Useless
This app is not worth the $99 recurring charge every 6 months. Skip this and just get C25K and then upgrade that app. Once again, $99 for 6 months of this app is robbery.
Challenge gets you going…
App has lots of fix ups to get done still but if you keep at it with the challenge and walk more than the scheduled routine to finish the 26mi, you can do it. I walked daily and more than the scheduled number of miles and I was able to complete the 26mi in less than a month. I emailed Joggo and got a response very quickly for my refund. I was asked to provide all the proof images of my subscription and runs which I did and promptly got my refund on my credit card. I was worried because of the reviews but stayed the course with my daily runs hoping to get a positive response to my request which I did. The app and the challenge have definitely helped me get on track for a 5k next spring. Good opportunity to get started.
Tolle Abwechslung der Trainingseinheiten, aber…
Die Abwechslung der unterschiedlichen Einheiten finde ich wirklich genial. Ich vergebe trotzdem nur 2 Sterne, da die Herzfrequenzzonen absolut nicht der Wirklichkeit entsprechen. Angeblich berechnet die App die Zonen individuell. Das kann in meinem Fall definitiv nicht stimmen. Zone 5 liegt außerhalb meiner maximalen Herzfrequenz. Das bedeutet, dass die Zielherzfrequenzen der Trainingseinheiten nicht realistisch sind und ich immer „zu langsam“ laufe. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die Zonen bzw. maximale Herzfrequenz manuell einzustellen. Wenn die App zumindest aufgrund des Alters richtig berechnen würde oder ich die maximale Herzfrequenz manuell überschreiben könnte, gäbe es 5 Sterne.
Need some bugs fixed
This app has some great features but it bet down by some bugs in the system and it’s poor integration with apple watch. The back (<) button at the top left corner is very glitchy and needs to be pressed in just the right spot to function - often taking over half a dozen taps before it works. The Apple Watch app and the iPhone app don’t play well together. Voice prompts aren’t available in the Watch app and hear rate zones aren’t available without using the watch app. The Watch app doesn’t allow you to automatically include warm up’s and cooldoowns. Activities recorded on the Apple Watch are recorded in the Health and Fitness apps on the iPhone but not recorded as complete in the Joggo app. This could be good app but it’s let down by poor functionality.

It doesn’t tell you that you can’t do anything unless you pay. It asks questions and baits you in. Don’t waste your time.
Running pans for when you don’t know what to do next
Jogger has been a big part of my fitness/weight management over the last year. The app mixes up your activity so that it’s more that adding minutes or km. It also helps you manage heart rates so that your exercise does hay you want - cardio, fitness or weight management. Recommend if you want to run but are not sure what to do…

Forget the expensive app
Nike running club is free, and has way better analysis than this app. It doesn’t even break down your run into a segment. It only gives you what you average for the entire workout. So if you have a tempo run with walking, you have no idea how fast your tempo is. The free Nike app gives you great commentary on the runs, and gives you great breakdown of your sector times. If you want to go even better than that, pay for my running app which will give you even better again for much less than what Joggo costs.

Recurring charges
I signed up for a trial that had a refund policy they wouldn’t refund me later stating that something had to be wrong with the app you’re signed up for a recurring fee in the fine print and they never send a courtesy email when they charge you like other companies do this is intentional so you forget about it once you finally realize you’re being charged they won’t even refund you. This is not a new tactic they all do this my bad for not attention but still awful practice IMO
A dream!
This app is great, you just have to press go and start running and it tells you exactly what to do. Super easy and motivating.
Oversold, underdelivered and underwhelmed
After pages and pages of attempts to upsell, I signed up for 3 months and ended up using it for only 2 weeks. The AI voice is annoying and unhelpful and the promised coaching non-existent. It only links to Apple Watches so won’t track how you’re actually doing. I found the free Nike Run Club app SOOO much better. It’s a real person, great plans, links to Strava etc, guided runs, coaching (mental and physical) and training plans for whatever you want to achieve. For free. I was looking for something to help me post NHS Couch to 5k and this definitely isn’t it

Really enjoyed the run and the personal trainer to get you through. Would like to be able to listen to music while running too though
It’s alright, but there’s better out there
I was seduced by the idea of being able to get a refund and free access to the app after running a certain number of kilometres. However, the challenge is virtually impossible for a new runner, as you need to complete those 42km in a month, which was, for me, highly unrealistic. Even if I did run a lot during that month, I would just have been prone to injuries from not getting enough recovery or pushing myself too much. I didn’t particularly like the plans, as I didn’t feel like it was super personalized. It’s really just a voice telling you to speed up or start walking. Nothing more. That was disappointing as well. I also ran during a trip to a cottage where I had no cell reception. I used my Apple Watch to track and figured the data would then carry over to the app. Well, it didn’t. That was also a let down. Overall, I chose to end my membership after the two months I initially signed up for. Since then, I’ve tried NRC and absolutely love it. The run is ACTUALLY guided and helpful. And it’s FREE.
Haven’t tried yet but misleading!
What is with apps misleading by advertising monthly pricing and then charging the full 6 months - a year up front, WITHOUT saying that’s the case. I get you’ve said monthly / yearly but why doesn’t it say right there that’s it’ll all be charged at once - frustrating and VERY misleading.

Ich habe mich von den platzierungen bei den social Media blenden lassen und dachte ich probiere mal wieder eine neue lauf app. Die tatsache, dass man sein Geld zurückbekommt wenn man eine gewisse Anzahl an km zurückgelegt hat, war doch verlockend, weil ich dachte man kann da nicht viel falsch machen! Leider schon bei der app: -stürzt regelmäßig ab, vor allem während des trainings, sodass die kilometer nicht registriert werden - wenn man ein training absolviert und das handy geht in den ruhemodus, werden die ansagen nicht zur korrekten Zeit durchgegeben (zb beim intervalltraining um die intervalle durchzusagen) - man kann seinen trainingsplan nicht sehen, nur für die laufende und kommende woche. - wenn man an einer woche öfter trainieren will bzw während des laufplans die laufeinheiten erhöhen möchte, wird der komplette laufplan umgeschmissen. -insgesamt kein intuitiver aufbau der app. Es gibt so viele schöne laufapps die kostenlos sind und deutlich besser und übersichtlicher funktionieren! Von mir keine Empfehlung!! -

I have a charge on my card I have no idea why and it does not appear in my subscription in al store . It appears it might be deceptive practices .
Joggo is great. The app is not.
The app keeps constantly crashing. Also for someone who has been running for a bit, integration to STRAVA is a must.
Not a great user experience
I've found the usability to be really poor. The workouts so far are really generic, no real difference from couchto5k or couchto10k. If you go off the app after starting a workout the notifications only seem to come through for a certain time and then stop. Always end up having to update data taken from Apple workout manually. Not worth the money in my opinion! Wish I hadn't paid out for 6months in advance in hindsight. If I though I had a chance of getting a refund I would.

It’s a good concept but it didn’t record the run I did accurately which was disappointing

Coach feature is extremely glitchy and wouldn’t get past confirming my details. Asked for a refund and was only given 50% since I didn’t report this within 24 hours. I’ve had the app and membership for less than 48. I expect better service than this from a fitness application that charges a subscription.
Needs a few tweaks, but overall good
The app tracking works really well. GPS is accurate. Would like to see more cues particularity for “halfway through your over all run”, “you have 5, 3, or 1 min left to go” and a few more cues to slow down or speed up. Encouragement. The meal plan is a bit hard to follow as you have to go individually a day ahead to see what you need on hand. Great recipes so far though.
Lost data
I just downloaded the app, set up my profile and went for my first run. When I was only a few seconds away from completing that first run, the app reset the run and lost all my data. Not sure if there’s a way to recover that run or if this will keep happening. Hopefully it was a one off event. 2 stars for now.
Fine to start but room to grow
Am liking the app as a novice runner and the 2 weekly focus is helping me to push myself while focusing on near term objectives. Am now level 6 looking forward to app support for building my capacity and capability. A couple of niggles, calories, distance are not recorded on treadmill. Syncing to apple health is dual counting all my runs also recorded on watch so I had to go through and delete all the Joggo runs which have no data and stop you from writing data to Health, Your app doesn’t give me any useful bio feedback so am using other apps for that. No help on progress on my form. So the only value add I’m getting are the 2-weekly plans . I can therefore see myself outgrowing your app and shopping around for “more” until your app has more features

im a beginner runner- 6weeks in. level 5. for the past 3 runs i have no data. no map of where i went, no time lapsed no elevation. i dont know how to get it back, i “spoke” to my l”coach” and it didnt understand my question and i looked in the help section there was no help. its VERY frustrating. i really want this info back, but have no idea what i did, or the app did to lose it.
Running with Joggo
I am LOVING Joggo. I like the progression of the plans and feel successful. The plans challenge me but are realistic. My only annoyance is that when I run with just my Apple Watch those runs do not count as my daily run, so I am having to run with the app and the watch started separately but at the same time, and then the app counts it as two runs.. I like when I run with the app that it talks to me and tells me when to rest, when to run. The Apple Watch app doesn’t do that but it does vibrate, but it also vibrates if you’re going too fast or slow. I wish they would sync up better and that the watch app would talk to me. I would prefer to use the Apple Watch app as I like that it can track my heart rate.

Instructions don’t override my music
I’m new to Joggo so can’t comment on the fitness element but when my own music is playing there are elements of the Joggo instructions/encouragement that don’t sound over my music. It just dips in sound for 1 second.

Beware of subscription
Apparently 8 months ago I downloaded this app and tried the free trial. I did not like it, so I deleted the app and made sure I was no longer subscribed via the my App Store app subscription tab. 6 months later I get billed over $150 for a renewal of a 6-month subscription. This is a major applications flaw. When I reached out to customer service, they were unwilling to provide a refund. Even after confirming I should be able to see that I have a current subscription in my App Store subscriptions tab. I’m sure this app is great, just beware of this flaw and loosing your money. They will not refund you nor make it right.

So easy to use, food is great, plans are easy to follow. And it’s working.
Nicht für meine Ziele geeignet
Ich habe die App nach einer Woche nicht mehr genutzt, da der Trainingsplan nicht mal annähernd auf mein Niveau und meine Ziele zugeschnitten war. Da kenn ich deutlich bessere Laufapps die auch eine bessere Konfiguration zur Apple Watch haben.
Okay for motivation but lacks features and some annoying bugs
No music integration and when there are intervals they reset if you flip between apps. Good clean interface though and nice pacing of runs. Some stats and better indication of progress would be good given what you pay for it.

I used to use it when the app was new, it was amazing, runs were analyzed in email, and if you have a technical problem you can raise it, now I ran my assessment run once on friday the complete run button wouln’t work, so i ran it again on saturday and the complete button wouln’t work again, chatting with their bad AI it told me to manually enter it (and when i manually enter this didn’t update my assessement so my plan was not updated) Tell me again why i’m paying the app i already have a smart watch if you are not registering my runs and updating mu plans, why taking my money
Good program
I like the daily plans. I wish all the exercises were timed and moved on to the next movement instead of requiring a manual prompt. The plans that are all timed are seamless. I’m only a couple weeks in. I am enjoying.
Disappointing and frustrating to use
Was constantly frustrated with the app - about 50% of the runs recorded on the watch app didn’t sync so weren’t recorded. No way to manually enter into the app. Tried Custer service but they emailed back with useless instructions that couldn’t even be completed. For the money better apps out there - even just the Apple activity.
App is ok
The functionality on the app for the iPhone is good, reason for only 3 stars is the Apple Watch reflection of the app. For some reason it misses out the warm up (even if it’s selected on the phone) and therefore you don’t get the full workout recorded.
