Don’t Put Your Money
Its very smooth when you deposit your money but when you make some profit they will charge almost 20% broker fee. There is also slippage problem in new version before that there is nothing like that.
Update screen resolution
In android it is good please update for the iPad other than that everything is good
Lag in Charts, BUY, SL update
Chart is not loading properly, price drag and drop options lagging to update, chart is vanishing suddenly during the timeframe shift.. Additional suggestion: Increase the chart size
Withdrawal issue
Almost 10 days and still i am not recieved the withdrawal amount , they easily connect but still not solved yet .

Don’t trade or put money in
The amount of times I tried to take my money or change my bank card to take my money out it would kick me out the server take ages to load and then the app will just not work when I’m trying to switch my new passwords an every thing which ended me leaving to loose my money because then well I technically have because they would not let me take money out in any ways even from taking weeks to try
Needs Simple things like auto Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL)
This app is getting better as they start to listen to customers. I have been using this app a lot so can see immediately when a change happens. My issue is with some inconsiderate traders or hedge fund managers plus or Ai traders just manipulating the markets and costing some retail traders especially small ones a lot of ot all their money it’s better to have auto TP and SL so this don’t lose you all your money in a second. I have so many times complained to customer services but nothing is done. Guys please like this so we can all help push this and help most small time traders not losing all their money when they enter into a trade in seconds. Thank you…

The Stop loss for sell orders are dirty,
your stop loss gets triggered via buy pressure not actual price movement/action, for example the candle/wick wouldn’t even be near your stop loss but still get hit, dirty from you vantage

Good broker for bonuses and spreads, but customer service is very slow, languages are limited, the option to cancel a withdrawal is unavailable, and credit card withdrawals are slow.

Bad to worse
Getting bad day by day, Can’t close trade on time, loosing money bcoz of delay… Can’t withdraw money just buffering all the time.

Hi good day. The new updates are rubbish. If thing first I can’t use the drag tp and sl. Second the bit and ask price hide the canddles it’s really hard to see the candles. Third you can zoom in to chart .
Great broker
Been using vantage for some time now. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying they deny withdrawals but I’ve never had that happen even with larger amounts of money. Low spread and slippage. 0 commission on Indices. The 1:500 leverage was great when I was starting out too. Really is the all in one app and broker. The only issue is have is trading view, opening/closing positions can be delayed by up to a couple of seconds. But if you trade with a software or in the app or even mt5 it is instant. 5/5 will continue to use vantage for the foreseeable futur.
Bad customer service
I want to share what happened to me a few weeks ago. One day, both the Vantage app and website stopped working while I had two open positions. One position already had a Stop Loss, but the other one did not. I pressed Close All Positions, and the app showed that both positions were closed with about £700 profit. About 5–10 minutes later, I received a notification that one position had been closed by Stop Loss. When the app finally started working again after about 15–20 minutes, I saw that the other position was still open and had turned into about £300 loss. I contacted Vantage. They admitted there was a system issue and compensated one position, but refused to compensate the second one. I don’t understand how they can accept that Close All Positions failed for one trade but deny it for the other when both positions were closed with the same button at the same time. My account wasn’t large, but I keep wondering what would have happened if it had contained £3,000 or £4,000. This experience has made me lose confidence in the platform.What disappointed me the most wasn’t only the outcome, but the lack of empathy. After almost five years as a customer, I expected at least a simple apology for the platform outage and the stress it caused.
Très belle et bonne application
Dommage qu’il ne soit pas plus rapide d’acheter et de vendre; il serait très intéressant d’implémenter l’achat et vente rapide de manière successive comme l’application MT5 , l’achat instantané est top et d’affilé c’est super cela évite de rater le prix d’entrée d’ordre que tu veux, et pouvoir placer 3 TP. 😊

L'appli ne fait que changer d'interface toutes les semaines et devient de moins en moins intuitive.
Current version is less user friendly
I’ve been using the app for over a year and usually got used to the frequent updates to layout etc quite fast but this last one I don’t find very user friendly - not being able to see the current price on my open positions is really frustrating as I have to launch the chart view now vs being able to see it at a glance before. I also find having a random trading option at the top of my positions, it doesn’t make sense to me and it takes up too much space, I’d rather see my balance, equity etc in detail at the top of the trades tab. Finally I would love to have the option to filter position history by week, month etc and see the summary of trades for that period at the top, this was available in one of the older versions.
If you know what you do this is your broker!
I see many bad reviews about the app and the truth is if you don’t know what you do then stop trading, is not the broker s fault if you blindly do something that you don’t know throwing money at it. Invest wisely. From my perspective hands up, i’ll always recommend this broker.
Scam - don’t put money in
It’s a great shame as this broker used to be good but the past year is atrocious, unable to withdraw funds , no customer service responses despite waiting over a month and writing in 3 times , the generic response will say ‘wait for your client manager’ but they never reach out. No one to help, disgusting company, I have traded for 3 years with Vantage but something terrible has happened in past year and I’m not the only one to go through these issues, Honest advice , don’t put any money in , try other brokers

This app works well, easy to use. Only thing is I cannot find anything other than US shares to trade.

Il a eu une maintenance sur le site Internet, et quand je veux me connecter, on me dit qu’il faut mettre à jour l’app je clique et en fait il n’y a pas la mise à jour disponible donc je ne peux pas utiliser l’application
Aucun dépôt
Le 31 mars 2025, j'ai effectué plusieurs dépôts dont un n'a pas été crédité sur mon compte Vantage à ce jour. J'ai signalé cela à l'équipe d'assistance à plusieurs reprises, et à chaque fois quelqu'un l'a envoyé à un autre service. Il s'agit d'une transaction simple qui peut être vérifiée sur BscScan. Je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi médiocre et lent, et je suis curieux de voir si quelqu'un parviendra un jour à résoudre ce problème.
Very good experience
I am afraid before using Vantage but its so good then my expectations. Trustable becoz when I withdraw requested its reflected in my account less then 1/2 an hour. Fully satisfied customer. Must recommend to others. Thanks Vantage Global and team

Beaucoup de chose on changer depuis 1 ans , je me suis vu refuser des retraits car maintenant on peut uniquement retirer son dépôt Tout profit au dessus du dépôt ne peut pas être retiré. Il peut être retiré uniquement en virement bancaire international, Il te demande de compléter tes informations pour un virement bancaire international, carte d’identité facture etc , surprise quand j’ai reçu un mail disant que mes documents était faux alors que c’est avec ses même documents que j’ai pu faire l’inscription. Bref c vraiment dommage car ils était au top , et fesait tout de mm partie du top 15 mondial il n’y a pas si longtemps que sa . Résultat des course une somme à 5 chiffres qui c envoler dans leur poches , vraiment a fuirrrr
Awful new update!
I really dislike the new update. Based on which customer feedback did Vantage do this? It’s beyond me. For example I can not see my open position and the chart at the same time any more. That was so handy. Instead they have added a useless “traders sentiment bar” which is rather distracting than helpful. And they have hidden one of the most popular time frame charts (4hrs) and you have to do an extra step to get to it. User “unfriendly” is the right word here.

my account manager and the general customer support are awful and so annoying they don’t help, here reply times are bad and when they do they’ve wasted my time and not even responded to the issue properly, i don’t know where vantage is getting these guys from

App quasi perfetta, veloce, intuitiva, comodissima da usare veramente complimenti, unica pecca a volte quando la apri fa fatica a connettersi al server, è un po’ lenta a caricare i dati. Bisognerebbe velocizzarla. Io questa mattina non riesco neanche a entrare perché non carica il server
Le pire service client
Ils ont toutes les excuses du monde pour ignorer chaque problème en raison des erreurs système qu’ils commettent. J'ai soulevé un ticket disant qu'il me manquait mon cashback hebdomadaire de 0,25 %. Même si j'ai fourni toutes les preuves démontrant que je satisfaisais aux exigences, la réponse était une simple réponse de copier-coller dans la FAQ. Aucune preuve n'a été fournie quant à la raison pour laquelle je ne serais pas admissible et j'ai dit que c'était l'une des trois raisons. Et ils ne semblent pas non plus savoir pourquoi. Incroyable à quel point le personnel du service client est inexpérimenté.

Those who have small accounts should not trade with this thief broker and during the news, there is no internet, this broker switches off the switch at news time We can’t update our new bank accounts 🤷🏻♂️

J'essaie de contacter le service client de Vantage Markets depuis plus de 5 jours en vain. J'ai écrit plusieurs e-mails, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, pas même une confirmation automatique. Leur support semble complètement fermé, ce qui est très inquiétant, surtout lorsqu’on a besoin d’une aide urgente. C’est inacceptable pour une plateforme qui s’occupe de l’argent et des investissements des gens. Je suis dans une situation où je ne peux pas obtenir de réponses ou d'aide et je me sens très en danger. Je ne peux recommander Vantage à personne s’il s’attend à un service ou à une responsabilité adéquats. J'espère vraiment que la situation sera bientôt réglée - sinon je devrai contacter les autorités de surveillance financière
Would be amazing with a few fixes.
I’ll start with the good: The app feels professional and the data you receive is fast. It does some things really well and I think with a few tweaks it could be even better. The bad: Being an app it is meant to be easy and user friendly but in some ways it’s quite the opposite. When placing an order you can only order by lot size. This is an app, its “trading on the go” having to do math while trying to place an order is a nuisance. A simple figure of how many units you are buying would be all it needs. Similar to what you see with your SL/TP risk and reward figures. Next is the chart. You can only scroll left and right. There’s no zoom. You have to change time frames to 1D or higher just to see where you’ve placed your SL and TP then your timeframe is too high to see how your trade is tracking. Demo: it’s too short. Demo account only lasts about a week then you have to reset. This is far too short for someone using demo to test their strategies. Should last at least 30 days but I’m not sure why it even has a limit at all.

Scam application
This is a scam application if you put money in starting first 4 day it will work good and after that your money will stuck … poor customer service… withdraw failed … at last all you profit just a myth …. The worst app i have ever used .
Best of the apps I’ve used but still some fault.
Overall I think this app works very well, there are a lot of little pop ups that teach you how to use it as you go through the steps. The only downfall I can find to this app is its accuracy and timing with the Market price. I have a few screens up at home with real time market price. But this app always tends to be a few pips behind.
Mon argent a disparu de mon compte !!
Pour faire simple, à mon réveil aujourd'hui j'ai vu que mon capital avait disparu du courtage ! J'ai regardé les objets volés et il n'y avait rien !! J'ai cherché partout sur la plateforme et il n'y avait aucune preuve que j'avais effectué une transaction ou que j'avais retiré donc les fonds n'étaient pas là !! Il vient de disparaître !! Et j’ai toutes les preuves ici avec moi que l’argent était là et que d’un coup il a disparu avec mon capital !
