What people like
- Beautiful design is visually stunning and pleasing

What they complain about
- Widgets are hidden behind a paywall
- Subscription feels like a scam for simple data
- No dark mode in the free version
Weather
This weather app is better than most
Widget Let Down
Add widget to home screen? Yes, cool. Widget is an upsell banner ad. Thanks guys.
It does its job
I mean it’s good and all but the widgets are behind a paywall. Only difference between this and the normal weather app is that it’s got sliders and the numbers move.

I like it but i definitely need a one time payment
I would use it more if I could have a one time payment. It’s a good and very beautiful app but there definitely needs a one time payment option
Best Looking Weather App Ever
The best part of this app is how good it looks, if you’re a person who cares about aesthetics, this is perfect
Lack of support
Lack of support even you paid the application
Great
Very good but it’s a wether app lol
It’s doing a bit too much
Definitely a different design and I could see why some people like this but, at least coming iPad, the main screen is like 60% empty space and there’s no dark mode in the free version, so it constantly blinds me to even look at it lol. When it comes to weather, I really want it… boring, I guess lol. I want it to look nice but key info should be plainly laid out and easy to read at a glance- this fails at that, in my opinion.
Good, but you have to pay for a lot of stuff.
Now, don’t get me wrong, the app is great by all means, but the one problem I have is that, in order to access HALF of the teased features (Wallpapers, widgets, skins, weather apps.) you need to PAY for the app. A WEATHER app requiring a subscription. Atleast add another way to unlock some of the stuff, like the achivement feature, or Cloudburst. Other than that, it’s nice.
Very Useful
I use this every day, multiple times. I love it. It’s August 23, 2026 and there is a lot of fire smoke. Today, for the first time, I went to see if there is any information about air quality. I couldn’t find it. That would definitely be something I would want in this app. It would make it perfect. Thank you.
Subscription model , um no
Listen app developers if u make an app where I might spend 60 minutes a yr to use, u will never ever get a subscription from me. Where do u get the gall to charge for a subscription for these simple widget apps. You hoping I’ll forget I even have a subscription and charge me 40 dollars a yr? The weather app is a 6 dollar app flat anything more is a scam. Go eat glass

价格可以再低一些，一个小组一件，意思意思就行了呗，非要七块钱一个月，还得包年买，没必要吧

Kind of boring?
I’ve used Not Boring apps for many years. I’m a fan of the aesthetics and tactility and the mission, but I’ve realized, slowly, that you can’t eat these things. I like changing the weather skins, spinning the number, and swiping through data like the inventory in Tomb Raider, but at the end of the day, this is just not a super functional app. The default view shows you the current temp in huge numbers while at the bottom you get a little slider that displays the low and high for the next 24 hours with some mild color coding to indicate conditions like rain. Getting any additional information requires you to tap, swipe, and fiddle with the app like a game or toy. Which was perhaps the intention of the makers, but it doesn’t make for a weather app that’s genuinely useful for everyday use, that allows you to take in substantive data at a glance and then move on with your day. Right now, it is neither a compelling weather tool nor a compelling weather toy. There is more potential here for it to be a great educational toy - here’s to hoping it evolves from here.

Truly a “Not Boring” app for weather
I’m captivated and impressed by the visual design of 「!BORING」. The interface and design are truly stunning, effectively fulfilling the purpose of replacing the boring one. And I really love the designs of the skin, icons, and other elements. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the price. Another favorite of mine is the Timer app. I wish they had an ALARM CLOCK app as well. 👍🏼
Expensive for some reason.
Charging anything over $10 a year for widgets is ridiculous

Free version is worth your time, and it even replaced Apple Weather on my phone. Fantastic app with incredibly satisfying user interface. Would be nice to see the UVI tho, just saying
You have to pay for basic stuff
You have to pay to even use the widget? That’s insane

Love it
So many weather apps are crowded and hard to Look at. This one’s a pleasure to open and scroll through.
Futures choice?????
Then the editor needs to evaluate their choices as these apps are not as useful especially considering the fees.

Paywall a widget?
This app could be great if some of these features that one has to pay extra for, were free or they actually offered a month-to-month subscription. They want you to pay a year upfront to get as much money as possible and yet after two years of having this app, I’ve only seen maybe two new features added.
