This is a best platform to invest money for NRI
Not a good platform to invest
They offer only regular mutual funds which are including their commission in the expense. Hence the expense ratio is too high. Go to direct mutual fund sites and invest from there. This app is a typical Indian company which is made to offer you same funds available in the market with higher expense ratio. Once you sign in, you will end up with calls and emails from their agents trying all the way to fund out from you!

Dear SBNRII Support Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the PAN card service I recently purchased. I paid a total of $130, along with an additional $57 in charges, under the expectation that your service would significantly simplify and handle the application process. However, after two weeks, I have been asked to complete additional forms, correctly format and attach photographs, and submit the documents myself for mailing. This appears to be a process I could have managed independently, making the value of the service unclear. Given that I am now required to handle most of the application steps on my own, I do not see the benefit of continuing with your service. I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid.

Best Investment App for NRIs
Finally i am really happy to see an application which made investment easy for NRIs. Your app is very user friendly and keeps the trust in all process for completing a transaction. SCAM SCHEME
Right on the face of it it appears like a scam, and look who their banking partners are. Yes Bank - wasn’t this bank in the news not long ago when its CEO was jailed? The very name is so misleading that an NRI would think it to be a scheme of SBI. STAY SAFE, STAY AWAY FROM SUCH SCAMMERS

App due crashing on opening
Too much of dependency on mobile native apps. Unfortunately, you don’t provide web access. Now, I am not able to open the app as it’s crashing for me. Tried multiple times since last 24 hours. No luck. I can’t access my profile anymore. Using iOS 17.3.1 (21D61) with iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Operates like a scam company
Do not use them. They are terrible. They ask for your documents and then just vanish. Account never opens and you send emails for months asking what is the status and just crickets. God knows what they do with your personal info. Then someone may contact you after a few months and you ask them to just remove then from your profile and delete your personal data, they will say ok but won’t. Don’t use them. I am reporting then to SEBI as they seem like a scam to me.

I have created an SBNRI account and completed al the details the app asked, however activation of my Mutual fund account still not done after a week!! I am trying to reach everybody and not getting any proper response! Mean time getting mail to activate my account by making payment, where the account itself not activated!! Need more bug fixes or revamp this App

I started to sign up for a mutual fund account and as part of the process the app wants me to sign on a white paper and upload my signature. That had me. You are a startup digital platform and you want scanned signature on whitepaper in the age of UPI and digital transformation?!?! This is how 40 years ago money lenders used to take signature on empty paper. What happened to digital and secure methods?!?! I am keeping away from this app.
