No longer working
I’m no longer able to make purchases on the app and there’s absolutely no help!
Great store front
Super content and great to see all the colabs! However. You need to have a search bar or at least a stopping point for OG Sambas.
Search Bar
I think this app needs a search bar, it was difficult to navigate without one. I was trying to find pair of sneakers that dropped today I spend at least 10 minutes looking for the sneakers , thank goodness was I had sent a link to someone else to view the sneakers, and from that link I was then sent to the adidas app which then took me to this app to make the purchase. But others than that it was fine.
Please add a search function!
I enjoy the Confirmed app and it is a beautiful looking app AND it just had a big update with menu changes and it STILL doesn’t have a search function. Please! I shouldn’t have to dig through every category and menu just to try to find what I am looking for.
Once Adidas, now CONFIRMED
Next Level
Terrible customer service
This app sucks if you got a refund or have any problem they just waste your time been trying to get my money back and when i tryied to get ahold of them its a big wait and cant never resolve anything. Im never buying stuff on this app terrible customer service
Friendly app
App was easy to use and made purchasing shoes very easy!
Notifications
Almost never get notification of the shoes that I like… I miss the event
Where is the search button?
Surely the search microscope has to be on the home page? I spent 2 minutes looking as I know exactly what I want to buy and couldn’t find it. Back to the website then!!
Best
Best app ever
You can’t get shoes
Terrible App trash
Points
Difficult to navigate
Not easy to navigate cumbersome app needs to look at IT team for improvement
Could also be better
I miss adidas blue wish the community knew it was leaving on the site , plus the new design looks boring to navigate
Can’t miss
The quality of the brand is A1 Styles that last generations. They can’t miss.
Worst Company!
They do everything backwards man! They take your money before a raffle, when winners are selected and you loose, you have to wait to get your money back! What kind of joke is this??
Big headache sucks to delete this app
I have purchased from this app in the past before, but for a while now I been trying to update it and no success sucks
Unable to order on computer
It doesn’t allow you to place an order from your computer, instead you forces you to download the app.
Dope
Live this app
The Worst
Terrible, dysfunctional app. Can’t find anything on it. Very disappointed. Can’t even find and purchase a pair of shoes on the app.
Love the app
The app is great but Adidas need to take better steps to address the scalpers on here - I miss so many drops being in work and by the time I can get to my phone all things are gone - for example Edison Clot Raglan!! 💔 can’t Adidas allow members to register sizes and interest better nowadays? So we don’t miss the drops to scalpers? Love Adidas since 1977 so I get frustrated when I can’t even get the trainers I want without being an influencer or social media guru!! Help genuine fans please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Top!

Joke
What a joke was on line from start only managed to get 2 pairs of the release trainers I want
The best
Great app
Mike
I bought an item that was too large. I requested a return. I was told I was going to get a shipping return label emailed to me. I am still waiting and I’ve never received it.
Application Adidas
Exclusive
The only place to trust & buy exclusive hottest kicks by your favorite artists!
Horrible
I entered a raffle and they took the money out right away and right after I lost i thought they would release my funds and no, I have 2 weeks waiting for them to release my funds talking about they hold it for 7 to 14 days smh and I have called customer care care 3 times and they tell me the same thing
Bien
Très bonne applis
Clunky process
Not very intuitive process. Never clear what is required info while trying to load details. I.e. selected Applepay as preferred method, then it just sat at ‘loading’ until I started looking further into it, needed to confirm billing address, though it wasn’t asked for. This seemed to be a theme throughout process. Perhaps it will be better for future purchases, now info is stored.
Wild Looks
There are some wild looking shoes and apparel on this app. It’s cool to look through, lots of designer collabs. I’ve bought several sneakers and a bunch of shirts from Confirmed. Really enjoy it.
Scam App
They charge for entering a draw and in even if you don’t win they hold your money for weeks on end. The Nike Snkr refunds your money immediately if you’re not selected. It’s CLEAR THAT THIS A NEW WAY THEY FOUND TO TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY AND INVEST IT OR USE IT HOWEVER THEY DEEM FIT WITHOUT PROVIDING A PRODUCT
Ye said f this
Ye said dont cop the Yeezys
Power
Everything nice
Trash
I entered for a pair and they charged my card. I didn’t win which is fine but I got no notification and they’re still holding the money.
Laughable
I was forced into an update. Now the app is freezing. Saying “something is wrong, try again later” just in time for YZY release
Glitchy
Terrible app with constant glitch issues , adidas your a joke fix ur stuff
App très lente !
APP très lente. Les éléments mettent une plombe à charger
