Not impressed
On this app it pop up that you can upgrade to there new app better security and experience and all but when you do it will not except your account information plus there’s no way you can contact them only if you call about an order?

It changes my card number when I signed into the app Can’t figure out how to sort this so I deleted the whole thing after multiple attempts to sort it out

Very bad App
Very poor app, wait ages for it to move on to next page. Nearly gave up but wanted to order so had to carry on, took most of the evening just to order!!! Love Bon Marche but this needs sorting now
Useful App
This is a useful app, especially if your physical bonus card is of the small key ring type, which is easily lost in a purse. However, this app could be improved by adding the ability to add the card into the Apple Wallet.
Cannot access account
I’ve tried to create a return by accessing my account and creating a return but the app doesn’t give any link to previous orders. You have to go in via google, sign in then access account that way.
Needs to be improved with more and better features
Apple wallet access needs to be added. Needs to be more user friendly. At moment not much point in having the app. I’m deleting as I have never yet used it.

I know my email address and password but the app says invalid. I can’t be bothered to argue with this so I shall not be using it.

I’m a new customer, when using the app you receive warnings about the app isn’t secure and you may be giving away your personal details. So this worries me. 2. I purchased a knitted cardigan/jacket. The care instructions are ridiculous. So I decided I would like to return it. But can I find the return section without receiving this security warning?-no Can I contact the company without receiving this security warning - no So what do I do? Very frustrated Customer and I will not be using this company again or their app

Couldn’t register
Tried to register existing card in app. Got as far as entering email to verify me and wouldn’t accept it. Something about a double key. So not able to register on the app.
Needs a lot of improvement
The app shows your bonus stamp card and stamps, it’s expiry but does not allow you to redeem them . There is no way to include those stamps to your current basket. It’s so frustrating!
Unable to change email mistake and other things!!!!!
Since I can’t shop from the app but get redirected to the website of which I am not automatically logged into I can’t use my bonus points as I have realised I have made an error on my email address which I can’t change as I get an error message that doesn’t even make sense! This is the worst shopping app I have ever used!

The only downside is having to see Lorraine Kelly on here and the adverts.

No use to bonus club card holders to check account
I tried to set my physical card up on the app but all it did was allocate a new number. Thinking I had done something wrong I deleted my details then tried to set it up again to be told invalid email address. There is no way to sign in and check details using the physical card they promote in store. When I went into the store it appeared my surname had been inputted incorrectly in the store as too had my email.

Please add the Apple wallet & make deleting old cards easier!
Worst app I’ve ever used
I don’t know who is responsible for this app, but they certainly didn’t have the customer in mind. I use shopping apps all the time and this is the first one that I gave up on. When viewing an item and then want to go back to the menu, the app jumps all over the place. On a couple of occasions I don’t know what happened but I had to sign into the app again! When I eventually managed an order and got to checkout, I input the code for 20% off then was given the option I thought for a further 10% if I used reward points. It cancelled out the 20% discount and used the 10% amount instead. When I tried to get the 20% back it wouldn’t have any of it. I then rang the order telephone number given twice and got fed up with waiting for an answer on both occasions. I’ve cancelled the order so Bonmarche has lost the business and I fell very disillusioned with this dreadful service.

Need facility to input into apple wallet to difficult to go via app to access card in store.
User unfriendly
At first this looks to be just about the bonus scheme but I wanted to check my previous orders. I had to go to Google to sign in to find my order history. However if you click on “shop now” on this app then you can find previous orders. That doesn’t make sense. Surely this app could have a “ your orders” listed separately rather than the user going all round the Wrekin to find it. Also when I’ve ordered from an email notification it doesn’t allow you to use your points so it doesn’t transfer across. Customer services said not to use email notifications to order !! Not impressed. Still Love the clothes but not the app
Frustrating
For some reason my app won’t scan at the tills in the shop so I’ve lost out on many bonuses. Very annoying

It will not upload my details. Keeps freezing. Tried multiple times still won’t work

Not easy to navigate. Basket not easily visible. Could not find placed order. Needs facility to be able to put card in wallet.
