Customer Support???
I'm really not happy that I cannot get anyone in customer support to email me back with answers to my questions. This is the second time that I've signed up for this app and I am finding a lot of things that I scan are coming back incorrect. Things that I search are coming back with inaccurate information as far as nutrition. If I have to Google and get more accurate information what is the point of this app? There really needs to be away to edit inaccurate information even if it's just 1g off on protein or 10g more carbs than the food item is. I also don't like that the app doesn't take into consideration fiber when counting net carbs. Also, why isn't it possible to delete recently logged instead of having a grow to infinity? Where is the help for these issues?

Best free app ever
This is the most easy to use free app ever. It has recipes and meal plans to help it has a fasting schedule all for free. Absolutely love this app and recommend it to anyone just starting to track calories and micro. The scanner to log food is free. It also tracks water intake. And weight. Can’t say enough good things about it. This app helped me with all my weight loss journey. Was 220 lbs. now 203lbs. With just changing eating habits. I wanted to get comfortable with eating before adding other healthy things.

Micronutrient Addition and a few notes
The app is great, the UI is easy to understand and the layout is very beginner friendly. I love the protein, carb and fat layout but a few suggestions: we should be able to see micronutrients too at least fiber, iron and vitamins as these nutrients are also important to people that track their meals. Additionally, when we add/create new food items we need to be able to put the serving size in g instead of just oz/fl oz and we should be able to put the actual weight instead of the approximates of 0.25,0.3,etc. if the developers can take this into account the app will be five star.

Love everything but the barcode scanner
This is a great app. I love how it tracks my calories and macros, but the barcode scanner doesn’t work at all. I’ve had the app for almost 2 weeks and not a single thing has scanned with the barcode.

I tried to scan the barcode and it just wouldn’t upload it. It’s saying it’s 29 grams of protein yet it’s 30 grams and it says it’s more than 11oz and it’s not
Does not sync across iphone/ipad
That’s really my only beef. Logging food on the phone or ipad does not sync with the app on the other device. I mostly just use it for calorie tracking and i leave my phone at the door stand at home and use my ipad. Otherwise solid.
Barcode scanner is junk
I’ve tried scanning six different barcodes and it won’t pick up any of them

Maybe I’m not understanding this thing but it’s wanting me to eat almost like 160 g of protein and a six hour window. I am a 5 foot four woman. I don’t know how I could ever eat that much food and I’m trying to lose weight, not gain weight.

I’m currently on a glp1 diet plan so tracking protein & fiber is very important. There is currently no option to show my fiber intake on the main screen. I can see my fiber intake when I put in a meal, but it would be nice to see what it is for the entire day without having to manually do the math
It’s ok
It’s way cleaner looking than the competition popular one BUT the only macros is fat / protein & carbs. I would like to know nutrition too like vitamins and sodium etc. it also has no tracking for inches. I lift and weight loss means less to me than inches. I am considering seeing it is missing these simple things maybe I will switch. Also foods are hard to find, like couldn’t find 70% Lindtt dark chocolate

O app poderia melhorar em alguns pontos. Quando queremos fazer uma receita maior para porcionar, não há uma opção prática — especialmente para quem calcula por gramas. O escaneamento de alimentos também não funciona bem de primeira, o que atrasa o uso. Além disso, na seção de comidas favoritas, não existe a opção de pesquisar pelo nome, obrigando o usuário a ficar procurando manualmente, o que leva muito tempo.

I absolutely love this app! Been using it on and off for years now! In the past year I used it consistently and was able to lose 35lbs! One request tho, can we add a fiber tracker to the app?

I love this app and how convenient it makes trying to eat healthy. One thing I wish it had was the ability to track fiber intake. It has lots of options in the food search (even restaurants). It also keeps me super accountable!
Difficult app, would not recommend
Unable to accurately identify food searched and to scan items subscription is needed. Difficult to know if the information entered is accurate.
Important miss
This app does not track added sugars, so if that metric is important to you, the app won’t do.
Simple
I’m HORRIBLE on tracking Cal/Protein etc… I SOOOO LOVE that you can take a picture and/or scan the bar code of your food. If it didn’t have this LOVELY option. I would have deleted it like I’ve did so many other apps. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK for us unhealthy eaters 😊

Overall disappointed
Overall im finding this app quite disappointing so far. I was hoping for a refreshing alternative to Fitness Pal, but the experience hasn’t lived up to expectations. The barcode scanner is frequently unreliable, and many of the pre-entered items in the search results show incorrect nutritional information compared to the packaging. Logging each meal is taking far longer than it should, which is frustrating especially for a paid app. Not being able to design own dashboard to add/remove items is also annoying.
The camera option
The camera is spotty, I have 2 sausages and cottage cheese and it won’t find it with the camera. This has happened several times now.

Caters only to smaller people
I was referred to this app because everyone was ranting and raving about how great it was. I was excited to try it so I downloaded it. Sounds like if you are larger than the starting weight it goes up to, you are SOL….smdh!! This is a weight loss app, really?

I wish this app gave the option to calculate net carbs versus carbs. Nonetheless, it keeps me on track and it’s reasonably priced.
Subscription renew without notificion
Seems like a fabulous app however did not appreciate the lack of warning committing me to the weekly subscription, notification before purchase was a feature I trusted to allow me to make an informed decision. Given a choice I would have chosen the year or cancelled.
App support not good
GOOD POINTS Nice graphic Easy to use, useful recipes and options to use fasting, exercise and add weight BAD POINTS I tried the free trial and was impressed enough to buy a years subscription, which I’m regretting as several glitches keep happening with the app despite uploads Difficult to find European foods it seems to be US. The worst thing is the support is awful. I’ve emailed twice and no response. I think unless it gets better during the year I won’t be renewing.
