“On Demand” classes
The classes are great! I really enjoy them!
The best
I never leave reviews but love Soto so much it’s worthy of my time to share. The workouts are fantastic and cater to all stages of life - I feel strong and capable because of Soto.
SO HAPPY I joined SOTO!
I’m only a few days in and I’m already seeing results. Having so many program options takes the guesswork out of everything, and decreases my chances of skipping a workout. Loving the trainers, their ethos and the sweaty workouts!
The BEST
Most efficient, hardest, yet somehow fastest workout of my life. Couldn’t love it more. It flies by and I see results
Amazing
Soto method is amazing. This is the only workout program I have ever stuck with. I have been doing it a minimum of 2-3x per week for over a year and I feel stronger and healthier than ever. My husband and kids often join me. I love Hillary!
Phenomenal workouts!!
I have a rare progressive neurological disease that affects my balance and lower body strength. Soto method allows me to modify the exercises while still delivering great results and getting strong! The 20 second intervals are achievable and the instructors are all so encouraging that I find myself hanging on for one more second, as we are encouraged to do. It’s an awesome program and I tell all my friends about it. I truly believe it’s a big reason I am still able to move and not in a wheelchair.
Great workouts, app could be better
Have been using the app for about a month and loving the variety/intensity of work outs. Would love if there was a way to see if I’ve completed a class before, particularly to keep track while doing a transformation series. The PDF schedule is nice but would be much sleeker to have a way to keep track of progress built into the app.
Postpartum
I’m 8 weeks postpartum after having my 3rd baby. This has been the hardest recovery of my 3 pregnancies and I’ve really enjoyed soto so far! Doable and just enough to make me sore
Amazing
I’m only a week in to this program but I love it so much I’m going to sign up for the year! Targets all of the areas I’ve been struggling to tone and it’s a good mix of workouts. So happy I found a new workout to do at home.
