Life changing
I’m an neurodivergent systems thinker. This app has provided me with a tool that is almost perfect; for mapping complex ideas and mapping systems. I’m a huge fan. I wish I knew their developers, I have some ideas about making it even better. Thank you for doing Wanderlist and now Superlist, you have been life changing for me.
Main features require purchase
I downloaded this to test what it can do, but at every turn it promoted me to upgrade. It did not transform my copy and pasted paragraph into individual tasks, that’s all I could test out. I uninstalled.
Great App, Possible Improvements?
I really like and enjoy this app as it’s very similar to Notion. The color customization is great because I would like Notion to be able to do that, but it cannot. So, therefore in that aspect outstanding job. While I am on the free plan, I am seeing how it’ll benefit my current workflows. I do foresee an upgrade though coming for me personally. Again great work guys. The only thing I’ve been encountering on the iOS version for tablet, is that after so long, I can’t type or click around. The only thing I can do is create a new task. The workaround I found to solve this was to open a task, cancel creation of said task, then click/interact with what line I’d like. It will work, but shortly after it would do it again. I did go about some trouble shooting on my end: restarting tablet, force closing the app/ reopening, ensuring the app is at its current version. All is well with those checks. I haven’t checked if it’s the same for my pc, but I doubt bc iPads can be wonky sometimes. I’m excited to work with this app
It’s good but
Needs a lot of formatting polish. There are no keyboard shortcuts to change format. This is a notes and planning tool. Ability to edit fast should be fast. I can’t pay so much for the lack basic editing table-stakes features. Examples: If I have numbered list, I can’t select all items on the list and change to bullets. You can’t be real. It’s infuriating when I am in the middle of taking notes and have to think about this tool deficiencies. Even more so when you built AI faster than these basic features.
Nice But No Calendar
It’s a nice , appealing but would be a 5 star f they had he ability to snooze reminders & had a bedded calendar. Not sure why this hasn’t been created. I would of purchased this app along time ago 😞

I’m still using it, but I’m really getting into it and I I can honestly say I like it especially the AI features of when you ask it to create a certain list for a task that you look at it I’m still learning it but I starting to really enjoy it a lot as well so download it you’ll like it
Unwanted sections
Can't even hide unwanted sections. And why meetings is on by default is beyond me, but it's ridiculous considering you can't get rid of it.
No longer syncing
I really loved this app for a while so I'm not giving up on it, but this week the content I've added in the browser on PC has not been syncing with the app. It's very frustrating.
Missing Critical and Simple Features
How can you not edit and delete tags in 2026 on a task app??? Sync is hit or miss and the devs are clearly focusing on team and useless features and not giving the basics to users. I keep hoping they will change course but have now given up after several years. Bye bye.
Love the idea but missing critical features
I absolutely love the idea of this app and was so disappointed when i found that out landed some of the critical features that the major players offer like quick add on desktop (not very easy), ability to create projects from tasks, projects / lists with due dates, searching and filtering by labels, sublabels. I wish it had these things and I would switch from Things.
Building superintendent
By far, this is the best to do list task managing app. Keep up the hard work make it flawless. I’ll keep on paying this long as you keep obtaining it with better creatures. The meeting feature is not working yet. I’m not sure why that’s the only thing I need help with thank you
Over a year later, still no tag management, new plan pricing is ABSURD
Over a year after it was first brought up in the beta, we still can’t delete tags that we have created. They keep adding features and raising the price of the plan unfortunately to the point where I can't use it anymore. I need sub lists but I'm not willing to pay $20 a month just for that feature. I don't need to use meeting or ai features with it. Very upsetting. You have outrageous pricing compared to the competition and your limits are atrocious. 15 chat messages a day for $20 a month is ridiculous, please for the love of god rethink your pricing structure.
“Offline” issues
Works great, but over the last week or so it’s been really slow updating my lists or not showing them. I’ve also encountered an “offline” icon on the lower left part of the screen when i know i’m not having connectivity issues because all other apps work. I think something broke in one of the latest updates, but I have faith that this team will work to fix the issue.
Not loving it
This app feels rather different from Wunderlist. I’m not sure how best to use it, and the information provided does not help. There does not appear to be much ability to create custom views. Navigation feels awkward. The integrations touted are of little interest to me. Compared with other apps, the cost seems out of line. Overall I feel it’s a mediocre choice.

Absolutely no chance I’m paying £100/£10 for premium before trying it. If you truly had confidence in your product then you’d be happy to provide a trial knowing people will want to continue. 👋
So far so good
I was excited to find a replacement for Wunderlist that I was so bummed disappeared! And happy about the similarities. However immediately I want to beg that handwriting to text and printing lists be a thing! It slows me down so much if I have to type on the iPad instead of scribble in a quick list or to-do. Looking forward to integrating my groceries back in with the family. Pantry and menu lists incoming and the teens can add their own things to my organized shopping lists.
More issues than potential right now.
There are some great features here, but quite a few large bugs to go with them and quite a few suboptimal decisions around the features that work. For instance, I have 5 apps on my Mac that record system audio for transcription. Superlist is the only one that has consistent issues of crashing and just not working. Every other app works flawlessly with the exact same permissions. Then, on mobile, you’ll be excited to know that you can dictate tasks into Superlist. However, you must have the screen on. You just have Superlist in front, and you cannot click away least the dictation be fully lost. It’s a very poor implementation of a good feature idea.
Need sharp eyes
This is a pretty good list app but you will need youthful eyesight to use it. The font size on desktop and iOS is tiny. There are some good features but nothing that rivals Things or Todoist for me. The free version has plenty of features. The Pro version is fairly pricey at nearly $100 a year. I think there are many better options for most people.

It almost does it all!
I agree with the other reviewers saying this is the best To Do app out there! It’s like a hybrid of notebook and tasks apps. The free option is a god send (thank you developers)! I just wish it has more capabilities like highlighting/underlining texts, adding tables and being able to have drop down option for bullet points and subtasks. All in all I’m happy with the app and I recommend!
Bad Strategy
It’s a crazy pricing strategy. Why would anyone pay 1k INR month-month for this? Yes, the app is pretty decent though not on par with competitors but the pricing? Gosh, you gotta cut down the pricing drastically, else will hit a stagnation point in months.
Buggy
The task notification doesn’t work and keeps saying “offline” and won’t let me switch back. Trying this out to see if it will replace Things 3. Not looking good.
The best note and task app
I’ve used sooo many note and task management apps and this is the one I’ve always been looking for. Absolutely amazing, super simple, lots of customization options, but again, simplified experience but also has AI to help keep me dialed in on what needs to be done

The Voice option is available only in the pro subscription. It’s not efficient for the free users.
Toggle Headings
Love Superlist so far. A great bridge between Notion and Things, two heavyweights in productivity apps. Main missing feature is Toggle headings. With large notes and lists it may be hard to stay organized or find something quickly. Endless scrolling up and and down a page to find exactly what I need. That’s why I’m currently using Notion which makes toggles easy to implement and use. If a toggle headings feature is added to Superlist it would be a five star app. Also it’s mentioned that Superlist integrates with Notion, although I can’t seem to find out how this works.
Good start, messy
I really like a lot of this app, but the design forces me to use new gestures that are bizarre and mess with my natural flow. Like swiping horizontally on a paragraph scrolls up and down (not options), but on a list it opens a new window with subtasks. Subtaks can’t be displayed in the note. What? Why? A good start but needs work!
Potential, but still lots of gaps
Very nice app, but had a good number of gaps including the fact they advertise paid plans, but it’s not possible to sign up for any through the app or their website. Until they add parity to apps like Microsoft To Do, it is hard to justify using this app. Additionally, the free plan only allows 5 shared lists. If you’re using this with family, this is a deal breaker to use this app when there are other options out there. On a positive note, the app is easy to use and looks nice.
Versatile and effective
I have been an early adopter transitioning from logseq has my personal OS. This software is amazing for capturing, reviewing and flexible to experiment different execution techniques. If you a proactive its worth giving a shot
No Apple Pencil support?!??
Was so excited to try this app on my new iPad, but bummed to see it doesn’t have Pencil support. Hopefully support will be added soon!
The BEST to do list app I’ve found (with my small asks to make it a PERFECT app)
I have tried every single To Do list app on the market for both iOS and MacOS, and Superlist is the absolute best one for the way I organize my to do lists. When a task comes up for work or home, I go to my respective section, find the List, and add the task to it with the date and time to be reminded. Then I live in the Today view to see all my tasks due today and knock them out. I can see upcoming ones as well, knock those out, and live an organized life. It’s been a game changer for me. I have a few asks of the app to make this an absolutely perfect to do list app that stands out above the rest. Asks: 1. Could you please add a “Start date” as a separate date to add to tasks? This will differentiate between when I start and when it’s due. That would be HUGE for everyone like me who wants to set a date for when to start a task and set a date for when it’s needed by. 2. For notifs, can they say the List Name in large font and then the task underneath? That would give me so much more info than a random task popping up without context. As of right now, I don’t see the List Name in my reminder notifs. 3. In Today, can you put the List Name above the task? It would make it easier to see what’s due for what, rather than having it in small font under the task itself.
Context menu disabled in notes
Some odd choices when typing in the notes field of a task. Try highlighting text to be copied and you won’t see anything appear with a right click. And formatting text in lists is erratic. We also had data loss so we stopped using for our team.
Really bad syncing, frequent data loss
This app is the one I’ve been looking for: list with markdown notes. Other GTD apps focus too much on schedule, they ignored the basic rationale of human beings, we are just not able to perfectly design every step of a project, most often we are just finding our path along the way. But apps like things3, Microsoft todo, they assume you can plan everything ahead and be precise about date and time, come on that’s so stupid and impossible. What I need is a list app that also has great note-taking feature. Notion is good at taking notes, but it is not natively designed as a list app, so I am so desperate to find a list app that works as a list but allows you to take note like Notion, and here it is. I am so happy to see this coming, but I have to say you guys have a long way to go. Please do make the basics above usable level, especially the syncing and saving. It is really annoying to see my notes disappear a newly added part every 3 minutes. And today I even can’t enter the app, it keeps loading on Mac, iPhone and web app. Please, make it usable at least, other cool feature can wait!!
Amazing and quickly becoming even better!
I downloaded this app at the start of 2025 and it was immediately great - though It had a few flaws as was to be expected from a startup. Over the last 3 months or so it has become absolutely amazing!! It is now a key part of my daily routine and is super easy to use on all my devices and the new features that are being added (seemingly monthly) are incredibly helpful in managing my life and businesses. A++
Login with Apple doesn’t work
The purpose of the login with Apple is so users don’t have to give their personal information if they don’t want to, what I’ve noticed it that although this is offered in many apps, as is required by Apple if an app is using any other sign in method such as sign in with Google, there are some apps that I believe deliberately don’t implement this correctly so it doesn’t work and if you want to use the app you’re forced to sign up with email, as is the case with this app, thereby negating the whole purpose of the Sign in with Apple, very sneaky and dishonest, Apple needs to pay more attention to unscrupulous developers but in any case to developers that don’t properly implement required features. Do as you’re required and properly implement Sign in with Apple!
Great potential. Tons of sync issues.
I can’t wait for this to be my main app. Right now, the syncing issues between devices (and the fact that the list view is sometimes completely empty), and slow loading overall, makes this not usable for me. Hoping they’ll fix it though at which point I’ll update my rating.
No Watch app, no shortcuts and NO WIDGET support?
Nice app. I’m afraid it’s going to be awhile before I could switch and I’m sure I am not alone when I say this. With heavy weight managers out there. Things 3, Todoist, OmniFocus. This app has some miles to go to compete. To be a powerhouse. We must have apps for all Apple’s ecosystem. Phone, watch, iPad and Mac. I will say it is promising and I will keep it on my device to keep up with the updates. Still have 1 eye 👁️ on you for the future. Keep up the great work. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future updates. P.S. Don’t forget full keyboard support!
Has Potential, but Not There Yet
I was a Wunderlist user until Microsoft turned it into To Do, so I had high hopes when the Wunderlist team released Superlist. Unfortunately, it’s not up to that standard yet. I like the design, mostly. The 3rd pane with the picture feels like a waste of space that could be better used. A calendar view? I like the Gmail integration where I can add a Superlist label to an email to add it to my Superlist inbox. However, there are key features that are missing and some quirks that prevent me from using Superlist instead of Todoist for now: 1) Ability to set priority to list items 2) Ability to rearrange items in the Today and Tasks views 3) Ability to make bulk changes to tasks. E.g., change the due date to multiple overdue tasks. 4) Subtasks show as separate items in the Tasks view rather as part of the main task. 5) More options for recurring tasks would be nice. E.g, 3rd Thursday every month.

No Landscape View on iPad?
This is not usable for me. 99% of my iPad use is on a Magic Keyboard. Is there not a way to have it in landscape mode?
sync is the probelm
I really really want to love it because todo+mini blog is the way to go for me. But I almost lost my blog due to poor sync. I wrote on my office notebook, when I got home and opened Superlist in my iPhone, it did not sync, maybe cause I’m in China? But even after I opened an VPN, it won’t sync this time. First time encounter this problem. Luckily I still have the Superlist web tab opened when I get back to my office.
yet another productivity app that can't match up to apple reminders
i waited for 2 years for an invite to this. was disappointed to find an unpolished, over-complicated product that could not match the ease and smoothness of apple reminders for personal use.
Syncing is unreliable
Looks and feels great, but can’t trust the syncing at this point. Feels very beta.
Amazing, my new tasks app
I am just loving this app so far and have switched to it full time. The talk tasks with AI is amazing and works so well, it’s hard to use my hands so this has become my favorite feature. The list organization and the clean look and feel are like no other app. They listen to feedback and implement new features. Go download it now and subscribe, it’s well worth it.
You can’t sign in !
The app doesn’t go beyond the sign in screen on the iPhone !
This App is Awesome, BUT…
When I use my iPad in landscape mode (which I do 99.9% of the time), it doesn’t go into landscape mode???? I’m not sure why, it just won’t go. I can’t use an app I have to tilt my head every time I try to use it on one of my main devices. Please fix and I’ll give y’all 5 stars!
Syncing Issue- A Deal Breaker
Superlist has the potential to be a standout task management app, but it's currently hampered by a critical syncing issue. Despite its excellent features, I frequently encounter a message stating, "changes cannot be saved at the moment, sorry about that," when trying to sync lists. This is a fundamental flaw that undermines reliability and prevents me from adopting Superlist as my primary organization tool.
Good but
I like a lot about this app but items I create in the mobile app don’t always make it to the web app which is probably the worst problem to have if you are trying to maintain an accurate list in the most flexible way possible. They keep saying the issue has been fixed but it hasn’t.
