Improved
I had Sieman’s and I thought they were good until I got these. These are excellent. And, they have an easy to use app.
Application settings not appropriate
Application factory settings keeps automatically changing and favorite settings automatically shifts and application fractory patterns don’t match my unique hearing needs and tips are not helpful for implementing specific suggestions
Jabra app epic fail
The hearing aids work fine and have lasted well and the Service from Costco is amazing. But the jabber EnhancePro app is horrible. You would think they could get some IT tech that would actually do some work.
Only two environment choices
I previously had ReSound hearing aids with several environmental settings, like Restaurant. This app only has All-Around and Hear In Noise. I’m replacing the aids with another brand, partly because of the app.
Need improvement
They don’t work properly I have to cancel blue tooth and use the phone microphone to hear the party I’m calling

This is my first pair of hearing aids and I am very happy with them. They have definitely enhanced my hearing and quality of life. Well worth the price!
App keeps crashing
Not sure if it’s the lack of updates with this app but it’s been a few months now since the last update and the app recently just started to crash everytime you open it. It would be nice if a little bit more effort was put into this application. The product is great but the user experience with this app is lacking due to the low maintenance put into this app. Updates should be more frequent as OS versions change.
Need CarPlay integration
The hearing aid are a life changer. A huge improvement would be to make the app CarPlay enabled so users can make adjustments from a car dashboard screen. The lack of CarPlay integration is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.
Bluetooth
Gave it time. Took a month to write this review. Bluetooth doesn’t work well. Goes in and out. Every day. Everywhere. Returned it.

Hearing aids are great. This app not so much. Always defaults to “audio streaming “. Please fix this!!!!!!!
So far so good!
Seem to work as well as the office priced hearing aids. Has a quirky irritating inconsistent sound when texting on my iPhone. Love that you can take the battery charger with you for a couple days without plugging it in. Highly recommend a trial with these before handing over 5-6K for a pro visit pair.
Enhance Pro App No Longer Works
For the last month or so, I constantly have to delete and then reinstall the App as it consistently loses its connection to my Jabra hearing aids. This never happened before. What is going on?

Problems emerged after the follow-up visit so that they haven’t been addressed. Probable allergy to the unit.
Basic functions but ...
The app offers basic functions for controlling the Jabra HA. But it does not support pairing the aids with Bluetooth LE devices (such as Bluetooth enabled TV sets). It may or may not support handoff between iPhone and iPad --- if it is supported, it is difficult to figure out.

Can hear the TV and hear in loud noise’s! Quality of the sound is beautiful!

I’ve had these hearings aids for two months now the only good thing about them is I can hear better, my old ones were 6 years old. First off to inform you that my former hearing aids were MIH’s from Resound. Wind noice was never a problem with the microphone in the helix of the ear. The programs show that you can control the wind noise under Sound Enhancement, but just learned that it only works in the OUTDOOR program. The same when you use one of the set programs the VOICE CLARITY doesn’t carry over to your new program. Really wondering if I should have gone elsewhere, maybe Hearing Life. Apple users when you go from one unit to another you have turn off the first unit than turn the second unit ON let it get connected to internet, than turn it OFF wait a minute than turn unit back ON wait till you are connected to the internet, than connect to the app. This was finally explained better when I when in for some adjustments. Disconnecting the Bluetooth doesn’t disconnect the hearing aids completely. Hope this helps you. AUDIO STREAMING how does a user get rid of this? Once it shows up it’s carries over to all of your programs. The only way I found was to turn off unit, then turn it back on after a couple of minutes. This is a pain when all you wanted to do is change the volume. Had enough GOODBYE!!!!!
Keeps disconnecting
My app keeps disconnecting from my hearing aids. I’m listening to music or a video and it suddenly does not work.

Buggy
This makes the hearing aids useless. Stream 1 thing, take a phone call through your hearing aids and bingo, they are stuck in streaming mode. Hard factory reset did not fix the problem.
Works well with WIFI
I have mixed feelings about the overall hearing aide performance. When WIFI is not available In very remote areas the hearing aide “searches” and ends up set on different settings. They need to default to the hearing aide’s last known setting . Very irritating! The app is DEPENDENT on WiFi. That sucks!
Dissatisfied
I’m not too keen on this app at all. I set the volume all the way down on the outdoor mode and it does not stay where I set it. I have to reset it every time I use it. So instead I just turn the volume all the way down in the general mode, and turn them back up again after the walk. The same thing when I’m in the car, I just turn them all the way down because in any other mode the volume doesn’t stay down when you leave the mode and go back in. The volume is back up again. I’m not seeing much good in this app.
Problem
While the advertising states that this app is compatible with iPad and iPhone I haven’t found a way that they can both run it simultaneously and just shutting down one doesn’t allow you to run it on the other device without removing and repairing.
Works very well
It would be very useful if app could display status of battery charge left in % terms, particularly for replaceable batteries that are not recharged every night. Some times they last a week, some times longer, some times less than a week. Ability to check the remaining charge would be great.
Expensive experiment
I have high-pitch hearing loss. The app limits what you can do, forcing you to go to a professional ($$) to make minor frequency adjustments. When I use the phone I have to switch to music mode to understand what the caller is saying, and then switch back for normal activity. No way to adjust. They’re almost worthless in a restaurant because they amplify everything in all directions. I tried to contact Jabra 3 times and they ghosted me each time. Furthermore I’ve had to replace the left ear piece twice and the right earpiece once. My left earpiece is going out again. I dread trying to deal with them again. I will switch brands instead. Oh, and I bought the upgraded travel charging base ($) and half the time it won’t charge my right earpiece. Jabra replaced the charger, and it still has the same problem. No wonder they cost so much, their warranty costs are probably 5 times their manufacturing cost, which is probably around $25 since that’s what smart watch electronics cost.
Connect to iPad and phone
Not sure how to connect to iPad and not screw up connection to phone. Can’t tell if my phone is connected or not so others don’t hear . Have to keep taking hearing aids out to tell. Really don’t understand app very well.
Bluetooth terrible
The Bluetooth connectivity is awful. And their feedback form limits to 125 characters - don’t really want feedback.

Turn off
Every time I check my hearing aids they are not connected. It is very upsetting I contacted Jabra and fix was so complicated I gave up.
Comfortable, helps outside
My first set of aids. Cannot compare to others. Makes my piano sound clanky and shrill. Doesn’t help much inside. Connection to phone is quirky. Example: suddenly the other person on a call cannot hear me unless I set the call to not connect through hearing aids.
Not so good
Wish I could eliminate the annoying sound it makes at start up and when you change programs. Had to spend extra money to change the earphones because of the whistles. Not nearly as good a Octicon. I guess you get what you pay for.

App Update Killed My Hearing Aids
I was required to update my app. Once updated, my hearing aids will not connect. I can’t reach my customer settings so my hearing aids are at half the volume that I need for work or just to be safe outside my home. Now I have to miss work or risk my life not being able to hear. I expected more from this company. I was fooled.

I can understand the words
My hearing wasn’t really bad, but what I was missing out on was the words in a movie or at a large gathering. I’d be watching a movie in a theatre and everyone would laugh. I’d heard the sound of talking, but had no idea what was said. Similarly, I’d be at a meeting or in a large group and couldn’t hear the actual words. Testing showed that I could hear the lower sounds and couldn’t understand the words in the upper ranges. Often I’d want to watch a video on my iPhone, but didn’t want to bother others around me. Now, nobody has a clue that I’m listening to a video, movie, podcast, or music. We just signed up for the Shaw Ignite tv system. I’m trying to figure out how to pair my hearing aids to my TVs. I love having my hearing aids. They allow me to enjoy the talking around me. Also, I love that I can hear any sounds or talking on my iPhone.

These hearing aids have gone a really long time without needing service.
Not worth the trouble
The hearing aids are terrible sometimes one of them shut off and then come back on both of them have a squelching sound. I’ve turned the volume up and down. I’ve tried different settings. I will try them for another month then they go back. I’m finished.

App will change on a whim and sometimes disconnect one or the other of the 2 hearing aids. It’s unreliable and inconvenient. Occasionally, the volume goes in and out quickly for no apparent reason. The hearing aids may be fine, but it’s impossible to tell with the app being unreliable.

Great sound quality and I love the features and easy to use app.
Once great, now useless
App worked great for almost two years. Then a month ago it’s suddenly saying these same devices are not compatible and the app refuses to connect. This is not an app that reflects any patient care level.
Needs a Fix
Genuinely this app works well. There are many adjustments available but if you need to reset them it prompts you to put them in and out of the charger. So you need to be tethered to it ? Turning off and on using the buttons doesn’t work. Hopefully there will be a fix for this
