Horrible
Not sure what they want to achieve. Forcing us to install IDFC bank application though I have nothing to do with IDFC banking. If they dont resolve it immediately they are gonna loose a lot Fastag customers for sure.

Unable to receive OTP to login now. When requesting OTP, it opens a pop-up asking to install the bank app.

Love the new design. It is more intuitive.
Frustrated
Frustrated with this app. Every second day, there’s an update. Why can’t you guys make a stable application?? Need to recharge urgently, I open the app, it asks to update. This is very annoying. Even though there is no new changes, still the application always need an update. Please short this out

This is one of the worst app I have seen in a long time. Development team should be ashamed of themselves. Random error popping up. Tried multiple things 1. Adding a username gave “Error” after OTP submission 2. Unable to add vehicle number, everytime validate OTP button is clicked, random error comes back. No testing has been done in this app. Closing my fastag now, pathetic bank and app.
