Why build an app if all it does it open the website
Pointless app, just opens the website but in an app - with terrible UX. zero integration with in-store sign up to Dobbies club, only able to buy a new card- unless it’s hidden somewhere in the terrible UI. Not sure the point of building an app if it doesn’t do the basics
Regular visitor
Love Dobbies and go couple of times a month everyone is very helpful and friendly. The coffee shop is a bit scruffy and dirty which I’m not fussed on . But we still go to use our free drinks and have cake or scones which are lovely.
Poor
Could be good if it weren’t for the constant errors. If it functioned as intended it would be really useful but for now the website is far better.

Club Card
I am not able to add current club card to app for digital card. I am signed into account. The app just wants me to register for club card as a new customer.
A little frustrating
Frustrating that the app continues not to recognise password and having to renew every visit. Otherwise it’s ok.
Logging out
Why do I have to log into the app each time I open it?! I have deleted and reinstalled but there is clearly a glitch with the app - help!

Just never loads!
Good when it works but that’s when! Be waiting in queue trying to get app to load ready to scan and just nothing happens mobile data or WiFi it’s horrendous, trying to see if have a free coffee right now at home and can’t even get on it to see!
Fine on iPhone but ..
I was able to log in to my account via the iPhone, but when I tried via my iPad I could not get the number button to work. My password for the account has letters and numbers. I know my iPad works okay as I can use numbers perfectly okay. But this app appears not to work for being able to type the numbers in.
Slow service
Called into the restaurant/cafe in the Derby store and must say the service is so slow. There were only 2 people serving and instead of having one taking orders and the other making drinks they were both doing everything, not an efficient work flow. One of them blew their nose then continued to make drinks, he did rinse his hands but didn’t wash them properly.
Missing features
I would like my offers and rewards to be hosted in the app rather than having paper to carry around.
Favourite place
I love this place. It’s my favourite place to go as everything is there. Lunch in lovely cafes and then a nice look in garden centre They also have so much in the food halls. Lots to see and buy. We go twice a week usually. The only downside is it’s so hot as there is no air conditioning. But otherwise it’s nearly perfect. There scones are luscious. Keep up the good work Dobbies. ☺️☺️☺️
Pointless having this App
Despite phoning and emailing customer services they still have my old card attached to my account and not my club plus card, with no way for me to remove. Also means cannot add to my Apple Wallet either.
What’s happened to the scones?
My friends and I used to look forward to a coffee and a nice scone in Dobbies, Dunfermline. Then they started tasting like baking soda which gives an unpleasant, burning after taste. Also they crumble so much you can’t actually spread the butter and jam on them. An assistant told us there have been lots of complaints and they were going to sort it out. As of yet no difference

Made order online for click and collect, only to be charged delivery on one of the items!!! I could have spent that on something else 😡

The lady who answered the phone at Cirencester was very helpful. She helped me through the process of ordering a garden bench by click and click and checked to make certain product was in store. Went the extra mile! Eileen or Aileen? is her name, I believe. Thanks
Can’t replace dobbies card to a dobbies club plus card.
Can’t replace dobbies card to a dobbies club plus card. So I’m stuck with old card in wallet. So will have to carry the new plastic card around. Should be able to delete old card details and put new in.

Awful App
App is terrible. Was able to log in to my account, but no way to associate my Dobbies Plus Club card to my account, unable to therefore renew, cannot get to payment stage when trying to create a new account, and no way to get back to the membership sign up screen if you click to read the T’s & C’s. Very frustrating App, when trying to do the most simple things. Makes it hard to be a customer.

Does not allow me to see a digital card
I downloaded this so I could add my Dobbies card as digital card to my Apple Wallet. It doesn’t work. The ‘club’ icon just shows the information from on the website. It says ‘ Alternatively, download our app and add a digital card to your wallet’ - I am in the app… I’ve re-tried about 15 times.

Useless
Sign in option gets stuck in an endless loop so can’t use the app for membership, points or any other benefits. Pointless.

Disappointing app. I downloaded to access my club plus membership and card but end up chasing round an endless cycle of logging in. Impossible to access. Zero use to me!

I often forget my loyalty card and by having this app, I have added it to my apple wallet so I never miss out on points

I am unable to log in to my Club Plus account on the app. Despite clearing the app and starting all over several times, I am unable to access my Club Plus account within the App. DOBBIES - please sort this out.
