Scam
You guys charge silently 1% of every transaction that too in smart way not with the transaction consolidated whole month transaction in one then charge and gst on that. Another bigger scam app does not show that transaction until customer check on yes bank app. Now the level of hypocrisy call the customer care and they say if merchant land in some category then we charge then disconnect call If extra charge with transaction so customer that we are charged extra This is way of giving 1% gold
NRI letdown
Decent app but a let down for NRI as change of address and phone is next to impossible without heading to a branch
Not well Supported on IPhone
App is not well supported!! I was trying to login after successfully sing up it is still asking for OTP login and trying with OTP it shows your limit for the day trying to login is done and can try after 24 hours!! Highly recommend to improve the app service
Erratic app
My both credit cards are on Auto Debit and the outstanding amount also has been debited however the app still shows pending. I paid again but still not updated. Customer care says glitch in the software that’s all. No clear resolution Yes Bank is not what it was in yester years.

Travelling with Iris app
This is a nightmare. As soon as you leave your country we can’t get it to work. We have to buy data sim to use in India travelling from UK. It can’t work on wifi or on the data sim. While all my other banks apps work fine. Example Kotak, Axis HSBC and all my UK bank apps. Even the WhatsApp application of Iris doesn’t work. We can’t receive OTP even in WhatsApp which is secure. Very frustrating.

When I choose NRI its asks for customer id and the screen down alow inserting it .. just a black hole .

Unable to activate or set limits on my debit card using iris or netbanking. Raised to support multiple times and they are useless.

Loan repayment for part payment and foreclosure option for foreclosure not available on app. Worst app.
Annoying App
App is abusing OTP system. In a single log in for each and every step there is OTP verification. Then stupid SIM card data plan has to be on and not WiFi. Registration and log in processes not user friendly. If this persists I’m going to terminate.

Jail break error
Showing jail break error for almost a month now. Unable to use. Error started showing again today.
Why location access?
The new app is fine- but why does it force me to give it location access? There’s no reason my bank needs to know where I’m physically located. If it’s to prevent fraud, make it optional… I’m privacy conscious, so I just use the website instead of the app.

Full Accounting Year Statement Download Issue
App is not Giving Option to Download Last Year and Current Year Statement of Full 12 months. It is just giving access for 90 days Only.

The app insists on allowing it to copy text from another app. And unless you do not accept it, it doesn’t allow you to proceed further. Extremely painful app.

Does not logout when finger print is enabled
Application does not log out when finger print login is enabled, On selecting logout it again asks for fingerprint and logs back the user again. Please fix this asap this is security incident

Whenever a new update comes, you cannot use the app till the time you update the app. And the update happens randomly which is frustrating. Pathetic service, most of the time you will face challenges in logging into the app. In the middle of night/ at the start of the month, the app will crash and will not let you use features like credit card amount settlement , bank statement. All optional items will turn out to be mandatory fill outs.

Facing whiteish problem
This app is not working. When I was opening this app it will show totally whiteish like white wall. After I uninstall and reinstall the app it’s coming same. It’s working after one month and again it’s going whiteish with 2 days. I don’t know what can I do?
