What people like
- The website version works much better
- Good for school-parent communication and sharing
- Better than the old app for students
What they complain about
- You often can't log in at all
- Notifications for new messages never arrive
- Lesson plans are missing from the app
- No support options if you get stuck
Idk why the reviews so bad works fine for me
The site is better tho, the app is ok
Horrible
Can’t even log in. Terrible and useless app.
Can’t sign in. (Keeping updated!)
Original (9/04/25) I’ve tried many, many times. Can’t sign in at all. Glad to see another complaint in the reviews. Update 9/22/25: Still same issues. Cannot login at all. Just sits there on the login screen. Update 10/22/25: Same ol’ story. At least I can still access the old app yet! Update 12/31/25: Same thing. Can’t login at all. The login button does the loading symbol, stops, and absolutely no change. Y’all should really have tested before telling all of us users to download this new absolutely useless app. If I could give it ZERO 0️⃣ stars, I would. Update 02/01/26: FINALLY! Finally I can get in. The only issues now: 1) not being able to use the back arrow so far. 2) Can’t access the lesson plans that the teachers post! Why cut that out?
GARBAGE
It’s so good It’s so bad Amazing Terrible
Never works
Never works.
Sign in error
The app is good for school-parents communications and sharing materials. However, I have to sign in every time i use the app! I hope they fix the problem by keeping me signed in. Also, I don’t receive notifications when new communication or material is sent from the school; even though I enabled notifications in the settings.
School
I have to use this for school and I don’t like school. Don’t download.
Amazing site
Why do people hate on this site yes it could be a bit better but for me as a student I think this app is better than the older one.
Ts shi so ah
Ngl ts shi so ah idek how ah ts shi is
doesnt work
i cannot log into this app, and i have to use the old, laggy version. although that laggy version atleast FUNCTIONS basic features..
Login screen is a dead end
App will not even let me log in. Enter user name and password. It acts like it’s doing something and goes right back to the login screen. No reason given, no option for support help. If I try to reset password it says no data found for my email. I know my email and password are correct because I can login through the web.
absolutely terrible
i use this for my school and it keeps saying my user name and password dont match??? on web browser it works but it never works on this. its very terrible do not recommend.
Horrible App Development
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The previous version at least worked. I could get in, check grades and attendance. This app won’t even allow for log-in.
Doesn’t work
My sons school uses plus portals and the site / login is a bit of a hassle so when i saw there was an app i thought it would save some frustration by just being always logged in and more easily accessible. Unfortunately i cant get it to log in at all, and there are no support options, just a login screen with a button that clicks, thinks and then lets you click it again but never actually logs in or goes to another page. Deleting.
