Always an interesting outing . Great value for money and lots of choice
Glitchy App
App painful to use.
Walsall Branch
We very much enjoy browsing our local Boundary store at Walsall. We visit every couple of months but would visit more often if the quality of the hot beverages in the cafe improved. It always rounds of a shopping spree to have a good quality coffee but this is where the our visits to Boundary falls short. Which is a real shame.
App opening
Why do I have to put both email and password to open app?????
Cafe
Even after a refit the food just falls short, go look at Greggs baguettes and realise how good they can be and also the size of the coffees, never had one since opening day as it’s more of an insult. Often pop into IKEA to eat before we come in
Outlet
Great place to shop x
BB cafe a rip off
Don’t waste your money, the price they are asking is a joke! Cake was dry and service was without a smile
Excellent day out
The whole experience was a pleasure, a lovely clean accessible building, helpful staff, lots of bargains to be had and a huge choice of food and drink. 😊
Margaret Lorking
A very interesting worth while visit, with lots of wonderful things to buy. A great cafeteria too.
There’s a flaw
I enjoy using the app but it seems to have a flaw. A number 1 appears in a red circle within the icon, this implies there’s a message or something for me to look at but I cannot find what it is and it’s been there for months. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but the number 1 in the red circle is still there - frustrating!
Great
Fantastic place to shop, something for everyone all under one roof and even better when it’s the 10% off and a free slice of cake mmm, couldn’t get much better “oh and not forgetting the great food and drinks at very reasonable prices, win win. K&T
App
Does not work
Number 1
I can’t seem to get rid of the number 1 attached to the app. I have deleted and reinstalled many times but it is still there. So annoying!
Sad
Vouchers all offered, started the next day! Visitor from away
Shiremoor Store
Wonderful customer service on my recent visit
Too Little Information
Hi This app gives too little information about products . It’s just about overall discounts available in that product area . I would prefer to see actual items and their prices to entice me in to buy those items . It’s similar adverts all the time 60% off , 70% off let’s get some clarity to what it’s off . Would prefer a website with items to look at .
Brilliant
Visited yesterday, 18th Sept - not been for a while. Lovely layout, fresh & bright. Cafe brilliant, good selection of food & drinks to chose from, well priced and friendly staff. Area well laid out.
Message symbol always on
The app works ok but the message symbol is always showing I have tried deleting it and restoring, it so annoying
Excellent Customer Service
We are quite regular visitors to the Walsall branch and quite often pop in for one or two items and end up coming out with ten or more! We had a problem with a cutlery set we bought a couple of years ago where by it lost some of it’s anodising. I went to replace it with done new items and the sales lady said the sets were on offer. I explained and she took my number for her manager to call me( sorry, couldn’t remember all the names) The manager called a few days later and wanted to see my old cutlery but due to my hectic schedule and a bank holiday I couldn’t meet up with said items. Instead I was asked to speak with Jean whom knew all about my issue and treated me in a very polite and professional manner and apologised on her behalf for me to take the time and effort to return my faulty items. Well done to you all and your team and thank you Karen and Wayne
