Terrible
DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. Unless you enjoy waiting weeks to get your money back, having your withdrawals cancelled for no apparent reason and speaking to a useless AI robot even after being told they’re human!! Absolute joke, there are much better brokers out there DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. If you would like to see how they speak to there customers feel free to drop a comment and I’ll happily share how “enthusiastic” they are towards there paying customers 👍 please save your time, money and mental state. Go somewhere else

don’t even consider
app is slow and laggy… i saw low ratings and terrible review from years ago and i just assumed id have a different experience or it’d have been solved but the app is short it’s a website that was pasted as an app laggy and things don’t even be loading up… been struggling with withdrawal issues for 2 weeks now and they keep sending me back and forth with no progress they even made me deposit through a different method claiming id be able to withdraw then but still nothing…. i don’t know how depositing is so stress free but when it’s time to get your money out they’d send you on a wild goose chase and still nothing give you…. they ask for useless verifications to delay withdrawals … omo…. don’t even think about it the moment this gets resolved that’s if it does i’m withdrawing all my money, deleting the app and going on trust pilot to leave more reviews on there, i’ve done my part to warn yall please don’t be ignorant like me and make the same mistake i did you’d regret i promise

Withdrawals can be a Nightmare. Think twice.
There are better brokers.
I started using ic markets last year and each time when I would take a withdrawal I could use my debit or credit card easily, now as of September 29, I’m trying to make a withdrawal via the same method, and it’s saying that method is unavailable for all Visa debit/credit card users. Only method left is a wire transfer and that makes no sense because what if I want to withdraw a smaller amount of money?? Like be so for real. Don’t get this broker unless your prepared to trade large amounts and withdraw large amounts.

Needs too much work to call it an app. This is just a web page where i can nit even save my user pass. Just a web page, very slow and i hope they improve it. I like the idea to have an app on the way to be able to check my account, found my account and withdraw on the move. Thanks!!

IC Markets Global Is A scam Broker
As a scalper, I noticed that each time I place my trades with both market orders and stop orders, I was getting filled several seconds later and times up to to minutes…I would think a trade is not triggered and several minis later I would see trades running. When I’m in profit and try to close trades, it kept saying requesting for several seconds and I would see the trades still running and this forced me to close on losses. When my trades are on a loss and when I try closing at minimum loss it didn’t close and it would only close at bigger loss. At first I thought it was internet related, I even thought it was my device, when I checked my MT5 with another broker I found everything fine and my trades were being executed smoothly…I am very disappointed with IC Markets Global, what was supposed to be a very profitable day ended in losses due to be whatever form of fraud by the broker. When I try raising these things with them, all I received was arrogant responses by their agents. IC Markets is defrauding us traders who are in countries where they are not regulated…Stay away from IC Markets!!!!
Dodgy website
Very low customer service I withdraw my money four weeks ago and I email and text them more than 15 times but I am still not receive anything. Nobody answered properly and the head office all they are in tiland Vietnam another few dodgy country don’t download the app.

Be careful
On a current volatile markets they allow you trades which immediately close on margin calls. The spreads are huge and this makes a problem. Be very careful

To be honest ICMarket is my favourite broker but the app need to fix some bugs like login and is slow
