It was a great game until you realize they added these nasty pimple popping ones instead of new hotels. And it’s been over a year since any updates. Such a long fall from such an originally great game. UPDATE: 2/2026 STILL no new hotels or maps. I will continue NOT to play until you have new hotels. If I keep even checking in. I should just give up. Soo many other hotel games out there.

Bug Needs Fixing
Sacred snow hot spring hotel has a bug where I'm unable to give the fan to the customer. The guy picks up the fan instead of the receptionist. The receptionists doesn't pick up the fan. And it makes it to where I fail everytime I play a level. Other than that, it's been a good game to pass time.

This is great game with very little ads. Until it stopped working after asking me to connect my Facebook. At first I was able to bypass it and continue playing, but now I can’t access the game after declining the connection. I waited it out however after 2months of the same thing I have to delete the game.

This review is for the Hotel Craze game; so far I’ve seen hardly any reviews for THIS game. Somehow people are putting reviews for the wrong game. There’s no hospital, no doctors, no pimple popping, and no restaurants. There’s just a bunch of hotels in different places around the world and you have 40 levels in each one. Some of them are really hard to get through, but you have to spend money in all of them. You will not get through them otherwise. Essentially I came here to see if anyone had any experience with the game update, and I see that yes, there are no more new hotels. No new updates for over a year so probably not forthcoming. Time to delete. Second game today.

This game is to hard
It’s to much for the bell hop. All the customers want food and they get mad very easy. Some of these levels are hard and quite impossible if you ask me. I feel like the game should improve in general. When all the customers want food it’s kind of hard to give them all what the want without a upgrade or without diamonds which the game rarely gives you. Try another game because this game isn’t fun at all. It’s frustrating. This game is absolutely horrible and not fair. If there were 2 bell hops I understand but it’s not fair

This is one of the worst games I have ever played because it won’t allow me to get into the app it loads and it goes back to my homepage so again this is the worst game I’ve downloaded on my iPad and the only problem is it doesn’t work for my iPad. To you people my recommendation is do not get this game you can’t delete it and it doesn’t even work for some people’s electronics I really want to sue the person who owns this dumb game because it doesn’t let me play and that is so frustrating and annoying so my recommendation is do not buy or download this dumb game because it barely works properly I rated this 1 star ⭐️ and I put ugly emojis on there so do not get this owners other games you would have to get a new phone 📱 and SID card to go in so Don’t GET THIS GAME .

Only one issue the levels feel forced I get it’s limited on the “bonus” levels to what your actually doing and to achieve the tasks but when I can’t freely choose which to do first just feels like your not really playing it it’s more of an automated system feel not a fan just let the game play out in the way someone would choose and also please add a skip tutorial for future users some aren’t as challenged and can figure out a games schematics pretty quickly

I use to really enjoy this game. Someway somehow it will not let me even play the game sometimes because it crashes and says I need to log into Facebook so the app can share information about me 😑. Like what the heck!! Fix this! I’d love to not have to delete it.

I have been playing this game for some time now. I think I just reached the end. I am at sky garden and the next location says opening soon but hasn’t opened yet. Kind of like how the items were with the bandages. Is this updating soon?

This is fun but it kind of weird because you get the same costumers and it’s also a hospital in the “hospital” you get the same costumers for like 2 or 3 rounds. Like come on people! And if your not patient then I don’t recommend this, because the costumers are very very impatient. But I still enjoy playing this game most of the time. Please try to fix some of these prooblems

I honestly don’t get why the Hotel aspect exists. It just gets in the way of the makeover and cleaning ASMR stuff that made me want to get the game.

The game is so fun but my fav part of it is when I pop the pimples and or clean their mouth, ears, nose, etc. But why put the name hotel craze and then have an eye on the picture that is infected or something. That stupid. I only downloaded this game bc I thought that all I did was pop pimples and stuff like that. But nope I have to give people a stupid hotel and get as much coins and likes. It’s Great For Me!!!
So first I want to say that I personally really really like the game be cause if you want to be a waitress then this will help you because once you get to the hard levels then it go’s really quickly. And I like that there a only adds if you want them like foe example if you want to get a chair then you just have to hit the ad sign. But… the only thing that bugs a little would how once you get to the goal then it stops you the but I guess that’s reasonable but like I just want to keep playing because of how much fun it is. I say this make the game a little harder so if you mess up that’s when it stops. But this is just a suggestion and if y’all don’t like then that’s ok. And still I do REALLY like the game!!!!!😝👍

I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years however the previous update appears to have reduced the ‘reward’ jewels to 1-2 instead of the previous 30-40 gems at a time.. this is incredibly frustrating and making the game a little repetitive, I also think the levels are lasting longer before you move on to the next? Would be nice to see the jewels quantity granted return to previous. But disheartening to receive 2 after playing level after level and can’t upgrade anything. Lost the draw to play somewhat

You can play the most flawless game, and you won’t pass unless you buy the upgrades. I have passed levels and screenshot showing I passed, but it will say I failed. Reached out to the developer multiple times and haven’t heard back, which is disconcerting being I have spent money on this game. The game itself is wonderful, but I no longer purchase the upgrades no for it due to lack of support from the developer Also, added this game for the beauty makeover aspect, which is the thumbnail for the game, but they haven’t updated it in ages.
It’s amazing but just 1 thing
Yes I love this game already! All the animations and everything is amazing, just one thing, I wish we could do the things ourself instead of just clicking the thing we have to do, but overall, it’s a very addictive game especially for someone like me. If only we could move the things ourselves though! That would make it 10x better, but my overall rating is a 4/5 stars, it’s an amazing game with a lot of hard work into it, thank you for reading!

Used to be on this game constantly, not happy as been no update for months now so playing the same levels over and over again! UPDATE ON 11th August 2023. Still no new level released Very disappointing

Enjoyed this game and was playing religiously until I hit this magic hotel. This is not even fun. Whoever thought of this- swing and a miss. This is probably where I’ll peace out and find another game to waste brain cells on. Bad, bad job on this one- cannot stress this enough.

This game has the best of both worlds; it has some very well animated and satisfying ASMR mini games. As well as a very fun and easy to play hotel part of the game. In this hotel part there are little mini parts of the gameplay such as the aquarium and pet area. This game is well animated, fun to play and very well designed/ thought out. Update killed my pets! Deleted game in anger.
The new update fiddled about with the pets which destroyed a really sweet part of it. My unicorn is just a picture in a book now. The little pet bonus of speed has been removed. That is a shame because it was a good bonus. You needed to win levels to refill it but it helped on challenging levels. The worst part is the fact that the pets don't run around the hotel playing anymore when you start to play the level. They used to run about then run off. It was lovely. It feels vile my puppy and unicorn have been wiped. Im so annoyed I've deleted the game because my enquiry to support was answered by an automated reply. Plenty more games out there. Edit: pathetic auto reply from a disinterested developer.
