School Help
Super helpful. It made it so much easier to get all of my homework together, no one tests were, and just help me overall school wise.
Worst app in existence
This apps is so bad I would have rated 0. It just awful, the app constantly ask you for username and password, and most of the times doesn’t remember your existing password or username. If you change the username or password doesn’t update. Always shows “OOPS something went wrong “ Frustrating and annoying. After all is paid application not free. The developers need to improve and make user friendly otherwise is a useless app.
Good app
Good jus boring
Annoying
It logs you out all the time and there is always a problem logging back in.
Please add color differences
Its easier to see the difference. Another person may have requested that too, and I agree. That would be the most helpful update.
Love it
Love it
stupidest app ever
signs me out after every little update so annoying
Log in easier?
Hi. The authentication to be able to log into the app via email, makes it very slow. Could you add the authentication code to be received via text? Thanks.
Terrible 8 years going
My child’s school uses this app for grades, lunch orders, tuition etc. The 2 stars are because the app is visually pleasing and I can generally find what I am looking for. The problem is and has been for 8 years and counting the security. This thing is more locked down than my bank account. It is constantly logging you out of the account. However Face ID has saved my sanity with that “feature”. Its newest blessing is to lock you out after you are logged in and attempting to pay for lunch orders. It claims the username/password is invalid and makes you create a new password. Apple face id for password storage saves the day (again). Hoping high school uses something other than FACTS.
Pls bring back the color differences in Grade menu
Pls bring back the color differences in Grade menu. It is easier to see the progress and differences of grades among all subjects.
Love
I luveee it bc it helps me see my grades and my service hours
Errors
Purchased the app for ease to see my child’s progress. I cannot access anything, “error” codes when looking for their lesson plans, etc.
Decent
I think its a good app idk why everyone is so angry 😭
Stop logging me out
I am a student, and my FACTS account is set up under my moms name. The app has forced me to change the username/password every time I have logged on for the past 2 months because the current one is outdated. Because it is set up under my moms account I have to correlate with her just to log in and see if my test scores have been posted. Plus the new 2 factor authentication has me constantly bothering her at work to get the code sent to her email. Even if it was under my account it would still be annoying. Other than the log in mess, the app works as intended and no other complaints.
YES
YES ITS GREAT
Why is the website free but the app isn’t
I signed in more then 3 times this is so confusing
Good
Everything is fine, it’s just always getting updated and it’s annoying
Annoying
I have to use this app for school. I don’t want to have to change my username/password for vague reasons every so often. However, it’s a nice way to have everything in one place.
Love it!
It’s very helpful when I need to look at my grades, or see what’s next on the calendar.
Needs major overhaul
I’m surprised this app has a 3 star average. Not fully responsive. Navigation and interface looks like it is from the early 2000s. Not user friendly. Bounces back and forth between the app and external pages. The fact that you have to pay $5 for the app made me think it was an awesome app. They should refund me my $5 and pay me $5 for the inconvenience of using their app.
It help me
With it app, i’m studying with my child and see their grade to know if they are able to Learning
Hate it or love it
Hard to sign in AMD WHY DO I NEED TO SUBSCRIBE im already paying for my kid ot go to school why this?! It does what its supposed to do but theres no stay sihned in option. So every time i open the app i have to sign in (which almost never works first try) id rather use the website (which also sucks to sign into)
Very Good app for school organization
This app is very good for tracking all of the information you need from school to home. Please continue to update and bring great, new features to this app.
There is a Fee?
It seems like if our school is paying to use the system that families should be able to access the app without an additional paywall.
Always crashes
This app doesn’t work. Everytime I open the app and start scrolling down it crashes and closes automatically. Also, some it doesn’t recognize some characters in Spanish like the “ñ”. And it doesn’t show the complete sentences. I want my money back.
Facts
Nice app
Logs out randomly
The app logged you out randomly. This has been a problem for years.
Never works
I miss renweb, this FACTS app is not reliable
Good as a student
Good to manage classes, look at grades, overall good
Can log in without paying
I type in my login info and it takes me to a screen asking if I want to pay, and when I click the X, it takes me back to the login screen. I did it six times before I deleted the app.
worst app ever
DO NOT download this app
Makes you pay to use the app!
Got this from the school my kid goes to. You can access the website for free but they require you to pay for the app! No thank you.
