Software issues
The hearing aid has a lot of static noise. I guess it’s due to some quirky, high-tech software.
No longer able mute.
Used to be able to mute my hearing aids. Now the mute button just reduces volume by about 50%
Keep disconnecting
It seems that every time I want to use the app I have to subscribe all over again. I got the hearing aids a week ago and I have yet to be able to use it without going through the whole process again.
If only the app was as good as the hearing aids
As a musician, I’ve used Sennheiser products for decades. High quality. The Sonite Rise aids seem high quality too so far. But the app is a disaster. Says it can’t connect when it’s already connected, and the alert banner stays on the screen, covering other functions. App switches presets on its own, unexpectedly and often — especially annoying and dangerous while driving. Half the time it won’t stream when streaming music on the iPhone even though the Bluetooth connection is solid, so the Streaming preset is unavailable then. Often when you select a preset other than Automatic Premium, everything but that preset is grayed out and inaccessible. My iOS and Sonite Rise are both up to date, and all other apps on my phone work fine. But this one is utterly disappointing. Sennheiser, you’re better than this!

Poor Sound Quality
This app creates a constant hiss in the hearing aids. The only way to stop it is to delete the app.

Learning Curve
I’m new to this game but I’m starting to catch on. There are adjustments I need to learn and challenges remembering what I’ve learned but the Easy Line remote makes adjusting the volume the sounds the aids capture so much easier

Won’t link up. Can’t find aids. Software from the turn of the century.
Large text issue
If your text size setting is set to the largest size the app will not function. You have to lower the size to get it working. called the Support number for the manufacturer and they were not aware of the problem and couldn’t help me. Had to go to Costco and have the person there. Call for next level tech-support and they were instructed what to do. worked fine once we reduced the text size.
Needs help
Sometimes works, sometimes not. When I put it in TV mode, it gets knocked out of mode every time I get a text or notification on my phone. Now it won’t connect to stream from my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled once before and that fixed it. It’s happening again now and reinstalling the app again did not work. Frustration!
Remote Controls
Recently purchased units from COSTCO. 2 weeks of good and bad. Some times lots of loud background sounds. Bluetooth will amplify all sounds when scrolling social media. EQ works ok but still getting loud background sounds (clock alarm, vacuum, even tapping toes of dog can be loud 😳. Still work g with them

A Little Frustrated
Quite often my hearing aids do not pair with the app. I can be listening to something on my phone and it will randomly switch to whatever someone else is watching on the TV. Then when I check the app it tells me that the hearing aids aren’t paired with the phone, even though my phone says it’s paired. When the app says it’s not paired I m not able to get the menu to select music or restaurant settings. It’s frustrating.
Frustrated with this app
This app used to work on my iPhone and then I deleted it because the hearing aid place told me too and then I reinstalled it and now I can’t get past the sign-up part.
Amateur App
I have to literally reset this app every single day for my 90 year-old mother. Had I known this app was so awful I wouldn’t have bought it. There is no reason on God’s green earth that somebody this profoundly deaf should have to reset this stupid app every day.
New App
The Easy Line app was great. The new iPhone update cannot connect to my hearing aids. The old app worked great since April, 2021, but the update just has spinning dots. The Easy Line app on my iPad still works. But it is harder to take my iPad to dinner with friends to adjust my hearing aids.
Inconsistent
My settings will change, and sometimes my app will freeze and sometimes I’m unable to change my settings. I’ve unloaded the app and reloaded, and the problem still persists.
App loses Hearing Aids connection
The Sennheiser sonite aids connect to iPhone 17 pro Bluetooth quickly and easily. However, the Easy Line app drops the connection to HAs routinely. It is frustrating to try different hearing modes when Easy Line drops the connection. I’m unable to select a different mode when the HAs won’t connect. It’s inconvenient to keep trying to change settings. There are ways to turn off BT, Easy Line and try to reconnect , it is not convenient to delete the app and reinstall, and re-pair the HAs when in a restaurant or meeting. The App needs to be improved so the random disconnect between HAs and fixed
Crystal clear hearing
I am enjoying my new hearing aids from Costco. My ability to hear high frequency sounds is much better. I can now differentiate and hear what the newscaster is saying on the TV! My life is so much better now because I can now hear what people are saying in restaurants! Thank you Evans Tran at Costco Hearing Aid Department!
Not good
The app fails to connect at least 25 percent of the time. This is especially frustrating when the phone or tv is blasting and I can’t connect to control the volume. Mute does not work. Disappointed customer, more so because the hearing aids are quite expensive. Wish there was an alternative app. Update: still sucks in all these ways after reinstalling app. Not happy at all.
Useful functionality
Too sensitive to touch Will hang up on a call if I adjust my glasses I do like the call answer feature with double tap. Not sure why it hangs up so easily

블루투스로 연결해서 유튜브나 인터넷라디오를 들을때 보청기 볼륨을 낮출수 있어서 좋습니다. 아쉬운 부분은 설정값이 저장되어서 보청기를 껐다가 다시 켜도 기존의 셋팅이 유지되었으면 더욱 유용할것 같습니다. 매번 켤때. 세팅을 조정하는건 좀 번거롭네요. 감사합니다.
Stochastic audio
The app functions to control Sonite hearing aids, but my audio landscape is completely unpredictable while the hearing aids are connected via bluetooth to the phone (required to receive phone calls or stream anything). Audio changes for 10 seconds in response to all kinds of phone events. If I receive a text or any notification, I hear the notification and then all audio cuts out, and then I get ambient audio at a loud setting, and then it returns to the volume setting I've selected in the app. It goes through this cycle for any notification. If I'm actually using my phone, the audio landscape changes for every app for different parts of the app, open maps - boom ambient audio spike! Open News - boom. Watching reels on Instagram the phone volume button seems disconnected from the video volume except to go from something to off. I don't know if these are bugs or design oversights, but I'm hating my audio life with this app.
Inconsistent performance
I’ve had the app for a few years and get frustrated when in public - when I need it the most- and it dies not work properly. I am - again - about to reinstall it ( after deleting it ) in hopes it will fix the issues I have.

I am in Condo with Condo’s all on each side of me and I Love my TV Attachment. I have 2 Hearing Aids and the is my 4 TH Pair. But my Best. The Words are Clear and I Just Never have a Problem💪💖👑🐝

These hearing aids are a pain they constantly connect and disconnect canvas just anything every time I put them on I have to sign in itsxa nitemare
Need to be able to disable streaming
There is no way to disable streaming without turning off Bluetooth, which I need for other applications… this feature should be able to be turned on or off under the app streaming sub page

App not working
The app has a constant blue loading icon and nothing else. There are no comparability issues as it works on my iPad. Have tried troubleshooting (reinstalling app, turn on off, ect) and nothing. For 1600$ I expect a little more than this!
App freezes on setup
The app freezes after the fda approval screen and never launches. Deleting, reinstalling, resetting the phone etc does not fix the issue. Reaching out to support doesn’t work either as th up address shows up and insecure and crashed upon submitting a support request. About to return these hearing aids and going with the jabras instead.
UI does not appear to be shaped to the needs of older users
I suspect that a growing number of your customers are seniors and many did not grow up with smart phones. Easy access to the volume control is important for them. It becomes quite distressing if they are faced with a sea of unfamiliar screens filled with features they don’t use.
