I love this game
I love this game so much I’ve just got to level 21.
Buggy, can’t use pencil. Very slow to load
I’m on a iPad Pro M4 with a pencil. You can NOT use the pencil to play the game.. Takes multiple (3 or 4) taps for it to recognize you tapped with a finger. It takes 5 seconds to load the game. I thought it was hung.
Awesome game
I love this game so much. The boosters are so useful in games like this because the levels are so hard without them. I like this game so much
Account reset!
I would give a 4 star rating but my account was just reset and I lost all my coins & stars - I’m back at level 1
It is ok
I like this game it is
This game is so fun!
It takes away anxiety and it’s VERY satisfying.
Bugged
Resets your score without a warning. Lost all my progress and now expected to start again. Nah. 1 star. Avoid. Delete!
Love it.
So satisfying!
Meh
Like all of these engineered, it’s designed to draw you in with easy abundant resources in easy levels. And suddenly there’s removal of those resources (whether they be blocks, bubbles, balloons) as the office level spikes and what was a casual enjoyable game becomes tedious. What was enjoyable about the game is now lacking and so is the joy and desire to play.
Fun enough for a few days
It’s ok. The increased difficulty is another case of figuring out what secret tactic the devs want you to do. That gets boring.
Very addictive & fun game
This game may seem like it’s only for children, but I find I absolutely love playing this game on a daily basis. I play it every morning when I’m having my coffee to wake up. It can be challenging at times too. The sound effects is what I really like when hitting certain blocks and each land you go through has something different added to it. For example they have these fly trap chomper characters that are annoying and you have to not get close to them otherwise they eat up The ammunition which are balls of different colors. Every 20 stars you make you get a treasure chest as a reward that has multiple coins and goodies to get thru the wondrous lands. I say try it, you might like it! I love it ! The game makers made a game that’s like no other game in the App Store.
Really buggy, no tech support
Lost my profile for second time in a month. Lowering rating from a 2 to a 1. At least now I know tech support won’t respond, so I won’t bother taking the time to ask for help. Apple, you should not be paying this company any money, their product has two very serious bugs and many annoying ones. In the skylands section, there is a bug where shooting a matching color brick results in a “miss”, as if you shoot a miscolored brick, but you are hitting a same colored brick with the matching color, the game just is treating it like you screwed up. I’ve also noticed that the games plays music that sounds “meh”, when you have earned three stars. I assume it’s supposed to be playing a winning tune. I also lost my profile with weeks of game play invested and requested help from their tech support. Never even got a response let alone help. REALLY? This is a highly produced glitzy game, I guess they don’t need to fix it or help us, ‘cause they already got their money.
Relaxing
Relaxing fun. Not complicated. Good game.
Very buggy
Installed this as part of Apple Arcade it’s fun when it works but far too often the map screen goes blank and not able to select a level to play. Very frustrating. The frame rate is pretty bad like other reviews have stated - the developer said they were working on an update, this is January of 2025 and it still looks like it’s not optimized.
Decent game with preventable design flaws
This developer is a master at making games that, when played on devices that offer haptic feedback, take full advantage of the sensory experience. (See also Helix Jump and the best of them all, Castle Crumble). That’s part of what makes this game a little disappointing: the haptics here just aren’t as good as their other games. But the haptics aren’t the only thing that leaves you wondering why they made the choices they did. The map is cluttered and confusing, to the point that it’s not always immediately obvious what the next level to play ought to be (pro tip: the next level is the one with no stars under it, despite what your first instinct should point to). And worse yet: there’s an in-game feature that allows you to swap the type of projectile you’ll use next, and yet it stands inexplicably in the middle of the prime area where you’d drag to rotate your target. I can’t tell you the number of times where I’d inadvertently swapped projectiles and therefore wasted a shot as I aimed with what I thought was the one I was planning to use.
Thank you for putting it on Arcade
Well at first, bossed with the bird, then more fun, I like your boosters, and the game
Lost all my progress
Loaded the game up, it completely reset. I lost all progress across hundreds of levels and now have to start again…not impressed.
Very addicting. But controls need a lot of work.
At first, it seemed way too easy to knock down huge walls of blocks. But it turns out to be really addicting. My biggest complaint is that the controls are not very good. Apple visions eye tracking is not precise enough given the size of the blocks, and it’s very common to accidentally click in the wrong area. It’s very frustrating that this game responds by shooting off and waste my ball for no reason. Why let me take an action that has no effect? It feels like this game isn’t even trying. I’ll be looking at the rotation control, and it will shoot and waste a ball. I would strongly suggest disabling, shooting the ball on misclicks, and or making the spire much bigger as in the Apple Vision Pro guidelines for minimum area for an object to be clickable.
Poor accuracy selecting blocks, Poor framerate
The iOS version of this game on iPad / iPhone runs great. The Vision Pro version of this game is poorly optimized and runs terribly. The gameplay, when running at the correct framerate, is fine and the game would be enjoyable, however selecting the block to destroy is horribly inaccurate. I usually have to look way off from a block to hit it correctly, even with the game as close as possible to me. I’ve recalibrated my eye setup many times and this game is still frustrating to play as the wrong blocks get selected more often than they should. Please improve the selection accuracy of the game elements or allow me to make the elements much larger to make selection more accurate.
Not working! 169
I just found another reviewer saying he was having problems with 169!That is the same level in which I am stuck. It is not that it is just more challenging. It is that when you’re shooting balls at the levels that are on the side They don’t count. They don’t actually hit. I have deleted and restarted and at the beginning they work normally but after a few hits, they stopped working. I have been playing this game for many years. It is always been solid. For the last two days, it hasn’t been working. I can shoot balls at the main level, but if I try to shoot off of a side level, it no longer works. However, the level I am on needs the blocks in the side level in order to win. I’ve deleted the game completely and reinstalled it multiple times. please fix it! It is my favorite game until now.
Great Game
I remember playing this game a few years ago with my dad and It was really fun and now that I got my own phone i can play it too🪑🪑🪑🪑🪑🪑
Please fix the bugs
Often we are stuck in the map where we are supposed thé choose a level
Cool
Cooler
Awful framerate
The game is functional, but the performance is awful. Apple Arcade games should be held to a higher standard.
Color blocks :-/
I was playing Castle Crumble (same developer, and also in Arcade) and thought I’d give this a try, and - for me - way not as good. This game relies on color matching your cannonball to the brick color, then deletes all the contiguous bricks of that color. As a colorblind person, that’s an unnecessary frustration rather than a fun addition. But it also moves away from the damage relying solely on the physics engine, and I prefer that vs the color matching game. Those that like the color matching games will probably like this version more. Other than that, it seems very similar to Castle Crumble; same progress path, same 5 tabs along the bottom, probably even a lot of the same art. So if you like Castle Crumble and like color matching games, you may like this too. (If you tried this and don’t like color matching games, try their other title, Castle Crumble.)
These games are fun
They help with stress And anxiety
Anti-Physics
Always looking for good examples of physics. This has plenty of stupefying situations - where one can see the impossible by dropping a vector straight down from center of gravity; add forces from all boxes touching and realize that either the graphics are terrible or this completely defies gravity & principles of physics. Rather like the old “Road Runner” cartoons: the impossibility makes you laugh.
Awesome
I love the game
Lagging too much
The graphics/animations are not optimized properly resulting in too much lagging. Cubes eye detection lacks precision despite recalibration efforts resulting in incorrect cubes being hit. Game with potential but with poor execution.
Fun game but
It is a fun game but 2 times now I have opened my game and I was back at the beginning starting over. No idea why or how.
Awesome job
Love these kind of gamesmanship
It keeps sending me back to the initial opening screen.
I’ve gone as far as completing all levels in the 6th Kingdom. Now I can’t even get to the third or fourth kingdom without getting reset back to Zero. It doesn’t seem to matter what level I’m on. Spire Blast has sent me back to zero about NINE times now. Even with the iCloud backup on. It doesn’t help. This always happens after I’ve collected the 12,000 points needed to buy all 3 Boosters from the Alchemist shop, so that I always have an extra one of each at the beginning of every level. Apple support says they can not help, even though it is an Apple Arcade game. It doesn’t seem to matter to them. Apple support told me I had to contact the developer myself. I haven’t been able to contact the Developer. ***So, I’m writing this the problem down here in hopes that the Developer sees this and fixes the issue. *** I love this game. If it were not for this glitch, I would definitely give it 5 stars. It’s just become too frustrating.
Beautiful on Vision Pro but some performance issues
First of all, I wanna say how beautiful this game looks on AVP, the village board, the tower, the dragon flying in front you, all great. But it seems there’s a real performance issue when you are shooting blocks, severe frame rate drop, I’m not sure if this is a bug, the AVP should be able to handle this. It’s also not spinning up the fan or getting really hot, so I’m guessing it’s some sort of FPS bug? Anyways, hopefully that improves.
Completely crashed my phone
Crashed my IPhone 12 Pro Max. Not sure why this game is in Apple Arcade if this is happening.
Slow in adding new content!!
Such a fun game!! Very challenging! Totally a 5-star game! But I completed all the Kingdoms available and have been waiting over a year for new Kingdoms. I’ve been playing the challenge games when they come out but that’s getting old. Not enough diversity with those games. For that I’m giving it 3 stars. My favorite are the fly catchers. I hope the long wait will bring several kingdoms and a lot more interesting characters and challenges! And I really hope it’s soon!
Nice
Very cool and easy and educational for the kids
Cannot Go Further
Unfortunately, I've reached a point where I can go no further. There is no way to remove some blocks. I reach every goal, except the black blocks remain. Sadly, I'm done with this game.
I don’t know what the story is
The opening video stopped playing after the dragon flew over the red cube. I waited but it never played. It did recognise skipping, I closed the game and reopened and it didn’t show it again. I would appreciate knowing what the story is when there was an attempt at making a story.
Uncorrected glitches
There’s been a bug in the penultimate level ever since stage 2 was released. I’m aware several people have reported but the developers aren’t even acknowledging the issue let alone putting it right. There was another major bug in stage 1. Is there a quality control issue here?
My thoughts
Nice game! It’s not to addictive. The only thing I found boring is that the whole purpose of the game is just to throw balls at towers this is why I ask queries about this game sometimes, or I just leave sentimental thoughts. But I find pleasure in this game. You should totally play it!
More fun than it looks!
I was downloading a few games for my wife and picked this one. Match 3 style gameplay + it looks colorful and fun. I decided to try a couple levels myself… now, I’m sitting here 30-something minutes later and want to keep playing! It’s SUPER satisfying to watch the tower collapse after you nail a clutch shot and it’s easy to say “just one more”. So far, the challenge has been ramping up, and I’m actually looking forward to playing some more! Give it a shot, it’s worth it.
Laggy and lazy
App lags so bad. And the turning is painfully awkward. Why can’t I turn with my hands?
Great Game!!!
This game is so satisfying and great because
Freemium feel
This game started great but ended up feeling like a freemium game. It required that I use power ups constantly. And becomes very annoying. Not a fun annoying. Those elements need to be removed. Otherwise yet another disappointing game on Apple Arcade. I’m hoping the quality improves
A nice diversion but buggy
I’ve played this game for about a week and it has been a decent time waster. Reasonably challenging and not too hard to figure out. It is really buggy though. It crashes at least once a day. Also level 13 in Skylands is broken which is frustrating. I’ve sent a bug report on the developer website but no one responded.
So good !!!!!!!!!!!!!😍😍😍
I love this game it is ad free!!!!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Just stop it.
Any game that forces you to use your in game currency to buy a power-up at the beginning is a game I will not play.
Please give us a Zen mode
I love the game but we need an endless Zen mode!
Easy
To easy and quick to finish. 3* first time on every level.
Would be fun if easier to control
I’m finding it extremely difficult to select the block I want to hit and it often shifts just as I release. It also is very sensitive to hand gestures.
