The app is asking for a one time password everytime i am opening the app. Earlier this used to monthly or quarterly but now its asking everytime. Please fix this error

Rewards are not good, additionally awful customer experience
Not worth it with that much annual fees. There are other credit cards which come with amazing perks and those are straight forward to use too. I reached out for membership fee reversal and card closure and I was refused.
Everything’s Great but the Chat feature…
I am using the app and was talking with an amex agent. Then I put app in background and reopened it and the chat feature was gone reopened multiple time and can’t see it. And i find it once in a blue moon. Again am using iphone 16 pro. So low device resource shouldn’t be the problem
Payments experience
Why can’t you handle the payment from the app itself and not route it to a web interface? Again we have to enter all the details including the outstanding amount which needs to be noted elsewhere.

Great experience using Amex
I have been using the card for more than a year and surprisingly found that my inhibitions about using Amex were not true . Great Customer experience using the card.

They blocked my card because of some kyc issue and I never even got a single call regarding the same It had 1lakh + points and now I gotta pay the due without being able to receive any benefits Extremely disappointed

Asking credit card no for payment is bit stressful , try if it can be avoided while making the payment since payment is done opening the app
