Fun
Just started learning how to play on the iPad while using the Apple Pencil. I enjoy playing the game this way. One thing I noticed is that there isn’t enough room to make notations around the board (outside the borders) but I’m glad there is at least some room.
Ungeeignet für Apple Pencil
Siehe oben. Sobald man mit dem Apple Pencil schreibt und Notizen radiert, entfernt die App mittels automatischer Texterkennung vermeintlich nicht mehr passende notierte Möglichkeiten in anderen Feldern. Leider erkennt sie dabei aber selbst deutlich geschriebene Zahlen falsch und entfernt wild irgendwas. Dadurch entstehen eigentlich sofort Fehler, die man dann aber erst spät bemerkt, weil die Funktion "Fehler erkennen" nicht funktioniert. Das nervt und macht die App unbrauchbar. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Almost perfect
Great game overall, but there's a bug: when I complete a puzzle using pencil marks, some numbers are falsely flagged as wrong—even though my answer matches the game's final solution. Very annoying ! It happened many times. Please allow typing in addition to pencil marking ..
Too many ads and glitches
Too many ads and glitches.it will keep randomly telling me that l put a number in error, but it is the correct number, so l frequently have to keep erasing and rewriting the number. I am using Apple Pencil, but my handwriting is clear enough. I literally rewrite it the same way and it works. Adds are a little annoying. I expect them to pop up when starting/ending a new game or opening the app, but there is an add every time you pause the game or go to the menus.
Need more options for visibility
I’ve been using this for a couple of days. I have a sudoku app that I’ve used for over 10 years but wanted one that works with Apple Pencil. This is easy to use. But I’m struggling with the puzzles because it’s difficult to see the font & colors. I am also finding that the hardest puzzles are not challenging enough.
Wow
This game is amazing I am able to write the numbers in my own handwriting with my apple pen. This game is great when you are on a long car ride with nothing else to do.

This is a great app for playing Sudoku. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the “expert” level is not very challenging. I would love to see another level or more difficult puzzles in the expert category.
Crashes
I love the app but the new update won’t even let me open the app. It crashes every time I try to open it.
Latest update breaks notes
Everything is green now for notes…. Same color as the correct number. Whatever you did broke the game. Otherwise it was fun while it lasted.
The best sudoku app, hands down
This app is amazing! Tons of sudoku puzzles, clean UI, and the killer feature is being able to use the Apple Pencil. Even using it for notes is seamless, I love the new feature that automatically detects notes you write (even though my handwriting is awful lol). Highly recommend this to any fans of sudoku, 5 stars!
Werkt niet zonder Apple pencil
De app geeft je de keuze hem ook met je vinger of gewone pencil te gebruiken maar helaas werk dat niet. Omdat ik geen Apple pencil heb is de app voor mij waardeloos en dus maar 1 ster.
Great app! Only one issue so far…
I really enjoy spending my time with this app! It’s very convenient to use with Apple Pencil. The only issue I’ve run into is that it spontaneously corrects my “mistakes” even when the “correct mistakes” slider is off. It just turns this option on again which is annoying. Will give well-earned 5 stars once this issue is fixed
Ads have become far too intrusive
As the title states, having a multi-second add splashed on screen at the start of every new game, and at every Resume of a paused game, is far too intrusive. I will no longer use this app.

Easy to use, does everything I want. However I think it needs optimising, as it drains battery a lot and makes my iPad heat up.

Great app but issue with new Pencil
Could not find a way to email developer. I just got the new M4 iPad Pro and Apple Pencil Pro. The app allows you to write answers with the new pen but the notes are faded and you can barely see them.
Perfect sudoku game
Okay pros: highlight any number, everything’s free, ads do not bombard you (very few), auto note taking, auto error highlight, the option to turn those features off. You can write with your Apple Pencil and apparently 3rd party too. There are tips if you want to learn, and hacks if you’re a speed runner. Honestly worth the shot to try it, again it’s free. I paid for the app to show support. ALSO DEVELOPER RESPONDED TO ME FAST, THEY ACTIVELY WORK ON THIS MASTERPIECE.
I would Like Customization
I want to be able to make my own, be able to write different colors for help, and for me to get answer sheet but overall everything else is good

Mir gefällt, dass die Zahlen wirklich so stehen bleiben, wie sie geschrieben werden. Den fünften Stern gibts von mir, wenn scribble ermöglicht wird. Also eine geschriebene Zahl löschen indem man sie durchkritzelt.🙂

Yes, it’s that good! :-) Get it, pay for pro. You won’t regret it. I play this nearly every day. Best sudoku game out there. The “Learn” mode is fantastic. Many thanks to the developer.
Pencil input is fantastic, but could use some small improvements
This app is great! - I love pencil support. - The handwriting recognition is really good. Feature requests: These could be a toggle in the options, for those who really want a newspaper-style (no assists) experience, but quality of life improvements would be nice to bring this to parity with the non-pencil apps: - Automatically adjust notes as numbers are filled in. - Automatically highlight notes of the same number when the user double-taps on that number. - Bring the mini-view of notes to the main screen.

Great app with one minor suggestion
Love this app, but one thing it would benefit from is the ability to set a default note color, still allowing for it to be changed. I prefer using orange for notes, but have to set it every game, why not let it be set and forget?
