I hope you could increase the delivery fee even just a little. Gasoline has become too expensive, and the current rate is quite difficult for us drivers.

Do not join Lalamove as a driver! You will regret it! They will not protect the drivers. they allow customers to abuse their system and get away with it . Example 1, customers are allowed to booked multiple requests for one delivery job. Delivery is done by fastest driver to reach first. If you reach one minute later than first driver, customer can complain about you and you will get service rating dropped instantly. Lalamove will NOT check for your side of the story. They based it on he said she said style. Lazy employees, lazy management. Example 2, fares of delivery jobs are ridiculously low. You will get paid peanuts for regular delivery from east side to west side. A delivery from Punggol to Jurong East can be $10 after cpf. How to cover fuel money like that? Example 3, cashouts can take very long. They state up to 3 working days if you cashout by 11pm Sunday. But in reality is average take 1 week if you are lucky. Lazy system. Example 4, there is no difference between pooling (cheapest) to regular deliveries, customers are allowed for expedite deliveries using cheapest delivery. Example 5, using their help chatbot is like worse that AI. They will reply with canned remarks all the time, no sympathy just cold and dead. I have not had any positive outcome from their help desk

Useless Live Agents
I had an issue with multiple deliveries. In a single chat, it took at least 5 agents and a whole ‘relevant team’ that may get back to me within 5-7 working days. A simple issue, justified with screenshots, photos and clear explanation wasn’t enough. Love agents behaved more like bots repeatedly send the same SOP msges just to shut me up and move on. There are inflexible to assist to your needs. They do not care about delays on users’ and recipients’ end. Of course, drivers will always be at the losing end, not being compensated for the time loss and effort put in to rectify others’ errors.

I like the app but please be fair
Driver receives little for delivery charges. Lalamove took a lot amount for commission. Tol and parking are not included in the delivery charges. Please include them in the next update. We’re all trying to survive here. I don’t want to beg to the sender or receiver for toll and parking charges.

App is not completely closed although we’ve closed the app and we have to open again and closed it twice. It drained our battery if it is not close completely. Please fix the bug!!

Nothing in your stupid app works. Spent the last 15 mins trying to do a face verification asking me to forever center my face!!!!!!!!! And your customer service is a joke! Always siding with the client or they take forever to respond and close off the chat the moment we are idle while waiting for them to respond! You don’t need my gps because you are giving me jobs which are nowhere near my location! Fix your stupid app!!!

Help centre wont help you at all. 0 star if i could give. the help centre don’t listen to riders/drivers. your rating will shoot down very quick. very difficult/impossible to up your rating.
TnG E-Wallet Cashout & Recommendation To Enable Cashout To Digital Banks
I don’t understand how we can top up our Lalamove wallet with TnG, FPX banking etc, but we cannot cash out to TnG E-wallet. Please escalate this matter to the developer, so that for those of us who do not have any of the banks listed in the app, at least we can cash out someway or another. My other concern is that there is no digital banks included for cash out. Please enable support for digital banks, e.g AEON Bank, GX Bank, etc.
