Truly the best strength program
This is the first and only strength training program that I have ever not only been able to stick with (over a year of consistently following the program), but have actually wanted to stick with. I look forward to my workouts every day. 5/5, would recommend.
App does not work.

Thankful for Evlo!
I played soccer for many years but once I stopped I found it so difficult to exercise consistently without a schedule and a team holding me accountable. I’m in my late twenties now and discovered Evlo through a podcast episode and I was hooked after my free trial. It’s more affordable than a fitness studio and probably most gym memberships and you still have the benefit of new weekly classes with an instructor. You don’t feel the need to completely exhaust yourself in every workout and still you get stronger the more consistent you are. The alternative exercise swaps are also great and I’ve found myself being able to stay consistent because of all these things. My only wish is to be able to create my own track for the week. I usually pick my classes from the Library by Format but would love to add them to a customized track for the week that lives on the homepage. Thanks Evlo!
Expensive for what it is
Was very disappointed with this app. As a Canadian the app works out to over $100/month. For that price did not feel the app had enough value. You require a few sets of heavier dumbbells (they don’t specify what heavier is which makes it confusing before you start because you don’t know which exercises you will be using them for eg chest press or squats) a stool, chair, Pilates ball, exercise bands and a mat for most of the workouts. In addition you do need to have a clear/available space to exercise in your home. The app has meal recipes but not a full daily nutrition plan and all the workouts are videos like you would find on YouTube. There are much more affordable workout apps available that have full daily nutrition plans, animated workouts where you can follow along at your own pace and stack/modify your own weeks with notice in advance of the weights you need and for which exercises.
Great for beginners, not worth it for the long term
This is a great app if you’re starting out and new to strength training, but for the cost it’s not worth a monthly long-term subscription. The weekly schedule is repetitive and essentially the same every week with the exception of a few exercises that are creative, but overall not innovative (as is expected with weight lifting).
Outstanding
Evlo combines mindfulness with achieving muscle failure, a brilliant combination for building muscle. As someone who spent years training in a large gym, this is a breath of fresh air to continue to find challenges and see improvement in my fitness from my own home.
Amazing!
Amazing program! I have always enjoyed weight training but now I feel like I understand the science behind it so I follow along but can also go to the gym and know what to do because of how well they explain everything so you don't even need to be completely reliant on following along in the class
Finally Strength Training that Works!
I will admit I absolutely hated strength training until I found Evlo. I have tried for years to find a program I could stick with. I’ve been using Evlo for six months and it’s the first program that I actually stuck with. I’m not so broken down and sore from the classes that I can’t function the next day like with other strength programs I’ve tried. I can tell I’m much stronger now than when I started. Highly recommend!!
Huge fan
I started using Evlo when I was pregnant with my second child. He’s just turned 18 months and I’m still going strong with the program! It kept me strong during pregnancy, during postpartum, and today. I love feeling stronger and the positive energy the program brings.
Finally, a fitness app I stick with!
Evlo is the first fitness app I’ve ever stuck with for over a year! It makes strength training simple and doable with effective 30-minute workouts, fresh content, and expert instructors. I love that I can just open the app, press play, and know I’m getting a great workout and results.

Evlo (and the Fit Body Happy Joints podcast) has completely changed my relationship with exercise. I love knowing why we do each of the exercises the way we do them, and that Shannon & Payton spend a lot of time researching/ programming the most effective workouts so that I don’t have to. I never dread exercising anymore, and the workouts leave me feeling strong & energized.

I’ve been using Evlo in many phases of my life. I’ve used the prenatal program, postpartum, and regular programs. I’ve loved them all! It’s the most consistent I’ve ever been and I truly enjoy the workouts. I’ll always recommend it to friends! I feel as if it’s truly my workout and I can do what’s best for my body.
Best Program Ever
This is the most comprehensive, effective program that I have ever used. I love that is based on current exercise science and not trends. And there is so much opportunity to customize your program that you never get bored.

Did a free trial and it locked me in!!! I’m 18 months in now and couldn’t love it more. I’ve maxed out all my weights and had to buy new ones. I can work out at home with my kids. I could go on and on if you want to feel stronger this is the program for you
