入しましたが、靴の入っている段ボールが破けていたし、中の包装紙も一度試し履きをしたのかと思うほどビリビリに破けていました。プーマの靴は大好きなのでとても残念です。靴本体に問題はないものの、包装が雑すぎるのは改善すべきなのではないでしょうか。
