Please add BHIM upi app to INDIE mobile App
While making a credit card bill payment, it has been found that only Paytm PhonePe Google Pay options are available, but BHIM UPI is not available on the INDIE Mobile app. It is requested TO THE DEVELOPER TO ADD BHIM UPI APP ASAP. THANKS.

As IndusInd Credit card user I can’t login to app, always it showing exit from app, server might be down, after update it is going, waste of time. I have checked in App Store it has 4.7 rating, how it is possible? Before update might be, but it needs to be fixed.

I am a pioneer customer . Very slow response and design is not smooth. I am also a customer of IDFC first bank. I request Indus to take ideas from the app design.

After updating the latest released version, I am not able to login at all. The app asks to verify the mobile number from initial stage and after submitting the details it said system is busy try later again.

For a bank with repute, this app is from the middle ages, ill designed, very buggy and very poor customer experience. Makes you lose trust in the bank's ability to serve customers well

App is full of bugs and issues. Some times it stops showing the account balance, statement and even you cannot make any transactions due to application bugs. While contacting customer support the response is very slow and unprofessional. Also they don’t provide any quick solution. It’s a nightmare for NRE account holders.

The app has a lot of features but most of the time it doesn’t work I tried to make a swp from one of my funds the redeem button does not get activated No reason for that is coming on screen And also many difficulties when opening FD and also investing in MF

Most Functions Unavailable
Looks more modern than the previous app, but most of the functions for NRI’s are unavailable. Clicking on anything useful tells you that “We are excited to be adding these feature for NRI’s soon”. Why force me to switch to this newer app if it’s not ready? Also when are these features going to be available? Any why can’t I apply for a credit card? This app is only half ready.

Worst mobile app. Web app is even worst I tried paying the EMI cause there monthly EMI deduction does not working after payment complete in phonepay the web app crashed now payment does not show anywhere and with clueless customer support I installed this app which is another useless thing.
App glitches a lot
The application glitches a lot and fails to connect or randomly give errors like “invalid argument” or “invalid requests”. Lot of connection issues and frankly I don’t understand the complexity or re-registration and a completely new app. I haven’t been able to transfer funds for something I desperately needed.
